I was interested in purchasing a used vehicle, I was disappointed that the manager was not willing to even negotiate the price with me, yet expected me to keep increasing my monthly payment amount. The saleman was very nice but that didnt help me buy the vehicle. If your in the business to sell cars then I would think that there is always room to discount a used one.

I brought my 2005 Nissan Maxima in on Saturday because it kept stalling on me. I drove right up to the service garage and right in. I was met by David Cyr and Juan the second I stepped out of my car. I explained what was going on with my car within minutes My information was taken and Juan took my car to the back to look at it. I had someone follow me so I can run errors while they were looking at my car. I left and not long after that I received a phone call from David Cyr stating that Juan had found the problem and that with my permission they were going to start working on my car. They werent sure if they had one of the parts they needed but I was given the option of a loaner car if my car had to stay over night. Five minutes go by and David called back and told me that they had the part and my car was going to be ready that day. All together it took less than a few hours to get my car done which would of took someone else a day or two and the price was less than what I expected. I have been other places and Hoffman Nissan service has topped every other place I have been. David was courteous, friendly and has amazing people skills. Juan is an amazing and an efficient mechanic. After the excellent service I received I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. I give these guys a 5 star rating.

On October 30, 2015, my family and I went to purchase a new SUV for my wife. We went to the Hoffman Auto Group located in Avon, to test drive a Nissan Rogue, Toyota RAV4 and a Honda CRV. We spent time with sales associates from all three manufactures, but the person that stood out the most was the Nissan Associate, Stephanie Samuelson. I found her to be extremely professional, personable and honest. After speaking with the sales manager, she presented us with various options for purchasing the Rogue; all of which I found to be extremely reasonable. While we did not end up purchasing the Nissan, I would and have referred friends interested in purchasing a Nissan to Stephanie Samuelson. And when it comes time for me to replace my Nissan Truck, I will only deal with Stephanie Samuelson of Hoffman Nissan.

When my old Honda Accord needed expensive repairs, I decided it was time to buy a new car. A year ago I purchased a Nissan Sentra for my son. The experience at Hoffman Nissan was so good then, I went there first. Stephanie Samuelson greeted me at the door. After I explained to her what I was interested in, she found just the right vehicle, which I bought. The car is easy to drive, economical in gas, comfortable with good back support, and attractive in appearance. It also has the rear view camera, which is helpful. Stephanie clearly explained all the details of the car to me, and she and the financial department came up with a fair cost price, including trade in of my old car. I couldnt have been treated any better, and am very satisfied with Hoffman Nissan and its staff. I wouldnt hesitate to do business there again in the future.

I have been bringing my Nissan Rogue (I bought from Hoffman Nissan) for routine maintenance since purchasing and am very pleased with the service. They are accommodating with scheduling, courteous and super friendly when dropping off. Upfront on pricing which I consider a huge plus because surprises on a bill are a no go for me. So far, both time and pricing estimates have been spot on. The courtesy car wash is a much appreciated bonus.

Purchased a used truck from them and I have a bad rattle in the sunroof. Was told to bring it up there to get it serviced under the warranty but after the 40 min. drive I get a call that I will have to pay and bring it to one of there other dealerships! Not good customer service here people! Take the money and run somewhere else!

Just picked up a Murano Crosscabriolet through an E-bay ad for my wife. Initially spoke to Billy (Sales Manager) settled on price and was then handed over to Mark K. Mark was a pleasure to work with. He communicated well, kept me up to date and made the process easy. I drove two hours up from Queens, NY, got some lunch, and headed back home. Definitely would buy from them again.

I drove ninety minutes to see a specific car here. The salesperson, Adeno, was polite, efficient, and got me all the information I needed in a timely manner. What struck me was that they practiced NONE of the usual dealer tactics. I havent bought a car yet, but felt these guys deserved a good review.
"Good Image, Performance At Or Below Average."
Hoffman should have tires in stock for the vehicles they sell. I am sure image is very important to Hoffman but for us consumers, or at least me, performance as a dealer is more important. Town fair tire was able to solve my problem in a 2 minute phone call all the while waiting for a return call from Hoffman service about finding a new tire for my new car with 2600 miles on it that I bought from them. I had to call Hoffman back to tell them I am all set because I did not want them to "order" a tire for nothing. Now I do not expect anybody to bend over backwards for me. But I do expect the dealer who wants my business to be able to service my car with a well stocked parts dept. Having a PAIR of tires of the sizes and brand of tire on the cars they sell only seems like common sense to me. I really do not think I will be returning to Hoffman for service or sales even though they are in my backyard. I think a new management team should be an option. Your facilities are beautiful.

They repaired all cosmetic issues on the car before I took it home at no extra cost to me. They also brought the car to me once the repairs were finished. "Stay Away"
Lied to, cheated and put off. They let me drive for 10 days unregistered and uninsured. Then they laughed about it. Refused to deliver what was advertised and what was promised until I spent hours raising a stink. Checked my aftermarket Warranty that I paid the dealer for and the warranty company told me the policy had been suspended due to non payment. On further investigation, it turned out that they signed me up for a far lesser policy than I had been sold. The dealer once pressed resolved that situation as well. Repeated calls to upper management were never returned. Today while at coffee I ran into someone that was just going through the exact same crap. To date 2 months after purchase I still have not received what was promised. I would strongly recommend that you pass on Hoffman and find a more honest dealer.

Found a 2012 Murano on the lot that had a fairly loaded package with features I might not have added if they werent already present. Hoffman Nissan gave me a great trade-in on a Honda Odyssey and a wonderful discount to make room for their new 2013 models. The staff was courteous and very well informed about their product and gave me as much time as I wanted to test drive the product (which I did twice). They even offered to let me take the car overnight if I wanted to really try it out.

I recently decided to upgrade my 2010 Nissan Murrano and obtain more options. In the past, the sales people talked to my husband. When they called to see how e still liked the carand, or, had issues, they directed their comments to my husband even though the car was mine. This infuriated me. When I entered Hoffman Nissan this July, I was greeted by Michael Greene, the General manager. He assured me that would not happen, and to my surprise, it didnt! My salesman, John Petuch was wonderful. He made the experience a pleasure. There was, one big issue. After buying the vehicle, I had to return to sign some papers that were missed on the purchase date. I arrived on a Friday morning and was kept waiting for an hour to sign my name twice. The Business Manager had no customers in his office and was informed several times that I was waiting. When he did show up, he was rude. This unfortunately overshadowed my day. Hopefully, the Business Manager was just having a bad day and his was not his standard behavior. I do LOVE my Murano!
