I dont not recommend buying a car from this seller, dealers are untrustworthy and not negotiable, dealer seemed on edge and nervous when asked to take the car to a mechanic to have it checked out, seemed as if he was only worried about the look of a car not the actual running of it, dealer gave a bad vibe and was difficult to work with especially on prices, dealer was also difficult to contact with did not answer and never returned my calls or voicemails I would recommend not doing business with them

Ill admit that my initial reaction to the website was "ok, another used car dealer". But that was absolutely not the case. Matt (the owner) was extremely responsive when I first contacted him. When we arrived, he was ready with the car, gave us a tour and let us take as much time as we wanted alone. We took it out for a long test drive. If you care about the CarFax/AutoCheck, make sure Matt shows you an authentic report. Matt told me over the phone and in person that the Subaru I looked at was a 1-owner, no accident car. The AutoCheck and CarFax reports he showed me were not actual copies of the reports, and the actual reports did not corroborate his statements. Look carefully!

I have been waiting on writing my review because I wanted my 30 days to be done. Dealing with Matt was a so easy and was just what I needed. As others have mentioned there was really no pressure at all with Matt. He allowed me to take the car as long as I wanted on a test drive by myself which is so much more relaxing than having the seller in the car with you. When I got back I mentioned a couple of little things I thought might be wrong and Matt said not to worry I wouldn’t hurt his feelings, and he would take care of them whether or not I bought the car because it was in his best interest. He then actually took a lot of time going over my current vehicle with me and advising me on a fair price for a family member. I was buying a used minivan just to get me by until a new model comes out that I really want. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on the used one but I doubled my budget to $6k after reading reviews of Matt. It was worth it to me to get a decent and safe ride. Matt’s team went through and put new tires, new brakes, new shocks, springs, suspension, a/c service, fluids, filters, wipers,, etc. He also fully detailed it and did not turn it over to me until he corrected an issue with the alignment he pointed out first on the test drive. After the purchase Matt and his mechanic David were great to deal with. I had a few weird quirks with the car and when I texted and called Matt he responded almost immediately to my and told me to bring it right down and they fixed it right away with no questions asked. David also worked over a couple visits to resolve a crazy warning light that kept coming on periodically. This is a 2003 vehicle so I was not that surprised by the quirks, but I was surprised and extremely relieved by the attention to detail of Matt and his Mechanic. They truly treat each customer with the same attention to detail. It would have been very easy to brush off my 2003 minivan purchase, but I never felt that way. I look forward to sending any friends and family to Matt when they need a new car. He is truly a stand up guy.

This was an extremely pleasant buying experience. Matt was very low key; absolutely zero pressure, very accommodating and offering a highly competitive price with no haggling or "extra" fees. The car was in great condition when we first looked at it, thanks in part to the service that Aero did on it prior to posting it for sale. Only two issues were found: the radio was not working (fully disclosed by Matt before we even started the car) but Matt already had a brand new one on order that was included in the sale. We had to wait a few days for the installation but it was worth it - the job was professionally done. Second issue was a leaking windshield washer pump but Matt had it fixed immediately; no hassle at all. Although the car was whistle clean when we test drove it, Matt insisted on giving it a final detailing before we picked it up; he was even able to arrange a drop off at his Norwell location for our convenience. Top notch - I would highly recommend!

Matt is redefining what a car salesman is - in my experience, I walked onto his open and relatively sheltered lot - protected from busy streets and tight lots you typically encounter in the Boston area. Matt arrived and immediately showed me to the car - it was clean, both inside and out, which is an important consideration. Despite the fact that I was being shown two models, with about a $1000 price difference, I was not pressured into buying the more expensive car at any time. The important thing about Matt and his business model is that he can speak and act with complete transparency and integrity - he sells quality cars at mid to high competitive prices. He also sells the vehicles with a calm and trusting demeanor - no need to retain license while you are test driving, and no pressure to purchase on the spot. You are encouraged to take your time and think about the purchase. He does not need to employ the traditional methods used car salesmen employ - such as minimizing defects, downplaying the cars history or downright lying about mechanical realities. I hold the importance of reviews paramount, and these reviews truly do speak for themselves. It would be very difficult to walk out of Matts lot not feeling pleased after you purchased a vehicle.

My car buying experience with Matt was and still is fabulous. I trust basically nobody and have had bad dealer after bad dealer. After a year of researching cars and finally coming across Matts lot, I found my Honda CR-V, in my price range, decent mileage and close to where I live. I called the number and left a message. Matt returned my call right away, met me the next day, I showed him the car I liked, he didnt try to sell me anything else, went over the car in detail, showed me the autocheck results on his phone, and worked with me to make sure I was leaving with that vehicle. Matt is genuine, something that is rare with car buying from any dealer. He was attentive to what I needed, didnt rush me, didnt make up stories or excuses that the car wouldnt last long on his lot. He stays true to his buyers and doesnt entertain any kind of bait and switch whatsoever, take comfort in that he offers what he offers and doesnt lie or trick you into anything. Matt has a sense of humor and was happy to help me with any questions/concerns I had throughout the entire process. He is available to meet pretty quickly and makes every effort to meet at times most convenient for you. He watches the Walking Dead which was a huge plus for me because that also shows he has great taste in television! I was able to have a great, funny, comfortable conversation with a car dealer that was more like talking to my brother or cousin! It was great and moving forward, I had an issue with my car battery and check engine light. Matt met me soon as I was able to get to him, came personally to my home at 8:30AM and replaced the battery, with top of the line battery. Once that was done, I noticed my radio had gone in lock as a safety feature. I tried to fix on my own but to no avail, and texted Matt asking for his help with that. He met me the next day, and pulled out my radio for the serial number, then called his car guy for the code to unlock stereo. Done in a matter of minutes. While there, after he put my radio back in spot, I mentioned that my car charger port had not been working, he went to his vehicle, got fuses and began to crawl underneath dash to try and fix that....got that working, tested it out with his own phone/cord. I mean, he truly goes above and beyond and did things that most dealers would certainly not be kind or friendly about doing, nor at the quickness with which he helped me, and I am genuinely grateful and thankful. My daughter LOVES our car and Matt was very kind to her while we were on the car lot. He makes like he is your friend which made the experience so refreshing. I did not feel tossed around and deceived like I feel most women get from dealers, but instead, as if he were putting his own sister in the car, he wanted to make sure I was happy with everything! So far, 2 weeks tomorrow into having my vehicle and I love everything about my gorgeous, well serviced, well cleaned/detailed Honda CR-V. Matt had the brakes freshly done and car cleaned spotless. I am so in love with my car and better yet, that I now have a cool, helpful, friendly car dealer friend that I feel confident I can reach out to regarding the car even another 2 weeks down the road if need be. Buy your car from Matt, the reviews dont lie and you will not be sorry. He has a great selection of cars and is extremely knowledgeable about how to go about fixing things and has a great team working with him. But I have only had to deal with Matt and each time for small things I listed, have been easy breezy and comfortable! THANK YOU MATT! My niece and I met with Matt 2 weeks ago and test drove 2 good cars which my niece liked. She asked if Matt needed a deposit and he said "No, just call and let me know which car you want and I will hold it for you." The next day she called Matt and told him the car she chose but he did not respond. For the next 3-4 days my niece sent texts, emails and left voice mail messages. Matt replied once asking for a copy of her license but then we never heard from him again! His email address stopped working so we really got nervous and gave up on Matt and Aero Motorcars!

I really love my new car. And buying it was easily the most simple and pleasant auto purchase Ive ever experienced. My husband was in the hospital and my car was totaled due to the accident that put him there. I was alone, and in dire need of both help and a car. After hours and hours of online shopping I found Matt and his absolutely great 2006 Toyota Matrix. I drove it and fell in love. My mechanic checked it out and told me it was a fine little car and I should buy it. I told Matt I wanted it, and he was kind enough to bring the car to me right away so Id have transportation to the myriad medical appointments we had. Put gas in it too. I truly couldnt believe it. He then smoothed away all the usual aggravations...registry and the like...I had no paperwork whatsoever to deal with. He offered to order me a manual and actually DID it! All this while making me laugh, despite the circumstances. I really needed that. All of this is to say that Matt is kind and goes above and beyond what a customer could rationally expect. And most importantly...he keeps his word. You can trust him.

I was in the market for a very specific car. I came across this vehicle that was available with Matt. He knew about the vehicle and its rarity. He also made sure he had all the vehicle service records that were available for the car and was able to speak to the cars history. With only a handful of these cars available in new England in the model years and color options I wanted, I was glad to find such an example here. Matt was very fair with the pricing of his vehicle and also provided great communication and after the sale support as requested by myself. Buy with confidence that Matt will do whats right to make the process smooth and Enjoyable. There was a specific and expensive repair that was due for this car at the given mileage and I asked Matt about if it had been done. Any lesser car salesmen may have tried to skip past the question or just lie and say that it was replaced recently. Matt did not do this, he was able to tell me with certainty that it was not performed yet. This was important to me and with the price reflecting the work to be done, it all but sold the car to me right then and there.
