Buying a used car was painless. Darryl Newman, the sales person, was very courteous. There was a bit of wait to see the finance department but I guess that is understandable given the huge pile of forms to be signed and explained.

We walked in to Lexus of edison to check for used RX350s but ultimately liked 2017 RX350.We were helped greatly by Tarek Abousalama who is a wonderful salesperson I have seen in my life.He was very patient in explaining about different models and differences between leases/buying 2017 RX350.We had a test drive with 2017 RX350 which we didnt feel comfortable.We felt really bad that we had Tarek spend 1.5 hours with us and we didnt reward him(by leasing or buying 2017 RX350,its just that we didnt like RX350 but we loved Tareks service more than 100%) for excellent service he provided us.But left there happy knowing not all car dealers are bad considering I had a very bad experiences with once of the dealers in Chicago in 2005 for Honda Accord then.We will see some wonderful human beings like Tarek who knows how to treat customers with lots of patience, respect and an ever lasting smile.Hats off to Tarek.You changed my way of looking at dealers.I will definitely look forward to reviewing any good used vehicles at this dealership.Next time we will be very clear with what we want.

I like my 2014 Lexus Rx 350. My sales rep was an excellent guy. His name is Kamal Singh. I like all the safety features on the truck. The interior quality is amazing. Overall its a beautiful truck and I would highly recommend somebody to be the owner. I like it when I reverse the truck the backup camera shows up on the screen so I have a clear view of the road. Also when I am driving and I want to change lanes the blind spot indicator blinks so it tells me if somebody it close to me or not. I like the tilted seats in the back. Also I like the leather seats because their very comfortable.

My wife and I stopped by on a Saturday to look at the RX350 to replace a GS300 we owned to accommodate our family. We were greeted by Lisa Gonzalez who took the time to show us the car and let us test drive it. She was very knowledgeable and flexible with us and our needs. We had our 11 month old with us so there were breaks for changing/feeding but ultimately we ended up with the vehicle the same day. We painlessly struck a deal with the sales manager Tim Macpherson and Lisa and even had to leave to attend a birthday party while they prepped the car. When we arrived back Lisa and the Technology advisor Freddy Gomez took the time to go over the features of the car and explained whatever we had questions on. After that it was a quick trip to Nick Volonakiss office in finance to sign the papers and we were on our way. It was a no nonsense experience that made us comfortable enough to leave with the vehicle and feel good about the deal. I would recommend the team I dealt with to anyone!

If you go to this dealership and have questions for the finance manager Nick or the Sales Manager Ana, forget it! Nick called me to his office under the guise of being READY for me to sign and review forms. I get in his office and he proceeds to then waste 15 minutes printing the forms. Why call me to the office your are not really ready?! I felt it was a power trip; a game. How disrespectful? And a royal waste of my valuable time. I spent more time with him than I did at the closing on my house. Thankfully, my entire experience was not solely dependent on Nick and Anas customer service skills, otherwise I would have walked out! My sales rep. Robert Garcia was the saving grace for my experience at this dealership. I did receive a follow up phone call from Kelvin and Tim. Wonderful gentlemen! Robert and Kelvin are the only reasons I would return to this dealership. BUT make sure you shop around and ASK QUESTIONS!

Before I went to Edison Lexus, I was on the phone with S L Juljanovic, one of the managers. I was impressed with his honesty, and the information he gave me. I felt confident that he was above board and had a nice way about it. After speaking to him, I decided to go to Edison. I hesitated to drive to Edison Lexus because it was further than I wanted to go. However, I am thrilled that I made the decision to do so. While heading to Edison, I realized I did not have directions and thought I was lost. I called Lexus and Diane patiently guided me to Lexus dealer. When I arrived, Diane had a big smile on her face, and I thought it was a great way to begin my day. Sonny (mgrs nickname) introduced me to Kelvin Camilo. He was fabulous, detailed, efficient and a pleasant personality. He bent overboard to answer all questions, and made me feel comfortable with buying a car from him. There is no questions that the five stars above are truly deserved by the staff that I dealt with.

They also have a finance department you are able to discuss questions or concerns in regards to your new purchase. I was not only satisfied 6 years ago when I purchased my first Lexus from Lexus of Edison, I was truly thrilled to be treated as a competent, knowledgeable human. I recommended Lexus of Edison to my friends who did, in fact, buy cars there after driving my 2009 ES350. Now its 2015 and Ive decided to try a different approach to owning. I wanted a beautiful new Lexus ES350! Due to being a senior senior, leasing every few years will give me the opportunity to have a new car more often than owning might allow financially. Lexus of Edison and Mohamed Eldessouky transitioned me from owning to leasing without a hitch. I had question after question for Mohamed and Anne Samejo to answer. They never hurried me to make a decision. I went from hybrid to standard, I chose white and next day changed to black, I was not an easy sell since I did not understand the "ins and outs" of leasing. I trusted and enjoyed working with them both. Mohamed Eldessouky is the most enthusiastic, patient and cheerful Sales Consultant I personally have ever dealt with. He was happy to answer endless questions, and he erased any doubts I had about all the new technology that I was unaccustomed to. I showed up at the showroom time after time over a 3-day period and was always met with a more-than-upbeat and competent staff overall. Needless to say, I can recommend Lexus of Edison!

I was interested in a 2011 RX 350 and I wanted to make sure that the vehicle was still available before going to the dealership. I called Lexus of Edison and I was connected with a pleasant employee named Mary. I was able to tell that Mary was eager to help me! She told me the news I wanted to hear - the vehicle I was searching for was still available! Mary gave me more information on the vehicle and it was extremely helpful. She explained the car fax report and the pre-owned vehicle inspection that the vehicle goes through to become "certified pre-owned" She offered to schedule an appointment for me to come in and test drive the vehicle. I was told that the vehicle will be cleaned and ready in the front of the dealership for me when I arrived. This made me feel like my business was important. You can tell that Lexus of Edison is a dealership whose number one priority is their CUSTOMERS. I will be sure to recommend Lexus of Edison to anyone I know that is looking for a new or used vehicle.

Two days later, Mary called me back who left an voice mail and in the voice mail, it was cut off. I was in the market to buy a certified pre-owned Lexus ES350 and I checked out three different dealers in Central NJ for a great car with a good deal. I found both here at Lexus of Edison. They had the best selection of pre-owned and new Lexus cars that I have seen anywhere else. If you want to save yourself time and lots of money, just visit them. From the time I walked into the dealership and meet with Mohamed Eldessouky (Sales and Leasing Consultant), till the day I picked up my car, this has been the best car buying experience I ever had. Mohamed did not play any games and took the time to show me a few cars I that I saw on their internet site. I took several test drives till I found the car that was best for me. Mohamed is the most knowledgeable and polite sales consultant you would want to meet. He was very friendly and professional. He did not pressure me into anything I did not want. He treated me with the utmost respect. He made me feel like family. When I picked up the car, Mohamed had most of the paperwork ready to sign. I went to see the financial service manager, Daniel Mercado, he did not pressure me one bit and had be out of his office after signing all the docs in 10 min. Dan answered all my financial questions and explained, in detail, all my buying options. At delivery, Mohamed took the time to show me every switch and button, he even set up my Bluetooth phone with the car. The salesperson and manager were as helpful as they could be. There was a disconnect between the internet salesperson and the dealer salesperson and they couldnt find the car we wanted to look at, but they called us back about 5-10 minutes after we left the dealership to let us know they found it. We decided not to purchase the vehicle, but they were by and large pretty helpful and forthcoming. I would not rule them out for a future car purchase,

There are plenty of honest, well-intentioned car salespeople out there... but there are also plenty that arent. I think sometimes salespeople have to put themselves in the customers shoes and know that it isnt pleasurable to try and take advantage of clients that walk into the dealer as you never know who the dealer is dealing with. Very poor customer service walked in receptionist took my name and said someone would be with me shortly after 30 minutes some random salesperson asked me if i need help. The way they operate this dealership is like a flea market no structure and no profesional touch for a high end dealer.
