I purchased a Subaru Impreza from this dealer and my overall experience was acceptable. Nonetheless they refused to respond for an A/C defect in the car that was not in the car fax as it should have and was not mentioned at the time of purchase. It kind of feel like they are hiding the flaws of a car until its too late for you to realize. Its a shame because they have a great variety of cars and are really nice people.

As hard as it is to find reputable used car dealers Im glad I found this one. They are very friendly and accommodating and dont make you feel as if the sale is all they care about though obviously the sale is the end goal. We were able to purchase a good car for a good price, my son is happy with the vehicle and Im happy and comfortable that he has a reliable vehicle. Once we get the title and do the inspection I dont think well get any surprises other than normal things with a car of this age and hell, as well as things went today Id definitely come here again in the future.

My wife and I drove from Philadelphia to purchase a Honda Odyssey. Over 100 miles there and back. I must say the van itself was in poor repair(It was sitting for a while) ,but it was worth investigating. We drove all the way out there because of Joe. His people skills and customer service were amazing! Eddie also provided great customer service. Eddie drove us 20 mins away to see the van (it was on there other lot.) Between Joe, and Eddie they make this place a little gem. Thanks guys! Ultimately we left without purchasing the van, because of its condition. Dont let that deter you from paying them a visit though!

WE PURCHASED A 2006SUBARU OUTBACK SEDAN FROM MJ TRADERS WITH A 30DAY/1000MLE WARRANTY THAT COVERED THE ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION WITH 100% COVERAGE OF PARTS AND LABOR. THE RADIATOR WAS REPLACED ON THE VEHICLE BEFORE PICKUP. WE NOTICED UPON BRINGING THE CAR HOME THAT THE FLUID WAS CONTINUALLY LOW, SO WE DECIDED TO TAKE IT TO A LOCAL SUBARU DEALER WITHIN PA, THEY INFORMED US THAT THE HEAD GASKETS WERE LEAKING. WE CALLED MJ TRADERS AND TOLD THEM OF THE ISSUE, THEY STATED WE NEEDED TO BRING THE VEHICLE TO THEIR MECHANIC, THE SAME MECHANIC THAT DIDNT EVEN NOTICE THE HEAD GASKETS LEAKING, TO HAVE THE CAR FIXED. THE MAJOR ISSUE IS DRIVING THE CAR SO FAR WITH ENGINE TROUBLE COULD POSSIBLY DO MORE DAMAGE AND DEPRECIATE THE VALUE OF THE CAR AND NO WHERE IN THE WARRANTY DOES IT STATED WE NEED TO USE THEIR MECHANIC. THE SALES MEN WERE VERY RUDE WHEN CALLING, I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND THEY TOLD ME THERE WERE ONLY SALES REPS.

Purchased a 2006 Subaru Outback sedan with a 30day/1000mile warranty that covered the engine and transmission. The radiator was replaced before we took the vehicle home to PA. Upon having it home we noticed the antifreeze was constanly low so took it to two seperate mechanics who both stated the head gaskets were leaking. We contacted MJ Traders and told them of the issue, and they wanted us to bring the car back to NJ to the mechanic that didnt even notice the head gaskets leaking in the first place. Also driving the vehicle can possibly damage the engine. No where within the warranty does it state we need to use their mechanic within NJ. When we contacted them on two seperate occasions about this issue they were very unhelpful, and one gentleman even just hung up. Hoping to get this issue resolved soon with them.

WE PURCHASED A HONDA ACCORD FROM THESE NICE PEOPLE A FEW WEEKS AGO. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMODATING AND AS THE CAR WAS ON ANOTHER LOT THAT THEY HAVE, WE HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR......THEY SENT US DOWN THE STREET TO A GREAT PLACE AND PAID FOR OUR LUNCH! Purchased a 2004 Infiniti G35 for a great price with only 115k miles. A few days later the breaks started to squeak and knew that they were going. Called up MJtraders, and told them i got the breaks and rotors replaced, they sent me a check for $300 to cover the cost. All though this car was sold as is, and wasnt insured they still went the extra mile to cover the cost for the bad breaks/rotors. The employees are very good people and dont pressure you at all. 4 months later, and 5000 miles more, the car is running great. I put more work into it, ive gotten new tires, oil change, changed the spark plugs, o2 sensors etc just out of my own will, if you take car of your car it will last forever! Great place, and great people! will be going back in the future! Thank you MJTraders for a great car and pleasant smooth transaction!
"Incredibly Rude Customer Service"
I called about a car listed to ask some questions prior to deciding if I wanted to make the hour drive to see it in person. The man I spoke with assumed I couldnt drive a manual because I am a woman (I specifically am looking for manuals and thats why the car caught my attention), then proceeded to be incredibly rude. Was not helpful and did not answer my questions. Normal questions, such as do all of the electronics work, seemed to be too much of a stretch for this man and he began raising his voice. I decided I wasnt interested solely based on his attitude, and I absolutely would not spend my money here. Worst customer service I have experienced.

I purchased 2 vehicles from them in the past 2 yrs. A Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Mercedes Benz E 320 4 Matic I only had the Benz for 12 days and was in an accident. I contacted them and was informed that they just received an identical one and was told " No Worries " just come by , take it for a drive and if you like it , take it home ! I have read some mixed reviews , but its been my experience that these guys bent over backwards to put me into both vehicles and soon a third , hopefully by the end of the month !

In 2005 I had an accident which left me permanently disabled. I was in a wheelchair and then a walker for a few years. Last March I treated myself to a Jeep Grand Cherokee for my birthday. Their associate Matt helped me pick it out and despite having som credit issues Roger got me a loan with better than expected terms ! A month ago I was rear ended and my Jeep was a total loss. As soon as my ins. check came I went right back to Matt and put a $2000 deposit on a Volvo. Hopefully by the end of the month Ill be in my new Volvo !

From an initial phone call to inquire about the car, I experienced professional customer service and decided to take the trip out to New Jersey to pursue this car. Upon arrival I was greeted and welcomed to the dealership. Bob was the gentleman I spoke to over the phone, was kind and honest. This is the first time in several experiences at a car dealership, where I did not feel pressured to buy anything. In regards to the car, CLEAN inside and out. The pictures on the website did not do this car justice. Overall, I am very happy with my experience.
"Pretty Good Prices, Awful Customer Service"
I called this dealer about an 07 Mazda 3. It was very well priced. Well below suggested KBB price and the carfax was excellent. I told them I was going to come down the next day and they said they would have the car ready for me. I drove three hours to the dealership and when I got there, I noticed how extremely crowded the dealership was. It was relatively clean though. However, they did not bring the vehicle over to this lot and told me I had to drive to their other lot. Not a big deal. Only ten minutes away. I drove ten more minutes to the other lot which was also very crowded. I walked into the office which was very filthy and looked run down. The salesman gave me the keys and told me to check out the vehicle and he would be back in fifteen minutes. They were unexpectedly busy. I went out and had to (unexpextedly) walk through two feet of snow, getting my shoes and socks cold and wet, and clean the snow off of the car so I could check out the engine. The car was great. I was prepared to buy it. After waiting an hour for the salesman, he tells me I will have to come back another day to do a test drive because it was parked in and there was snow in the way. After all that. The salesman didnt act interested in selling me the car and was too busy focusing on other things. Luckily, I found an even better deal at another dealership with an actual car lot and a legitimate building with very friendly salesmen actually willing to help me. TL;DR: The prices here are good, the customer service and environment are the worst. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE.

I just purchased my 2005 Infiniti FX 35 from them a few days ago…. I got the car for a very reasonable price - no last min charges - no extra fees… no BS After test driving the car i found the drivers seat didnt go back and forth - I have done the repair before - they took $350 off the car with me even asking….. Great warrantee at again a reasonable price…. They had the Car Fax listed on the site - didnt even need to ask for it…. Everything from start to finish was as advertised….. When i need another car - Ill prob just go right to them….

I arrived at MJ traders on a rainy Saturday and my salesman, Rodrigo was very kind and extremely helpful. I was looking for an Audi (they have many quality cars to choose from) and I found a very nice 2006 Audi A4 convertible. Rodrigo spent a solid hour going over the A4 with me and my brother answering my many questions (and provided a car fax).The A4 was in their show room, and in order to get it out for a test drive, they had to move 7 cars, which the staff at MJ traders did very quick for me (thanks guys)!! After test drive, I fell in love with the Audi and made an offer. I came back later in the day with my wife and I applied for financing. (Rodrigo was kind enough to stay after closing answering all of mine and my wifes questions) By Monday, I was approved for a loan and I purchased the Audi. The staff and my salesman, Rodrigo are Class A. Thank you MJ Traders for such an enjoyable experience!

I bought my first car here, a g35 coupe and after checking out other dealers(horrible), i ended up in new jersey at MJ traders. These guys are straight up, no games, the price you see is the price you pay when you get there, awesome customer service with a free car wash, cant ask for more! Also the g35 was exactly as described, perfect with no problems! I would reccomend ANYONE to come here to purchase a used car or even a first car! Super happy with my purchase!

Carlos was very helpful from start to end of buying 14 1/2 year old Infinity Q45r. He assured me over the phone that I would love the car. I relied on his word and I put deposit by giving him my credit card number. He guaranteed the damage on bumper will be fixed good as new and it was flawless repair. He tried to get financing through two different banks to get the lowest rate for 14 1/2 year old car which is not an easy task. He pulled it through with rate that is lower than much newer used car. I asked him to refer me a good mechanic so I can have a pre-purchase inspection. Without a hesitation, Carlos sent me a name and address of an excellent mechanic who charged less than original quote for a thorough inspection. Carlos also did an excellent job transferring title from NJ to PA. In fact, I just received a PA tag from Carlos yesterday, less than two weeks from the purchase date. All I can say is if there is more car salesman like Carlos and his boss, this country would be a much kinder, gentler, and pleasant country to live in.

I spent a few months looking for a specific vehicle, and found it at MJ Traders. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, the process was seamless. The financing and paperwork was quickly wrapped up and Doug, who handled the paperwork, took time to explain everything in detail and answer all questions. Upon pickup, the vehicle was nicely prepped and ready for its new owner. After two days, however, I had an engine light come on. I was very impressed with how painlessly the issue was resolved. MJ Traders honored their warranty without question and the repair turnaround was excellent. This showed me that they stand behind a vehicle they sell, even when issues came up. I want to especially commend Carlos. He was a pleasure to deal with and I felt that he consistently did his best to work with me on price and other concerns. At the end of the day, I purchased a very clean vehicle at a great price, and would gladly purchase from MJ Traders again.

I called the day before and spoke to Carlos. Told him I would like to come and see the Cadillac Seville had. "No problem, give me a call when your on your way and I will have it pulled out for you", he told me. I called next day, on my way there and told him, just like he said. "Not a problem, Ill have it ready when you get here". I show up about 20 minutes later and am told, "gee sorry, my guys told me the car is at our other location". I did not know there was another, but apparently "Bell-Pike Motors" is affiliated. So we drive down to North Arlington and meet "Artie" who gave me the keys and said help yourself....(real good customer service) I go out with my wife and start the car and WOW, (service engine light, service brakes, check oil light) I go back inside and tell "Artie and he says laughingly "Is that all"? Hey you could take it to your mechanic and check it out!! No, you take it to yours and check it out, I reply. "No problem, give your number and I will call you" he says. So give my numbers and we leave. I call the guy after 4 days..."oh sorry he is not here now take a message? So I leave one. Still no call back 2 more days., I then email Carlos t MJ Traders..never heard back from him. I had really liked this Cadillac Seville so I gave it another shot and called again after 2 more days. "I will tell Artie you called, he is with a customer now"......... Needless to say, no call back.
