I was in the market to buy a new 2017 ES 350. I checked the price of the car, with the options I wanted, at three other Lexus dealers in Central NJ. (Just to see if I was getting a good deal here). If you want to save yourself time and money, visit Lexus of Bridgewater. From the moment I walked into the dealership and met with Edmond Carlock (Sales Consultant), I knew I was going to buy the car I wanted. This has been the best car buying experience I had. Ed did not play any games, and showed me a car that I saw on their internet site. Ed is a very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional sales consultant. He did not pressure me into anything I did not want. He treated me with the utmost respect. He made me feel like family. Frank Tesoriero (Sales Manager) was very helpful in the price negotiations, he came very close to meeting my offer, and the deal was completed with little stress The car had to be located from another Lexus dealer. They told me it would take two days for the car to be transported to Bridgewater. During that time, I had spoken to Michael Sarullo (Sales Manager) who gave me updates on when the car will arrive. Everything worked out great. I am thankful to him for keeping me informed. The Finance Manager, Joelle Heller, was friendly, polite, efficient, organized and professional. She explained every form, in detail, that I had to sign, and answered all of my questions in a quick manner. She did not pressure me into any options I did not want. The transaction went quick and smooth, I was out of there in 45 min. When the car was delivered to me, Ed took the time, and answered all my questions about the car. Before you buy or lease your next new Lexus, or any other good used car, call Ed, and Im sure he will give you the best deal and experience than any other dealer in NJ. In the future, when buying my next car, I will see Edmond first, to save me time and aggravation. Highly recommended Lexus car dealer.

Excellent experience. Sales person Candie was great and we had a very positive buying process. The finance guy was also great, he did his job in up selling services and warranty insurance, in which we turned down. No secondary pressure was applied. Delivery was on time and the car was detailed to as new condition. Candie should us how to work the cars many buttons and gaggets than rode off into the sunset very happy. I cold called on a car I saw on Cars.com. I received a prompt reply from the internet salesperson Ed, and made a date to follow up. Took a ride in the car with Ed who was no pressure at all--somewhat surprising in this day and age, but refreshing!! After some discussion concerning my trade the manager came over and deal was made---I was happy, I think they were happy, and I left to put the pieces together. However a day later I was told by Ed that the car has a recall on the air bags and they cannot sell as is, and it would need to be fixed. It might be a few days---might be a few weeks, he could not give me a date. Again I thought that was strange, I mean who lets a buyer walk away that easily and it was a trade plus CASH!!! been a week and heard nothing, I would like to think they are honest about the issue but why not get it fixed so they could sell it?? a question that I cannot answer. But overall a good experience.

I purchased a 2 year old Lexus in May 2015. My consultant was Max Campbell. Since Im in Texas and the dealership isnt I relied on Max to provide me with an accurate description of the vehicle. Max led me to believe that the car was in excellent condition even repeated requests for additional photos went ignored. Once I received the car and noticed the damage, it was too late to do anything. I called and emailed Max repeatedly asking for a reason in the discrepancy between his description and the evidence, calls and emails were ignored. Lesson learned, dont trust Max Campbell or Lexus of Bridgewater when purchasing out of state! Buyer beware!!

Receptionist assigned us to Max Campbell immediately. I ate a complimentary bagel and hot choclate while we spoke. We purchased a pre-owned Honda Accord. No bait and switch. Straightforward negotiations. Our only issue was the ongoing facilities remodling and roadside construction. I wish they were open to 9p.m. Our next car search will start and probably end at Bridgewater Lexus.

She worked with me first through e-mail as I was shopping from three dealers simultaneously. She was responsive every time - and provided information quickly and efficiently - including pricing, lease factor, vehicle inventory - everything I requested. I identified a vehicle in which I was interested and made an appointment. This is when Dawns service really became extraordinary. We went for a test drive, then sat to discuss a deal. This is my third leased Lexus ES350 and my best acquisition experience - resulting in a lower payment and full resolution of my vehicle that I turned in four months early because it already had 60,000 miles. . Dawn assisted me in learning about operating my car - registered me for Lexus on line programs and benefits, provided me with a number of Lexus products, When I had difficulty setting up the Remote feature on my phone - she was determined to get it to work. When even the service department was not able to get it running - she insisted I try another option when I got home - and it worked! I would certainly seek out Lexus of Bridgewater and Dawn if I was seeking a new Lexus vehicle - suggest you do too!

I called for a 2005 Honda Odyssey they advertised here on cars.com. I was told that the car was still available. Then I drove 45 miles there to see the car. Yes the car was there, I checked the car and took a test drive. By the time I was ready to make a deal with a salesman, they told me that they already made a schedule to take the car to auto auction so they can not sell it to me. it was like a joke !!!! Then they said that they have a 2008 Honda Odyssey, which is more money. So they advertise cheap cars on the internet, but once you get there, they try to sell you more expensive one. Overall I had a very bad experience with these guys. It is 2014, but the way they try to do business is unbelievable..

We currently own two Lexus vehicles and we only service them at Lexus of Bridgewater. Our service advisor Shana goes out of her way to keep us informed about our repairs. Her smile and helpful attitude is wonderful. While waiting, you can sit in a nice, clean space with comfy chairs or work at a desk. Plus, if you get hungry while waiting for service, there are yummy snacks available during the morning and early afternoon. We are customers for years and have no plans to change that.

We bought out 2010 GTI from Sam Guindi just last week. I must say, from the moment we walked in, we were treated with the utmost professionalism. After a short and eventful test drive, we decided to move forward with purchasing our new to us GTI. The negotiating process was a little testy at times, but in the end, I think both parties came out happy. I had my own financing and they threw everything at me (including the kitchen sink) to try to get them to do my financing, but i declined each time. There were some hiccups with picking up our car once we made the deal - being that I work in the city, getting to Bridgewater is a long process. Sam wasnt the most accommodating when it came to staying a few minutes late to present his customer with their brand new car. We had to reschedule twice due to logistical issues, and in one, Sam blatantly blamed me for causing him to come to work on his off day (which i never knew about nor requested). At the end of the day, we drove away in our new ride, but left with a somewhat sour taste in our mouth.

"Great Service; Painless Car-buying Experience"

This was my second Lexus, and my second Lexus purchased here. As with the first experience 3 years ago, this was a relatively painless process, as car sales go. Jerrell Alexander was the sales rep for both deals, and he couldnt have made the process any easier - he was a pleasure to deal with, and is a very nice guy, to boot (we probably spent at least as much time just chatting as we did working on finding me a car). This time around I was upgrading from a low-mileage 2011 CT200h (14,800 miles in 3 years of ownership) to a new 2015 RX450h - I like my hybrids - because I needed more cargo space. The dealer gave me a pretty generous price for my trade and knocked about $3,000 or so off the price of the RX without me even asking, which made the new vehicle a bit more affordable (at least relatively - Lexus isnt exactly an "affordable car" brand, but I find the quality and comfort of their vehicles to be worth most of the price premium you pay to own a Lexus). Once we had arrived at a deal, Jerrell handed me over to the business/finance manager, Adam, who earned his salary getting me a decent financing deal with payments I could afford (even though it took a bit of time - I had to wait until the following day before he had something I could work with). That slight delay aside, the rest of the process was smooth and easy, and I drove off the lot in my new RX one day after I first drove in to discuss my options. I dont anticipate trading in my new vehicle for at least 6 years or so, but when I am ready to move on, Lexus of Bridgewater (and Jerrell Alexander, if hes still there then and hasnt retired) will be my first stop.

I went to look at a new lexus. I had a 2007 Lexus and wanted to get a 2014. I was only going to look, but the salesman was so knowledgable and helpful that I went home with my new Lexus that day! I bought the car on Friday and drove to North Carolina on the following wed. Went 1200 miles round trip. With the info the salesman gave me on the workings of the car I had no problems on the trip at all. I also got 33 miles to a gallon!! I am very happy with the choice I made to go back to this dealer. I always brought my 2007 Lexus to this dealers service area. They were all knowledgable and took great care of my previous car. I will bring my new Lexus to them as well even though the dealer is in NJ and I live in PA!
