I bought a 2004 Cadillac Deville in May of 2017. The car was in excellent condition, as described on the website and priced right. No high pressure salesmen, a very smooth and easy transaction. Even though the car is an older model, and an as is sale, they were willing to do the few repairs required for Mass inspection as well as an oil change and new spark plugs. The car has been fantastic. I highly recommend Century Auto to those needing a dependable used car at a fair price.

I recently wrote a review on a 2004 ranger i purchased in feb, 2017 and regretably through a series of misunderstandings on my part the poor review was not deserved. Jeremy reached out to me and when the conversation was over i relized that i had made a terrible mistake so its time to right that wrong. all my issues were resolved and i was made whole for the expences i had. To anyone looking to buy a car or truck at Century my advise is to do so, you will not be disappointed. And if any issues were to arise a simple phone call will resolve them quickly and and completely 100 percent. And every single soldier i know and every single base ive been stationed at including our local Westover Air Force base is recieving a copy of this review. I apologize for any trouble i may have caused, clearly Century Auto is pro military! SEMPER FI. I love my truck!

2004 ranger bought in feb 2017 and 2 reviews already written but sadly still they choose to not respond to them in any way, shape or form. it boggles the mind and i and many other fail to understand why they dont even attempt to address this paticular buyer of their product which turned out to be problematic at best. we now need a substancial break work. at some point the front pads wore down to the rivits and score the rotors which are to thin to have turned so must be replaced and the back breaks are just frozen due to having never been changed so they need a complete over haul including but not limited to drums, cylinders and all hardware. it seens that no i.nspection was done on this truck what so ever or these things would have and should have been noticed. i can only speak for myself but i think breakss are kind of important and would be on their list of things to inspect. To be continued. . . . . . .as i will wait for any type of on line responce although i wont hold my breath as none of my first two revviews were answered at all as you can clearly see for yourselves on their website

this is a follow up review on a 2004 ford ranger bought in feb 2017. One of the concerns i made them aware of was a clunking sound in the rear end when going from drive to reverse and to any gear at all. Was told there was no problem. 90 days later and less than 2000 put on the truck im replacing the gears in the rear end because they are totally shot and its not a cheap repair. i also have to wonder why my previous review is the only review the dealer did not respond to on their website when every other review they have has a dealer response

I purchased a used Tucson from Mike @ Century and it was a great experience. Mike was very easy to work with and we were able to quickly agree on a fair price. I had a few specific things I wanted taken care of and the car was in great shape when I showed up for delivery. I live quite a distance away and had a small window of time for actually picking the car up. Mike had everything ready for me and personally made sure everything was in order. I would absolutely look to Century Auto the next time I need to buy a used car even though I live over an hour away.

i recently bought a 2004 ford ranger step side that had many issues.such as exhaust was rotted right threw at the muffler, main seal on the 4wd transfer case leaked badly, tail light was broken, parking bulbs were out and had a severe knocking in the front end. Also the rear bumper was rotted and many of these things caused it to fail inspection. the first thing i found was the exhaust so i called and was told to bring it in. i also mentioned the front end problem. they fixed the exhaust and found the lower ball joints to be bad as well and told me i was all set. the knocking remained and it failed inspection again which also included the rear bumper. they told me 1 to 2 days for parts, it took a week and my warranty was expiring. while doing the exhaust and ball joints its impossible to not see the transfer case leak since your right under it while doing the other repairs so they either chose to ignore it or were to incompetent to find it. either way it was never brought to my attention until it leaked so badly it ruined my driveway. so i brought it back again and they repaired that and gave me a used dented bumper.By the time i got home the front end that they said was good was still knocking and my 30 day warranty was up. So i took it to a competent mechanic who took less than 5 minutes to find the problems. Both front shocks were broken and the tie rods were also bad so i ended up having to pay for these things myself and was not happy at all. when you buy a new truck you wouldnt expect to have to invest money in it within a week. im a disabled marine corp vet and cant afford to fix things that should not be bad. I and many of my family and friends fought for this country so people like Century auto and truck can live and own the american dream, sadly some people take that for granted. i would be happy to revise my review since they were pleasant people who just tried to fix as little as possible. and their car cleaner was horrible there was so much sand in the carpet and seats it took 2 hours for me to even get it respectable. The military family is a big family where news travels fast through local bases . I look forward to any response they may choose to give Thank you for your time.

After more than 40 years of buying and selling vehicles, Ive never experienced the quality of customer service that I had with the staff at Century Auto & Truck. Purchased a my wife her dream car a used Mercedes CLK 430 form here at a great price. Notorious for sensor problems Jeremy had two replaced for us at no cost. Many dealers along the East Windsor used car road but you wont find a better person to work with than here.

We recently purchased a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix from this dealer. The sale was "as is". Almost immediately upon finalizing the sale we noticed a problem. We took a shot and called. Both Jeremy and John were pleasant to work with and helped us in getting this problem resolved. Although we cant return for every issue, they were professional and gracious enough to help us out with this initial problem. We have already, and will continue to refer friends and family to this location as well as return when the time is right for us to purchase another vehicle.

I purchased a 2007 chevy avalanche and two days later the check engine light came on,i called in and i was told to bring it in and to speak with jeremy. I had my wife and my 5year old son follow me incase i had to leave it overnight .Nope jeremy got it in and diagnosed it and had it fixed within two hours .he told me two hours and guess what . it was done in two hours .with me and my family on our way !!!! TRUE PROS i will be back for service and sales.!!!!

I bought a SUV from Century last week and worked with Jeremy. No sales pressure at all. Got a good car for a great prices; a few thousand below NADA or KBB and even a bigger savings with the Carfax premium verifying no accidents and great maintenance. I was trading in the same model SUV, but older, and the service shop took off my old running boards so I could re-use them on the new SUV, at no charge. Since he knew I lived in Mass., and had to pass a state safety inspection, he put 2 new tires on and replaced a ball joint and wheel bearing for good measure (I passed the state inspection today). And they had the lowest conveyance fee of any dealer I visited in my used car search. The good prices weren’t offset by a ridiculous conveyance fee. I would recommend checking them out if you see a vehicle on their lot that you’re looking for.

We had been searching for a decent full cab pickup for at least 6 months! Stopped by one day on the way to another dealership, SEARCH OVER!!! They saved us a whole lot of time, aggravation AND money. NO PRESSURE at all, very laid back environment. (What a breath of fresh air)!!! Jeremy was very knowledgeable about and helpful during the buying process. We got more truck than we had hoped for! Furthermore the truck needed a repair AFTER the warranty had expired and they worked WITH us to get it done in a manner that was fair to both of us. They didnt have to do what they did!
