Service is good. Prices decent. Only negative is waiting room is is not clean or up to par.

"Not A Very Good Experience"

I checked two cars on cars.com and reached dealership. After having a test drive we started discussing about cars price. They told the price 1000+ more than what was listed on cars.com. I told them the online price they had quoted earlier, the sales man told me it cannot be case and i showed them the price on my computer screen. He went to his manager for 1 minute and returned after 20 mins and told me that it was quoted wrongly by their online sales person. After saying that he returned back again to his manager and i kept sitting for 20 more minutes waiting to know what was going on. Then i went to his managers cabin and told them that i will come back once they decide price for themselves.

"Honest, Easy Purchase"

I am amongst those who have had bad experiences in the past with absolutely dreadful, aggressive car sales people at different dealerships...And I cringe at the idea that I might have to deal with that again. Fortunately not with Capitol, this dealership is proof there actually are honest and pleasant car purchasing experiences. Here are sales and finance people who are strait forward, honest folk willing to have normal conversations and give you the time you need and provide you the best info regardless if the sale goes their way or not. No pushy sales here at all. They are clearly interested in a satisfied customer. Thumbs up from me and thank you.

"Tons Of Selections; Well Service"

This is my first time to purchase a car. Very excited and confused when buying a car since I had no experience about it before. I chose to buy a new 2015 Mazda 3 at Capitol Mazda since I love the sportiness that Mazda creates. 17 inch alloy wheel with red soul exterior color looks awesome! I did a little bit drive testing on both local as well as highway. The steering wheel feels responsive and the suspension feels a little bit hard but with comfort. The service from this dealership is good. I recommend it to other car buyers who want to purchase a Mazda for fun!

I had an excellent buying experience at Capital Mazda. Our sales person was Michael Montuy and he was informative, thoughtful, thorough, and most of all he has integrity. It is a fine car, but you can get lots of fine cars at lots of dealers, but you cant get the quality of personal attention that you can get if you ask for Michael Montuy.

We drove to San Jose to view a Used car and were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the vehicle given its price and age. The customer service during our purchase and hand over process from Steve was fantastic. Whilst the price was not reduced I am really pleased with the deal and would definitely recommend this dealership.

Had a couple phone conversations with a salesperson who was professional in trying to answer any questions in order to satisfy my needs. Did not continue conversations due to the shipping costs and not being able to look over the car due to distance. Car is/was in Calif and we are in Colo.

I actually havent bought a car here- YET, but as I waited for my 2003 Mazda3 to be serviced, I had a chance to look at the new models on the showroom floor. Its been 11 years, it may be time for a new car! I spoke with one of the salesmen and we some calculating on what theyd give me as a trade in. Im not ready to buy just yet, but Im seriously considering it. Ive always had a good experience with their service department, so it may be time to give the sales department a try! Always friendly and fast, with fair estimates.

"Good Deal, Had A Lot Of Waiting Though"

I reached there by 11.30 and in two hours I found a car in my budget. I had to wait from 1.45 to 4.30 just to meet the finance advisor. meanwhile at around 2.45 pm when I was tired of waiting I asked them whether it would be better for me to have lunch and come, they told that the meeting might happen anytime now. fortunately I went out and had my lunch .The waiting continued even after my lunch. Last year I had purchased a high end car from another dealer where I had to wait only for an hour. The positive thing was the sales rep who was interacting with us was very friendly. I also had to mail and call couple of times to get a second key for the car and a service appointment was not booked even after I had emailed the person 2 days in advance and no reply or callback was made to let me know that appointments were not available on the day I had planned to come in.

Found a Chevy SSR at a Great Price. I tried to bargain a little but they wouldnt budge. I am still 100% pleased with everything. It was such a great deal that I drove 3 hours to the Dealers in San Jose.

"Misleading Mileage"

I was looking for a truck advertised at less than 74k miles. It actually has 118k miles on the sales history. This is very misleading. I wouldnt trust this dealer.

"First Car Buying Experience"

This was my first time buying a car, and I felt very comfortable buying from this dealership. They definitely are a dealership, though, and I was pushed on to sign a little too much. Just insist on taking a thorough look at the vehicle so you can haggle better, if youre buying used. The car I got was in good working order, but there are some old parts that Ill have to replace (like the soft top). If youre savvy enough to spot things like that, theyll work with you, to be sure. Thank you James Kane for all of your help and for a truly enjoyable first buying experience. I love my new Mazda, and if I could choose again, I would still choose Capitol Mazda.

"Used Purchase "

We got caught in traffic and my wife worked overtime. Coming down 880 in the go home traffic from Hayward to South San Jose was brutal but they waited for us. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and the deal was done by 9:15pm.

"Terrible Experience"

The finance rate is high as 9.9%. The worst thing is they would reject the deal after you agree their offer price. Worst experience ever! Think before you purchase from them!!
