Ive been looking for a year for a better car for not only me but my family. Ive gone to a couple of different dealerships in different cities to look at different cars, the most honest dealership Ive been to is this one. I was very happy with the level of service and the fact that they understood that it was my first time buying a car through a dealership. They walked me through all the steps, gave me advice and showed me how it all worked. I was going to get the car regardless of the service but truth be told the service was outstanding enough to warrant future returns if I ever need a car again or need to recommended a dealership to another person. Take a look at their website, see if they have a car your interested in and go down there. Dont be rude or stand off-ish to them, give them a chance and youll be surprised how honest theyll be with you.

"Vehicle Not As Described!"

I drove 100 miles to look at a car they described as "pristine". Upon arriving I viewed the car. It was a Lexus SC which I am very familiar with. It was low miles but far from pristine. The drivers seat leather had a hole, the passenger seat had a cut, the drivers door panel had a hole, the rims were scuffed on the drivers side, the truck spoiler had a large scrape on the paint, several touch up paint marks. It was not even close to pristine and it was dirty. They had 1 key which was broke but they did have fixed. It was a very disappointing experience. I really wanted to but this car and when back a second time. They did fix the seats and the door panel as best they could and the key. However, this car was not even close to the description.

Mina helped us and he was amazing. Honestly, what a pleasant experience. The Honda Element we wanted to by had a dead battery and no questions just put in a brand new one, filled up the car with gas, and washed it. He was firm in the price, but to compromise with my wife and I, Mina threw in a 6 month warrenty on the house. I wont be in the market for a car for a while now, but I will for sure go back to these guys when I do.

My husband and I found a truck on the internet that we were interested in. We live in Carson so we are not close by. We made the drive and went to the dealership to take a test drive. MIna was an absolute pleasure to work with and also the rest of the staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We got a Ford Excursion from them and we were concerned about it fitting into our small condo garage since the garage is not excessively large. Mina understood and followed through after the sale to make sure that it fit in our garage and it did......barely. We would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future. We had a few minor concerns prior to the purchase and Mina had everyone of those concerns addressed prior to the sale. It was well worth the drive from Carson! In all of our years, nearly sixty, I have to say it was the best automotive purchase ever, and at any dealership!

I flew in from Arizona to buy my car from Mina. I had to do a nationwide search to find the Solara Convertible to replace mine that was so rudely crashed and totaled. My husband was concerned about buying a car with 60K miles and 8 years old but Toyota hasnt built it since 2008 so options are limited. Wow.. If you are in the market for a new used car go see Mina!! Awesome experience from the get-go! My car completely broke down and I was in the market for a new SUV. We narrowed it down to a Nissan Murano, and the search began. After a fun-filled week of searching ads, running across town to different dealerships, and making appointments with people, I came across Minas ad. From the experience of pics/descriptions saying that cars are in great condition (only to find out the opposite), I called him because we lived almost an hour away. The first thing I said was "I dont want to waste your time or mine, the pictures and description look great online but how does the car really look". He said the interior is immaculate and walked around the entire car to describe every scratch and minor dent he saw (which I felt he was actually doing because I could hear the sound of wind as he walked around the car, plus the genuiness of his voice). When we got there and looked at the car, sure enough it had every scratch/dent that he described and the interior was damn near perfect as he described. Btw I must also mention that they close at 8pm, but we didnt arrive until after 8:30 because of the time that my wife got off work. However he knew we were coming and was happy to stay. There was also another person looking at the car which he let me know and kept me updated because he didnt want me to waste an hour drive out there. We put our deposit down that night and took a few days to get the rest of the funds ready, which Mina was very patient and worked with us throughout the process. Coming from a sales background and knowing how some sales people are, me and my wife truly appreciated Minas character. He is not a salesman, he is an honest and ethical businessman running an honest and ethical family business. Even if the car price was so cheap, the quality of the car was great. This is my story... I bought Toyota Solara 2001 in St. Mina; and then, I needed to fix some parts, which cost me more than 300 dollars. However, the total cost was still cheaper than the market price. Moreover, their service was great. They discounted the price because of the fix fee for me. I completely appreciated their honestness and services. I recommend someone, who is planning to buy a used car, goes to this shop first.

My experience at St Mina Auto Sales has been by far the most positive buying experience Ive had. Mina was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. I recently purchased a used SUV here, and I couldnt have been happier with the experience. This is a used car lot, but unlike the typical used car lot, they do not have stereotypical salespeople. When I first arrived, they asked me which vehicle I was interested in checking out. I asked to see the SUV, and they opened it up for me to take a look at the interior. They then asked if Id like to test drive it. This is where it got interesting. Usually a salesperson comes along on the test drive, probably for a couple of reasons like: (1) to continue to sell you on the merits of the vehicle so youll purchase it, and (2) make sure you arent driving crazy. Here, they handed me the keys, asked for my drivers license and let me test drive the vehicle on my own. I was surprised, but appreciated the freedom to test the car out without a pesky salesperson telling me how great the car is, where to turn, etc. I was interested in the vehicle, so the negotiation process began. I never once got the feeling that they were trying to take advantage of me or rip me off. In fact, I feel like I got a great deal. It ends up that these guys are a family run business. In my opinion, they do business the right way, and I would gladly purchase another vehicle from them.
