My experience with Josh Melo was beyond satisfying. The amount of patience this man has is amazing. He was very professional but also very comforting and down to earth at the same time. Even though my credit was not the greatest, he still encouraged me to try anyway. When my cosigner wasnt sure if she could make it the same day to sign, he even offered to take the paperwork to her. That is the best customer service I have ever experienced. If youre looking to buy a vehicle here, ask for him! He will do anything possible to make you satisfied with your purchase. Went in for oil change and tire rotation to McGee. I returned home and looked at my tires and rims finding they had never been rotated. I called the service dept. and was told I could return the next day and they would do it then . Why should I have to return to do what should have been done when I went there the first time ? Caught

I went to McGee for their great reputation and also their satisfaction guarantee and I was absolutely pleased. I got a great deal on the Pre-Owed Equinox that I went in to see. I did pay the asking, but the asking was below market so I was fine with that. My salesperson was Brandon and he was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I wanted to pay cash for the car so I was up front and was able to get the deal completed and car picked up in a 5 day process. The only snag that happened was that the car had a Remote Start that was not working, so after speaking to Brandon and also to Brian Apostolon, the used car sales manager they replaced it at no cost to me because of the sale having that as an option in the car. The made it work for me and also they made my experience top notch. So I highly recommend this dealer for your NEW/USED car purchases. It has been almost three months and the car is perfect, no issues, so again thank you McGee for making this stressful experience- not stressful but pleasant! FYI-I had done a review on here after purchasing the car, but it was send thru uncompleted and I am trying to get that one removed since it is only one line- FYI-

First of all me and my wife werent ready to purchase a new car and thought going around to weigh our options. Based on the reviews , we decided to travel 40 miles togoto MCgee dealership to take a look at chevy ls sedan. Met a nice guy Jeff and he was awesome. Negotiated & Finalized a deal within 30 mins. And it was around closing time but other staff stayed back late to finish off paperwork . Finally car was delivered the very next day as promised. I would strongly recommend this dealer

I was in the market for a new vehicle not to sure if I wanted to buy at this time. Ive gone to several other dealerships in the area and was not pleased at the level of customer service (putting it nicely) that I received. That was until I made my way to McGee Chevrolet I can honestly say Im not into "American" made cars but said hey why not. I pulled in started to walk the lot really good mix of used cars and a wide variety of new cars and truck was very pleased to see this! I was greeted by a salesman Aaron, Great guy told him my opinion on American cars, he Laughed said he was a Camaro/ Bowtie guy then proceeded to tell me that Chevy is leading the industry in almost every category. Aaron was showing me the all new line up of Chevy vehicles and giving me specs and features that are now included and some that I can possibly get in them. I have to admit they really do look nice. Aaron wasnt your typical pushy or over barring salesman he gave me my space also gave me really good information and was around close enough to answer any questions that I had without making me feel uncomfortable like other dealers. I am defiantly going to McGee Chevrolet to purchase my new vehicle From Aaron and the McGee Dealership. I was even approached by the dealerships General Manager Jason Pacheco to see how I was doing and if I needed anything let him know. To me that speaks highly of this dealership and how attentive and customer oriented they are and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or pushed into purchasing that day. I recommend everyone to go see Aaron and the McGee Chevrolet dealership for all your vehicle needs I know I will.
