This place is horrible place to buy car. The owner and the staff sell you cars that need a lot of work done to them and if they have a problem with getting you Financed They will just keep an money you have put down.I would never in 1 million years recommend this dealership to anyone. I dont have time to call and ask about a price. Why waste my time on calling, is that so you can try to sell me something I am not looking for? Cars.com is supposed to help find a car at a certain price range if you select that filter. I do not like finding out I have to call.

Everything seems to go smooth during buying process but once you notice repairs are needed , they tell you to come back and bring to their mechanic only. You bring back and they keep your car but they dont totally repair your vehicle. They half way fix it until you drive off and depending on how far you live you will drive your warranty out with just having them attempt to repair your vehicle. Terrible unreliable individuals that cannot be trusted with fair business practicalities and principles.

"They Wont Finish Dmv Paperwork"
purchased a car from this dealer car has a multitude of problems personaly i think I bought a lemon but with these small dealers you wont get any satisfaction. they promised me new plates as the front plate was missing after waiting 35 days they tell me i must go to dmv to get plates.i was promised they would pay the cost but on friday they called me to wash their hands of the situation ,and told me I must absorb the cost and time to get plates. Im sure I probably will have to litigate when I pay the final payoff of car as im sure they wont send me the pink slip either only words .they promise anything to sell car then your on your own.

They got cars everywhere like 3 lots, they dont know anything and they dont do there own finance, and they make you drive 2 hrs to tell you that ur not approved, and that your credit is ok but you have to put 2,500 which is ridiculous, when he could have told me that over the phone, instead of telling me oh we can work something out, but do that, i would not recommend anyone to buy from this metro auto sale hes a money hungry and dosent care about the customer in making a deal, he just cares about fatten his walltet, so people please dont go and buy there bad service, and i bought my truck somewhere else with nothing down, so they loose not me.

Ive just bought a Toyota Avalon from this dealer. Im completely satisfied with it. The thing that I liked the most is their honesty; when I wanted to buy a car which seemed great they told me I should not buy it due to the fact that theyd just realized that there is something wrong with the engine, and theyre gonna fix it. Even though my budget was limited, they offered me a wide choice of vehicles. Finally, they told me after one year I can sell it back to them with the least drop in the paid price. In a nutshell, I strongly recommend this dealer.

Im making sure my experience will get out there I dont want others to have my horrible experience with this dealer. I visited this dealer today(1/9/13) and had the worst customer service. These guys tell you lies to lure customers in and in the end dont do anything to help customers. Now in regards to the vehicle during my test run the car would not even start at first!!! When they got the car running the brakes sounded horrible. When asked if anything could be done about the brakes, which sounded like metal to metal grinding, the salesman ALAN just ignored the noise and said there was nothing was wrong with it. Then when speaking to ALAN about the financing he was horribly rude he did not answer any of our questions. He has a very sarcastic attitude and had no real knowledge of what he was talking about. After we told him we decided to go somewhere he left the room and ran our credit without letting us know.We even spoke to Alans manager but he was not any better with customer service.To top of this horrible experience they have a cat inside the office that was launching itself at our legs scratching and hissing. Nothing was done about this. Just doing my part to help others avoid dealers like this. They do not care about helping people or providing good service. Dont waste your time with them. Theyre a joke

Save your time, Save your money. I have attempted to purchase 3 times from these fellas, but they always seem to get ya in whatever way possible. For each time I try to purchase from them, they always try to swindle me in some way. There should be a commandment in the Bible that says, "Thou shalt not purchase from Metro Auto Loan." I truly feel that it is sinful to waste your money on such poor customer service. You will regret your purchase at Metro Auto Loan. Do no purchase from Metro Auto Loan. Their vehicles appear as if they were once totaled too. I should report this, and I think I will.

I had to wait for the car to be ready since it wouldnt start. I called them ahead of time, to let them know I was on the way and yet the car was not ready. Car was in the back lot. I was also told that they would finance regardless of your credit score and walked out without a car. Do not recommend this dealership.

I was looking for a used car in good condition for a low price, I went to a lot a places and I couldnt find anything that was worth the money I want it to spend, most places want to sell you cars sheep but on a offal condition, this place was fear with me, they show me a few inexpensive cars around the budget I want it to spend, they treat me with respect and make the whole processes easy an pleasant.

"False Advertising"
Dont waste your time. These guys advertise vehicles they no longer have. I called early morning and asked them about a car I saw advertised on cars.com. I was told the vehicle was available so I decided to drive to their facility. I was greeted by the same salesperson that I had spoken to earlier that morning. On arrival, he advised me that the vehicle had been sold the day before. Immediately he attempted to sell me another car. I wasnt interested. This happened on 5/1/12. It is now 5/11/12 and the ad for the vehicle I was interested in is still being advertised as being available for sale.

Sales associates were pleasant and very helpful. The owner Eddie is very professional and easy to talk to; he tries to work with his clients. We have recommended Metro Auto Loan to a couple of our friends who live in Fontana and Rancho Cucamonga. In fact, I believe because of their good customer service, Metro Auto Loan has survived the bad economy; other car dealers around him have been closing one by one.

When I drove my Lexus onto their lot, they made fun of my car. "What in the world", I thought, "Why would they make fun of my car". I felt belittled, but then I saw that their shop was a suped up, yet still broken down house, and that made me feel better about myself and my car. I so very thankful I didnt buy from Metro Auto Loan.

"Terrible Used Car Dealership"
I drove 75 miles to go to this dealership. They lied to me about the condition of the car I was interested in. They also lied about running my credit report. They are totally dishonest and will steal from you if you walk onto their lot. They also tend to belittle you about your current trade in, saying things like "Your car is pathetic, you should buy our car." One thing to note, is that the car I brought onto their lot was in better/newer condition than the one they were offering. Do not buy from this dealership. You will truly regret it.
