I will make this brief. The sales person I worked with was fine, and was doing his job which is to sell a vehicle. I will only say that when I was trying to leave I kept getting spoken down to by a woman who said her name was Lori I found out was actually the owner. She treated me horribly and spoke to me with such an attitude. I have heard from other people who have had dealings there. Just wanted to say I was treated poorly. From the looks of the lot that had maybe 25 cars in it, it seems to be a reason why nothing is being sold.

I first went to another Gmc dealer and found they did not give me correct information and the salesman was very uninterested in making a sale. I decided if Im buying a new car I want to make sure it is the right dealership. I went to Sun Buick GMC and received the exact opposite from the minute I arrived. My salesman Martin was very knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in. Once I decided I wanted a car Martin got my financing very quickly. On the day I picked up my new car he got into vehicle and set up everything for me. He also gave me his number so I could call anytime with questions, which he answered immediatley. I was recently looking into possibly getting another vehicle and my parents, who previously bought a Buick and two Pontiacs from Sun Buick GMC, suggested I stop by this dealership to check out the inventory. I really liked the fact that the building is small but very modern and efficient. The staff was very friendly and not at all pushy. My sales associate was Chris Reilly, a very patient and accommodating young man. It was obvious he was more concerned with me finding the right vehicle, rather than making a sale. I test drove at least five cars and SUVs before finding the one I really liked. Kudos to Chris and Sun Buick GMC! I was shopping for a new car for the first time in 131/2 years. I had no idea what kind of car I wanted to purchase. Sun Buick was the first of about 10 different dealerships that we visited. It was also the very last one we visited because we bought our new car there. Marty Jeffrey was our salesman and I cannot say enough good things about him. There was no pressure, he was thoroughly knowledgeable, and he was entertaining. My husband and I like to have a little fun in whatever we do and Marty went right along with us. He even took me in his own car to show me how the OnStar navigation worked. He knew what features I wanted in a new car and went out of his way to be sure that I got them. I bought a 2015 Buick Encore and I love it. Also, everyone in the building was friendly and willing to help us. i recently bought a fully loaded encore to my surprise there was not a front license holder in the car. When I called sun I was told that if it wasnt on the window sticker they couldnt give me one . REALLY? So for that reason I will buy my next car somewhere else.

I purchased a used Mazda Miata from these folks, using only the pictures they provided and a conversation with their operations manager. It took a great leap of faith to travel by air to do the final purchase and complete the deal. The car was exactly as described and I was very pleased with every aspect of the process. The dealership had a very courtious attitude thruout the process and couldnt have been more helpful. There was extra effort involved as the vehicle was being exported to Canada, and they came through with flying colors and a real no problem attitude. I am a senior and have dealt with a lot of dealers in my time, and these people stood head and shoulders above them all. Great Dealership to work with! I wasnt planning on buying that day until I took it for a ride and really like the truck. Angela was great to work with and didnt pressure me into anything. The only drawback I had was when I went to pick it up, I was told it was cleaned and fueled up, however there was only about 1/8 of a tank of gas in it. It was very clean! Not that big of a deal, they just shouldnt have said that. That is why I gave 4 out of 5 stars on the customer service instead of 5.

On July 3rd , 2014 I had my truck in for service. I needed an inspection which turned up a few issues that required repairs. Front and rear brakes. Rear brakes needed to be changed to pass inspection but fronts didnt. They said fronts were a 3 whatever that means and recommended I change them, I declined and had only the rears changed. July 8th I picked up my truck and went on my way. Three weeks later while driving down the road I went to apply the brakes and the petal went to the floor and my front wheels locked up. After looking into the problem I found two lower caliper bolts missing. One on the bottom left and one on the bottom right. My right caliper was completely flipped up stuck in the wheel. The bottom piston had a grove across the face, the inside of the wheel had two groves worn in from the caliper grinding against it. After calling the dealer and explaining what had happened they stated it wasnt their fault they never removed the caliper and have no idea how the two same bolts, one from each side was Missing. Earl the service manger said bring in the truck and I will work with you and take care of it. Well after two days, two quotes for over $600 to change one caliper and a set of brake pads I declined all services and left. I didnt want anything for free I just wanted them to accept responsibility and at least fix the problem for a decent price. They couldnt careless and said they can take 10% off the inflated bill. Im glad no one got hurt because it could have caused a serious accident. After buying 3 vehicles there and having all my service done there I definitely wont go back.

I was recovering from an injury when I started to work on ordering a new GMC. Kit called me to follow up on the truck I speced out.
