I recently leased my first vehicle, EVER!!! Amanda Mills was such a gracious and patient salesperson taking me on three different vehicle test drives. I came in with a budget in mind and ideas of going with a base model Forte. That all changed once I test drove the 2016 Optima with Turbo. The ride was so smooth and there were so many features that I was impressed by, including the push button start and collapsible and heated side view mirrors. I have a crazy work schedule and much of my initial negotiations were through email with Amanda and the rest of the Kia team. Patrick, Sean and Amanda talked me into a fabulous 2015 Kia Optima turbo with dual exhaust. Not only did it have all the features of the 2016, but so much more like the panoramic sunroof, remote start, UVO, leather heated seats, Sirius XM and so much more. For someone who has never had a car with all the bells and whistles I couldnt be happier. Patrick, Sean and Amanda really were the perfect Trifecta to making my car dreams a reality. We just picked up our new Kia Serento today! We had previously went to another Kia dealership and they were way overpriced and gave us a low ball deal on our trade. I had looked around, researched reviews and made contact with Fairfields. I knew exactly what car, color and price we wanted to pay. I was concerned about financing and was able to communicate via e-mail directly with Sean to make this deal happen. Due to my crazy work hours its difficult for me to call around places, so I was able to get most of the deal worked out prior to us arriving. I had the financing already in place before I even got there! They gave us an awesome trade value for our current Serento. I spoke with Sean letting him know the exact pice, package and options we wanted. He told us he had a silver Serento coming in and I said I have my eye on a blue one and his reply was "No Problem" and he had a blue Serento when we arrived today. We drove over an hour to this dealership and saw our blue Serento parked right up front waiting for us! We had a newer sales associate, Mark who actually did a great job with paperwork and going over the new UVO features. We are similar with the Serento but they did change some of the options with the 2016 model and upgraded their UVO system. This is our second Serento and this is a great family suv. The entire staff was friendly! I was shocked at the other dealership for how much more they wanted to charge us, especially for being a repeat customer. It was their loss and Fairfields gain! These guys are willing to work with customers and they get great financing rates! Thank you all for being so kind to us and working out the deal a head of time.

I came into Fairfields to test drive 4WD vehicles because my driveway is so bad in the winter months. I tried out a Canyon, which was nice but a little too small. So Mike brought out this huge Yukon! OMG! What an awesome vehicle! It didnt drive like a huge vehicle! It seemed to fit me like a glove, (Im only 52") better than my SRX and the ride was so much smoother than the Cadillac I owned! I was looking for a 2015 Honda Fit & found your dealership which had just what I was looking for. While on your web site I was asked if I wanted to start a chat which I did. After some discussion on the chat, some emails & a couple phone conversations we reached a trade deal We decided to drive the 488 miles to your dealership from NW PA on Wednesday & pick up the car on Thursday. When we sat down to do the paperwork we were presented with a bill in excess far exceeding the quote. My wife & I were both shocked after driving all that way with the understanding the trade price was a solid number. After some discussion & your people looking at the emails they came back to us saying that the problem looked like it was their fault & that they would honor the agreed price. Then they threw in “But you will have to come back as we don’t have the title”. It’s hard to believe a dealership as big as Fairfield has this many incompetent people. I wasn’t in a position to stay a couple more days & don’t know if I would even return to do the deal. This experience was handled by severely incompetent people making unethical decisions & this whole experience borders on illegal or is totally illegal the way it was handled. At the very least, because Fairfield was at fault I should have been reimbursed for our expenses. If this had happened locally it wouldn’t have been a big deal, but wasting that much of my time is simply unforgivable.

Well, I first made contact with Rob Winslow about a truck I found online. We ended up ordering one almost identical but with the exact options we were looking for. I recently purchased my second GMC truck from Wade Thomas at Fairfields. Although there are two dealerships much closer to me in Vermont, the staff at Fairfields made the trip to Keene well worth it. I have purchased 17 new vehicles over the years, and the two experiences at Fairfields were by far the best. Wade was very knowledgeable about every detail of the trucks, but was completely laid back and not at all pushy. I got exactly what I was looking for in both trucks. (And if you are really lucky they might even take you to Five Guys!)

Dealt with probably every dealership in Keene and this is by far the best from top to bottom. No fancy showroom but great prices and outstanding service.

I recently leased a 2015 KIA Serento, love it! I felt the sales team were very helpful to get me into a brand new vehicle at a monthly payment that was within my range. I am completely happy with my new vehicle,i had been looking around at other dealerships and KIA was by far the best! They didnt play the " sit around and wait for the better price" game as some of the others had done. I went in to test drive it, i was testing driving it within 20-30 minutes top! All i can say is if you are wanting to deal with a dealership that is great at what they do, knowledgable, friendly and over all helpful, go to KIA of Keene.
