Bought a 2000 S430 Mercedes from this dealership. Salesman was very helpful and courtesy. The car had some issues and they agreed to fix the items. Was told they had to order a new light assembly and would call me when the job is done. Got a call to pick up the car and everything seemed fine, but two days later I got the same error message on my dash that the light is out again. Call the service manager, left message but never returned my calls. I ended up doing the repair myself. They never installed a new light assembly. They did a poor job slicing the wires on the assembly which caused the error message to come on in the first place. Take a mechanic with you if you purchase from them. The sales side of this dealership is fine, Just beware if they repair anything for you.

My brother in law both went in at different times and different days, we did not know each other were going into this dealer. We both looked at the same cars and talked to the same sales man Fred. We each got different storys on the same cars and different finance options with the same credit? One was higher the the other? I would be very carful if you go into this dealer.

We wish that you would go into a little more detail about your complaints regarding different storys on the same car so we can maybe clear that up. As far as the financing options, we are not a lender we do not do in house financing so therefore all financing options go through the banks we use so that is not up to us and those options vary depending on the individual who is applying or is interested in applying for the loans credit. Nice sales people and family owned but the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. The follow up is not very good. Out of the about six time they said they would call me back at a certain time I waited until well after and had to call them back three tims, two times they did call back at the time they said and the other time they called back but well after they said they would. If you are dealing with them just be persistent. The vehicle I was looking at they did not want to pay to fix to sell it? Give the vehicle a thorough going over. They did offer before we found the problem for me to take the vehicle to me mechanic to have it checked out. That same vehicle that I was looking at and they did not want to fix is still for sale?
