"Huge Disappointment"
We had seen a vehicle on line so drove up to check it out. The photo and description was not the vehicle we were shown. We were told a 3rd party handles that. My husband test drove what they had, was ok with the truck. Salesperson was not pushy, recommended we think about it. He went the next day and this truck went up $2000.00. How does this happen? We were not pleased at all. It was a different salesperson. Huge waist of our time as well as a 1 hour drive to get there and home again. So sad, they lost a sale.

"Worst Experience Ever!!!"
At first the experience was good until I drove off the lot and my drive home (an hour) the check engine light came on. They did immediately want to fix it. But that took 3 weeks. I got the car back to drive it again for the check engine light to come back on. That time they had it for maybe 2 weeks and when I got it back nothing was done no paperwork was given to me. They took it back again due to the light again. But that time I had front end damage done to my car!!!! They tried to tell me it wasnt noticed when I was purchasing it but my pictures of when I brought it home prove otherwise. Now they refuse to do anything for me even tho I have to file a claim due to the damages and my insurance is now the price I pay for the car monthly. Im not only disappointed but shocked at how its been 2 months and the GM still has yet to call me back. I will never tell anyone to go here for a car.

The status updates were appreciated along with the offers of bottled water, which is such a nice welcome touch. Everything is so nice and clean, including the bathrooms. Watching the beautiful flat screen TV made the time fly by while the car repairs were being made.

We love our new truck but could not be more frustrated with Springfield GMC !! Every step of the process was a huge runaround, promises made but not kept, incorrect info that revealed itself after the fact, calls not returned, charges to us that, had we not caught ourselves would have gone unnoticed. It has been over a month since we took delivery of the new truck, and we are still waiting for a promised missing part to be mailed to us. Weve repeatedly had to call the dealership to try to get the status of everything. We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future, including routine and warrantied maintenance. We believe that, despite amazing sales for your company, the dealership is just too big to offer outstanding customer service. Too many things slip thru the cracks and it is difficult to get answers when needed. We felt frustrated during the initial sales talks, and even more so as the weeks went on and our issues were taking too long to be resolved. We did not feel respected and valued as a customer. We spent a lot of money on a new truck, and Springfield GMC in no way made that process an enjoyable one.

Very impressed with the new facility. A greeter came out and showed me the new drive-in service door. Service writer was waiting for me and during our conversation made me aware of a discount I didnt know about. We were able to do the complete 30,000 mile check at a reasonable price. Service writer walked me out to my completed truck. Again, very impressed.

Eric was professional, informative and allowed us to take whatever time needed to analyze the vehicle and review all the facts with zero pressure. One would not even know that our truck was even hit. I am always pleased by the work that has been done on our vehicle. The people are fantastic! Ive never had a complaint. Clean facility, coffee, tea, cocoa, soft drinks vendor food/snacks. Oh and the popcorn is terrific too! A television and comfortable chairs while waiting. What else is there to ask for???

I shopped around and finally came back and purchased when nobody else could even come close to what I was getting for a vehicle from Springfield GMC! The customer service is always great to me as I live 2 hours away and they have always accomodated me with a loaner or even came to my work and picked my vehicle up for service in the past. This is my third Truck from them and I will be back! Only negative is that it is very cramped in the sales room, but I guess they are building a new facility to fix this problem.

The Springfield Auto Mart is hard to miss with all its cars and trucks and selections of old and new. The whole building that I was in was spotless and clean. Getting repairs done, car wash, tires, rotating, tire sensors fixed or repaired, doors greased, windows greased or oiled, new tires to mount, balance or rotate has always been a great experience. I just love going to my dealership and seeing my friends. Coffee. Tea. Cocoa. Apples, vending machine and popcorn to boot! Clean restrooms all there for my enjoyment and use. Television to watch in comfortable chairs while waiting for whatever you need done. When we bought our truck and traded our old car we had the best experience from beginning to end. The people were so knowledgable, friendly and kind. I wish I had done this with them a long time ago. There is not a better place than the Springfield Auto Mart.

Service was great . My car appears to be fixed. The loaner vehicle was very nice. My only complaint would be finding a parking spot when I arrive for service. The parking lot around the service area is very congested and not organized very well.
