They have a huge selection of cars,suvs, and trucks. Very comfortable and customer oriented atmosphere. I went there in search of a specific vehicle which I found out was sold the day before but they found me the same vehicle a couple years older but it had a lot less miles and had warranties to the eye balls lol. John Cordano was my sales person and he was outstanding finding what I needed and listened to everything I said unlike other salesmen. And he also didnt try to approve a loan out of my means of income. Also Billy the sales manager was great also. Together they showed me how the car buying/financing could be quick and painless other then the fact your spending money haha... thanks guys and Ill be back for the next vehicle....

We are moving soon to Old Bridge ,NJ from Brooklyn and we were looking for a new car to lease, We went shopping on line already and found Miller Buick GMC to be the closest. We had no idea what to expect. We walked in there and was introduced to a car sales rep. Jimmy Sheehan. He was very patient and listened to what we needed. We test drive the Encore and the Verano, and we both liked it. One thing good with the whole experience was , we dont feel pushed into getting something we dont feel comfortable with. Jimmy explained the pros and cons of each vehicle. We leased the Verano and was very happy with the deal we got, I would like to mention also Anthony who handled the financial documents and explained each document before signing. Hes a very jolly guy and easy to talk to. Very nice guy. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

"Not Happy"
They were recommended to me. Went there, got hand shake from everyone and all the attention. Minute I bought the vehicle had a few questions and NEVER got a call back from salesman. I had to keep calling until I got him. He was horrible. No respect for customer service at all. A matter of fact there were headphones missing from my vehicle I called twice until I got him (no call back), was then told they were ordered and I still have never heard a peep from them. I knew he wasnt good when I met him but he seemed new and I felt bad for him so I stuck with him. Worse mistake I made. Treated like garbage the minute I walked out door with vehicle. I will never go there again. I understand people like this place and its been around a long time so maybe a just got the one bad apple. Facility is beautiful and clean, I will say that.

I HAD THE DAY OFF AND CALLED ON THE PHONE. RANG 18 TIMES FINALLY ASKED FOR A SALESPERSON IN NEW CAR DEPARTMENT. WAS TOLD THEY WERE ALL WORKING WITH PEOPLE ALREADY. THEY WERE OPEN ABOUT 20 MINUTES AND WERE THAT BUSY...WOW. I CALLED BACK IN THREE HOURS TOLD ALL SALESMAN WERE BUSY. I LEFT MY PHONE NUMBER. TWO HOURS LATER CALLED AGAIN AND ASKED FOR MANAGER. WAS TOLD THEY WERE ALL ON THE PHONE. THIS MUST BE THE BUSIEST DEALERSHIP IN THE USA. LEFT MY NUMBER AGAIN. TWO HOURS LATER AS MY DAY OFF BEGINS TO END I ASK FOR BOTH MANAGER OR SALESPERSON AND PUT ON HOLD FOR 17 MINUTES. PERHAPS THEY ARE INVISIBLE? MAYBE THE SHOWROOM IS VAST AND HUGE? I HUNG UP AND CALLED BACK. PHONE RANG 21 TIMES AND I WAS PUT ON HOLD. FINALLY SOMEONE ANSWERED AND I GOT TRANSFERED TO THE MANAGER. NOW WE ARE GETTING SOMEWHERE. I WAS TOLD SHE WAS THE WRONG MANAGER AND I NEEDED ANOTHER ONE AND WOULD BE TRANSFERRED. STAYED ON HOLD FOR 6 MINUTES. MANAGERS MUST BE INVISIBLE AS WELL. THEN I WAS DISCONNECTED. ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS BUY TWO ENCORES IN CASH TODAY MY DAY OFF AND WENT THROUGH HELL. WOULD NEVER EVER CALL THEM OR DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. IN FACT WILL MENTION THIS TO ANYONE I TALK TO REGARDING CARS BECAUSE I STILL CAN NOT BELIEVE MY DAY.
