"Warranty Refund Black Hole"
The purchase of my car 4 1/2 years ago was a good experience. I purchased a warranty and was told that it would be refunded if it wasnt used. I contacted Brian in Finance this past January to apply for the refund and its been all downhill from there. Getting phone calls or emails returned is as rare as Haleys Comet. Escalations dont help either. As one point I was told that I contacted them too late even though first contact was within the 30 days of expiration of the warranty. Hoping that this post gets someones attention and returned call. Would like to get ,800 back.

"Bad Car Buying Experience"
Was suppose to pick up my Jeep Friday morning could not because of issues with truck. Truck was suppose to be certified preowned. Oil said 45% percent when truck driven 1000 miles. Rim was damaged when their was no damage when taken on test ride. Key fob showed low battery and was given to me that way. After telling salesmen to take care of it . I would think when the truck is being certified that no messages should be on your dash display showing your key fob battery low. Asked sales men if the jeep had another key when I took it for test ride he said yes. So six days later I still do no have a second key for my jeep. Also my tire was loosing air took them all day to find a nail after I had to explain to them that the tire sensors are wrong they are not indicating the right tire. Picked up my truck on Friday it is now Tuesday still not happy with purchase and still waiting on my key fob and the rest of my answers.

Immediately feel in love with the Jeep, he proceeded to locate one at another dealer and brought it in. It is true that the showroom is tiny. There is no space to park and the surrounding area is far too crowded for safety. Therefore u know when u go ur car will likely not be on hand to see at first. However despite these great odds sales representatives try to be accommodating. They r respectful of customer wishes and do not try to oversell. I recommend JohnDowney. The only reason I did not give buying process a 5 was because I would have liked a better deal but dont we all.

This dealership is horrible. No room to pull into the parking lot. When you walk into the showroom no one greets you. Even if you have an appointment it will not be kept. Then while waiting for Eric the salesman we had an appointment with they appraise our car for $800 when other dealerships were ready and willing to give us $5000. Also when interested In a specific car, its not even there for us to look at, its at the sister dealership. Eric assumed we knew that. Do not recommend shopping here.

After 11 years, I had to buy another car. I waa dragging my feet because I cant stomach sales pitches or hard sells. My husband had a good experience buying cars from Bill Volz and suggested that we go there. I insisted on going to another dealership first so that I can compare . The first dealership was exactly what I didnt like. Then we went to Bill Volz and we immediately met Brian Cunningham who understood right away what we needed in a car and didnt waste our time. I hadnt thought about a Jeep-but once I drove it, I knew that I loved it. We felt like we knew Brian forever and made the whole car buying experience so fun. We then met Brian in finance, and he was aslso straight forward. I highly recommend that everyone go and buy their car at Bill Volz. Im really glad that I did.

I was very happy to simply walk in, trade in my older caravan, and walk out knowing my new caravan would be ready in a few days. Its great that they have a sister dealership so it was easy to find a one in a color that I liked. My salesman John Downey also saved my bacon by noticing that the van no longer came with a spare tire and made sure I was aware of that. That was a critically important piece of information, as with my job, I cant wait for roadside assistance - and with a spare, I can get back on the road in 20 min. John ordered the "Spare tire Kit" and it was installed a few days later. Im very thankful for his attention to detail. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, and I left feeling great about buying my new dodge caravan.
