What a service center. I always feel like the red carpet is on the service floor at this service center and my BMWs and myself are the super stars. BMW of BROOKLYN is the only place I will ever bring my weekend ultimate driving rocket machine. They are the absolute worst service shop in all of brooklyn. They do absolutely nothing and keep the car all day long. If it comes to getting a BMW and having to deal with their service, id take the bus from now on. They are horrible.

A month passed since I signed a lease of X1 at Life Quality BMW. a month that I enjoy this car catching the envious looks of my neighbors. Today I came to this place again to share my impression with people who helped me to acquire it - Rory DeLouise and Paul Toner. They met me as the close relatives inquiring about my feelings and possible problems or issues with the car. They introduced me to a young, handsome, modest and, as it appeared later, profoundly knowledgeable specialist. His name is Justin Silverman. Juastin offered to me to go with him through some innovations that BMW implemented into X1. He did it so polite, so softly that I could not refuse it. I did not regret that a bit. He showed to me a whole world of novelties, advanced features and the way to handle and enjoy them. Time and again I felt there as if I visited my family. I just leased my new car and I absolutely love it. I got the 2016 X3 from Life and Quality BMW in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Chris Bridges was my salesman. My husband and I walked into Life and Quality BMW and worked with Chris. Chris was very helpful and worked with us from the moment we walked into the dealership until the moment I left with my car. I felt the customer service was very good, all my questions were answered, and all help provided in the areas that are important to me. Before I left with my car, I even had a BMW genius walk me through every function of my car. So far I love the car and it runs very nice. Overall customer service was great.

We arrived 10 minutes before dealer was closing on a Sunday afternoon. Vlad, the salesman, greeted us in a friendly manner and asked what we were looking for. He explained the virtues of the different models and recommended a low mileage X5 which we purchased. We returned the next day to complete the purchase. Vlad gave us thorough demonstration of the car features and handed us over to Mo, the finance manager. Mo walked us through the financing alternatives and had us out in 15 minutes. Buying process could not have been smoother.

Life Quality BMWs Service Department is fabulous. Great facility layout, hot coffee and bagels, customer friendly waiting area with many amenities to occupy your time while waiting, and my CSR, Peter DiMarco, is simply phenomenal. My X5 was serviced and given a complimentary car wash and vacuum - I was in and out in no time. And while waiting, I was able to use their eLounge to take care of some office work on one of their state-of-the art computers. Their service prices are a little higher than your garden-variety neighborhood mechanic, but not that much higher. And the quality and expertise of the BMW certified technicians are what I need for my vehicle. I wouldnt have it any other way. Believe me, I never write these reviews, much too busy. But with this exceptional performance by the Life Quality BMW Team, I had to take the time to let everyone know what a great time and experience I had on Friday morning at Life Quality BMW of Brooklyn. They are the best!!!!

We looked at many cars at many dealerships and ultimately looked at 3 different BMW dealerships from which to buy our car. Rory DeLouise at Life Quality was by far the best sales person to work with. When we first went in we told him outright we were shopping around and were not buying a car that day. He gave us 2 hours of his time anyway, let us each drive the X5, talked us through the available options, gave us a quote in writing and sent us on our way without any high pressure sales tactics. When we settled on the X5 he gave us a highly competitive price (we got pricing from 3 other dealerships and spoke at length with 2). We went in, closed the deal, and drove away 3 weeks later. He kept us informed throughout the ordering process, made sure we were properly trained on the features, and has followed up twice since to make sure everything was going great (it is). I would send anyone looking for a car to him.

I decided that I wasnt going to go back to Bloomfield to service my car there after my "not so good buying experience." I learned many "firsts" with that experience which blindsided me because I thought I was in the right place buying my car from the dealer, needed to say that first. My experience at the service department was great at Life Quality BMW. The customer service was great all around and my Service Advisor Karim Richards was very informative on the warranty my vehicle has and options I can exercise before they expire. The vehicle was returned to me much faster than I expected which made me very happy. With that said, Im happy with my 5 series and I will be taking my car here again in the future.

I purchased a used 5 series from life quality bmw. Today I came to their service department for a battery change, People there at service are very polite, the place is very clean. You get to use their Mac computers in the waiting room while getting your car service. Getting a free car wash definitely makes my day better!

Horrible experience with Neill Garoogian, I have 2014 328 i 4k miles. I left the car in service to see from where the rattle noise is coming from front left tire, but before to do this I did a test drive with one of their mechanic and he notice also that rattle noise. Neill called me next day to say I have no time today to check your car but I may have time tomorrow, Ive said OK, but you call me to say after 24h you did not touch yet my car?", meanwhile Ive called BMW North America they open a case and 5 min later Neill called me to say " I start to work on your car, but because you called BMW NA you never step in my service" Next day he never call me and after one more day I got to the service to see what is going on, he said the car has nothing and is ready to get home, they never gave me an invoice, the rims was scratch and they put over 60 mile for test drive, probably they use my car for personal purpose. BMW NA says they can not do nothing regarding of this service because they are a private service and they recommended to try other service. So, now I have a premium $50k car and I can not enjoy because of the noise Thank you BMW So, stay away for this service if your car is in warranty...

Being a BMW enthusiast, I can be extremely picky and expect nothing but the best for my BMW and Life Quality BMW is where I bring my BMW and the service manager, Nick Giordano is who I see. Their quality of their work is extremely high. Most recently, I brought in my vehicle for “M†upgrade modifications, which entailed an extremely labor-intensive removal of my vehicle’s sub frame. Not only did the upgrade modifications go off without any hitch. The service manager himself, test drove the car to make sure everything was as it should be. Simply, five star service. When I first bought the car I was very impressed with the test drive. My driver side window malfunctioned so I stopped by the service dept. I spoke to Susan & she set me up with Neill. Neill welcomed me in we spoke like if we knew each other for years. Great guy by the way. I explained to him that I had planned for a couple of weeks a dinner. It was a surprise for my wife 14 years of marriage. Neill said hell see what he could do. He not only hsd my car ready but I picked up my wife early & we had a beautiful dinner.
