"Lifesaving Experience"
I recently had the tire pressure light on in my Camry. I Contacted Chuck Colamarino & explained. He squeezed me in for a tire pressure check. I had an appointment the next day at the University of Pennsylvania for breast cancer radiation therapy. I was in an accident 25 yrs ago on top of the Walt Whitman bridge which I sustained multiple injuries which were traumatic. Upon Inspection there were screws & metal debris in my tire that required replacement The car was also checked for safety for my travel. Chuck was kind, caring,friendly courteous & professional The customer service was excellent. Woman offered me a Toyota breast cancer support for my car but I already have one. I would Chuck & this dealership to everyone. I told everyone about this life saving experience.

Kim and Bill were the best, super sweet!!! This was my first time renewing my lease on a new Camry. They made the process very simple and quick (even though I was in no rush being nosey looking at all the new models, lol!) They offer me water and refreshments throughout my stay and answered all my questions. I really thought the trade in process would be a hassel but they definitely proved me wrong. So far my 2 experiences at Toyota of Turnersville have been great, looking forward to the next!

I came in for an oil change. The servicemen stated if I did not have an appointment it would be awhile. His guys were on lunch. I stated ok no one was here so I could wait an hour or so. Well i got here at 12:50 it is 3:20 and i am still sitting. I get that he said he could squeeze me in. Cmon and oil change!!!!!!

I got a decent deal but was having struggles with financing... ultimately paid cash but the sale manager, Anthony Novak, didnt really seem to care about my situation. He seemed more interested in "winning" the argument then actually caring about my situation. I felt like I was being lectured like a little kid. Maybe it was because I didnt wear a suit and tie... so shallow. So he won the argument but Ill never buy a car from these people again. Got a decent deal but treated like a homeless person.... plenty of other Toyota dealers that dont treat you like crap. Thanks Anthony .... you won... have a nice life....

I brought in my 2012 Rav4 for recall work that the previous owner had not taken care of. Every aspect of my interaction with this dealership was professional and courteous. Scheduling my appointment was very easy using their website. I called to make sure the appointment went through and the girl I spoke with was very nice. She informed me that it would take a few hours to complete my requested work. I made arrangements to have someone follow me there and bring me home. I worked with Anthony in the service department and he was great. He called me to inform me that I needed new windshield wiper blades and that there was no labor charge to install. On top of the no labor, the blades were comparatively priced. Cherry on top!
