My 95 Jeep was recalled for inspection of the rear hitch unit for safety criteria and/or potential burrs on it. The vehicle passed for safety of the intended recall. The service agent also made me aware of other valid potential safety hazards, but in no way pressured me to have the work done at this dealership. I appreciated this respectful courtesy. The sales department, however, was ready to do its job to understand my potential needs for a new vehicle, should I be ready to listen to their suggestions.

I brought in my 2012 Jeep Compass for an oil change and 4WD fluid changes. Ephram was very nice and knowledgeable. I asked them to look at my rear brakes and let me know if I needed them changed or could wait a bit longer. They told me I had about 20% left on the pads. I feel they were very honest to me about what needed to be done at that time and didnt try to sell me new brakes just because I was there (like some other car repair business do). I liked the report they give you at the end showing the status of the vehicle checkpoints. I especially like the free carwash! The waiting area is comfortable, love the free coffee, snack machine wifi and TV. I guess the only suggestion I would have is if there were a coat tree in the corner I could have hung my bulky winter coat up out of the way instead of putting in on the back of the chair. Thanks and I will be back!
