I went in yesterday to explore turning in my current lease, 2015 Escape, for a new vehicle. I have been buying and leasing cars for along time and this was the worst experience I ever had. While my sales rep was a great guy to talk to, I was there for a little over 2 hours and never saw the car I was interested in, didnt take a test drive, never came close to discussing a deal. It seems the car was in a lot off the premises and after searching, manually not electronically, other locations he found it and went to bring it over. I sat at his desk for almost 45 minutes with no one coming to me and asking how I was doing, if I needed anything etc. After waiting way to long for the rep to come back, the floor manager (?) took me to a building across the street to look at a Fusion. When I asked why I wasnt shown this earlier, he said because it didnt have all the features I was looking for. At this point I told him I was walking and he asked me to wait 10 minutes more. I did and the rep came back to tell me he couldnt find the car. But he assured me he would find it and make the numbers worth it for me to come back there. I highly doubt that will happen because almost 24 hours after all of this occurred I havent heard from anyone at the dealership. Like I stated earlier, this was the worst experience I ever had in close to 35 years of buying and leasing cars. If you are serious about buying a car, do not go to this dealership
"Great Service But Dirty Smelly Cars "
The service is great. The used cars we looked at were dirty, though. In fairness, they explained that they detail the cars once they are sold, because people come and try and feel the cars. I think this approach is wrong because it hindered us from buying a couple of cars there. When you come see a car you expect it to smell nice and look clean. The cars we looked at smelled like the previous owners, or smelled like an artificial chemical scent (saw a strawberry smelling Christmas tree "air freshener" in one car -- smelled so bad). The seats on all the cars we looked at were stained. The floors muddy. If the cars were detailed I mightve bought one on the spot. Need a car asap. Whats wrong with detailing the car twice? Some people like to save money -- well, expect to lose the sale then.

Last time around, the mechanic was personable. The wait wasnt too bad, but can definitely use improvement. No real answers to reocurring issues. I dont feel comfident that staff knows much about the vehicles.

"New Titanium"
My lease was coming up and I was looking for an upgrade in vehicle without an upgrade in payments. Nick and Amadou at City World were fantastic. I was able to upgrade from my 2013 Ford Edge SEL into a 2016 Ford Edge Titanium for almost the exact same payments on my current lease. I was out of my old car and into my new one within a couple of hours. They were really nice and accommodating and even topped off the gas tank for me. This is my second experience with them and I have to say each time gets better and better. Definitely recommend the guys at City World to anyone looking to get a new FORD.
"Worst Place Ever"
I have it one star but honestly, they dont even deserve it. My mother and I were kept in there for almost nine hours and were treated very poorly, especially by the finance guy. I flew up to NY to help my mother buy trade in her old car and get a new one, and were treated with such disrespect. If this is how they treat people with almost a perfect credit score (820), I cant imagine how they treat everyone else. The only reason why we endured this horrible experience was because I had to fly back to Florida the next day. So beware buyers, do not go to this dealership. The Ford flag should be pulled away from this dealership, if it can be called that.

Searching online and found a car at this dealership. So I call and ask the person whom answered some info regarding the car...It was like pulling teeth. I asked what were the "dealer fees?" she said it depends.....OK ..depends on what??? she replied depends on your credit...I said Im paying cash...She said hold on...2 MINUTES later a "manager" answered..I asked the same questions and I did get a response, I then asked a few other questions and it was like I was putting her out by asking more than 2 questions... I thought this was a SALES team trying to SELL a car!!! Im shocked by the other reviews...Definitely not buying a car from a dealership that expects me to just sign up for financing and not ask questions.

We make appointment to see the car & also called 1 day earlier to confirm to see if the car is ready to test drive & they told me its ready. When I went there with 30 minute drive they said the car is not ready sales lady didnt know it was ready they didnt even said sorry. Also when I ask the price also any other charges one person says only taxes & DMV Charges then other person came no every car we sell we charge $ 1899 dealer fee top of the car sales price Be Aware..............................
