Last year we purchased my 2016 Acadia, told the dealer we would be returning next year to purchased another truck. Well its that year and we didnt even think to look at another car dealer. Went straight to North Bay and met with Petar. He was, funny and easy going. Showed us what we were looking for and fell in love with the Chevy Tahoe 2015 Black LTZ. Petar made sure to communicate, contact and keep us in the loop with everything, rates to financing. We will always recommend family and friends to shop North Bay and Service Center. North Bay and its employees, from finance department to sales, everyone is treated with a level of professionalism that goes beyond the standard of customer service. I made an appointment with Petar to purchase a used 2014 Yukon with 21,000 miles. I showed up and he wasnt even there....had my bank check in hand. The Yukon wasnt there either so I had to wait for another salesperson to go pick it up at the car wash. I worked with Petar for over a week lining up the sale and I drove from Massachusetts. The Yukon had worn out front tires, major scratches in front bumper, the brake pedal was worn on right side and the interior wood accents were all scratched. I did not buy the Yukon and I advise anyone looking for a new or used auto to NOT use Northbay. Terrible experience and to top it off I never heard from Petar to apologize. I have tried to reach the general manager, but his phone line just rings....and rings.

The facility is extremely clean and comfy. The staff are help, courteous and eager to assist. They were able to get us a loaner vehicle large enough for accommodate a family of 5 w/out any problems. Keith in the Service Department was very nice, proficient, and explained everything. The dealership is quite busy, and he was extremely busy but took the time to explain what was done and I did not feel rushed at all. That said, I did book my appointment online, and when I arrived for my appointment there was no printout of my appointment. The two receptionists, immediately searched for my appointment online, found it and printed out the service appointment. Keith then came over within 10 minutes and I was off and on my way, while my car was serviced. I returned the next day to pick up my car, and Keith like I said, was excellent. So far so good at this dealership, from when I first leased the car until now. Ps... When I first leased the car, the car had a recall a week after I got the car, and I was given a loaner immediately. Omar in the sales department was very proficient and made sure I was communicated to and that I knew the progress of my cars recall service.

I also was unhappy that my car was returned very dirty; I assumed Cadillac would arrange for the car to be washed prior to returning it.

While my experience at the dealership was excellent, I wish that Cadillac would be more involved with the issue I have had with the Michelin tires that have been replaced TWICE IN LESS THAN 28,000 MILES. THE FIRST TIME AT 8000 MILES. I have lost money and time.
