Our salesman Brandon Raap was excellent and very knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable at this dealership and were treated fairly. All promises were kept and the Manager was very courteous. Overall this was an exceptional experience and we will definitely purchase from this dealership again.

I found my sales person (Glen) to be very attentive and knowledgeable. He was personable, accessible, and worked late into a Friday evening to address our concerns. The dealership kindly accepted our offer knowing that they were accepting less than than the true value of the car. Every aspect of our purchase was A-plus. We did all of the transaction via telephone and shipped the car to Albuquerque. They were even kind enough to fix small wheel issues as good will. This was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated. This car was purchased for our son who is in college. He (we) hopes to hit it big in the film industry. He is a car nut and Beverly Hills Porsche will (and deserves) his future business. Thank you.

Response from Beverly Hills Porsche:

Thank you for the kind review Jason and I am glad that we were able to do business together and source an awesome car for your son. Referrals are the lifeblood of my business and I hope to do business again with you in the future! Please ask for Glen Fagin in the future for all of your Porsche needs

Outside of seeing some really nice cars, I had a n awful experience. The salesman I was working with had me wake up early on a Saturday morning to meet him at theelaership which was a 90 minute drive for me. When I got there he told me the Cayenne I came to purchse had been sold. He and BH Porsche wasted half my day. Horrible experience. Also dont let the Beverly Hills part impress you. Its an old rundown dealership with virtually no inventory of cars. Dont go here. Try McKenna Porsche.

Response from Beverly Hills Porsche:

Thanks for the review Eric, We take every review of our business seriously and use the feedback to improve our service. I am sorry that our dealership didnt meet with your expectations. It was not the intention of anyone at Beverly Hills Porsche to waste your day. Unfortunately another customer, working with another sales person made a deal on that Cayenne shortly before your arrival. Beverly Hills Porsche is certainly not a run-down dealership. We are housed in the historic Clock Market on Wilshire, a 1920s building thats been beautifully maintained to preserve its historic and period charm. We also have the largest inventory of new and used Porsches on the west coast. I believe you had a chance to visit our underground vault... "Porsche Heaven". Again we apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you were able to find a suitable Cayenne. If youd like to discuss this further, please contact our Used Car Manager, John at 310-481-8135. Thank you, Beverly Hills Porsche
