The customer service was excellent. One of the cars we requested to see at first we couldnt find it, then the battery wouldnt start, then it was out of gas. We had to wait for quite a while before we could test drive it. Wish they would take you on a longer test drive to get a better feel of the car. Although we didnt buy a vehicle here, overall everyone was nice and would go back to see them.

They have great prices which is what caught my attention. I normally pass on Mitsubishi products, but I figured I would give them a try after seeing their discounts. Everything was going fine until they realized I was self employed. Apparently they have the only banks in the world that dont accept bank statements as proof of income....

I asked for true pictures of the actual truck before I drove 30 miles to see it. The guy I was working with, Zach, did not have the time to go snap some pictures. All that I could see was a stock photo of a brand new truck that was not even the same color. I also asked for an out the door price, but he could not give that to me because he did not know the tax rate in my city which is 8%. All he had to do was ask.

The 2013 Ford E-250 cargo van I purchased here was the lowest priced 2013 E-250 (with less than 20,000 miles) across the nation! Looks brand new and its still under full factory warranty. I could have purchased one for about $1,000.00 more had I traveled over 2,000 miles for it, but it had more mileage. So why bother? Everyone at Auto Gallery was friendly, fair and knowledgeable. Just a fantastic experience, everybody was so friendly and helpful. I went there on Saturday night after spending all of Friday and Saturday looking and i seen the dealership off of the freeway i wasnt planning on stopping at first but I am glad i did at first i spoke with Jerry and he ask what i was looking for so i told him a nice size family car that gets decent gas mileage he took me towards the Nissan Altimas and Kia Optimas i took one of each for a drive and i told him i wanted to think on it over night to make sure get my mind set on the right one and if i could come back tomorrow (Sunday), He was like yeah of course you can but I wont be here tomorrow so thats when he introduced me to Roy another sales man i made a appointment for the next day for around noon. The day i came in which was Sunday i talked to Roy and drove the Optima one more time then made my decision that was the car i wanted, After that i talked to Tony a sales manager and he asked me a few questions then i filled out a credit application, within about 25 minutes Ella the finance manager came back with a amazing interest rate and a perfect monthly payment that fits my budget. I wish i would have went there first because they made me a proud owner of a 2013 Kia Optima. The best car buying experience i have ever had. I totally recommend this place!!!!

Came here last weekend to look at a car. Ended up buying a beautiful Mazda3 and traded in my clunker lol. The entire process took less than 3 hours, and I test drove several cars. "Horrible Attitude!"
Coming from Fontana after asking the salesperson about the condition of the vehicle and actually being told the vehicle I was looking at was a 9.5 out of 10, I found that the vehicle looked like it was parked for a very long time with the windows down. The bumper was scratched deep in the paint, the interior looked extremely worn for a 17,000 mile car and it had a engine light appear on the dash during my test drive. All in all, this was a horrible experience which led me to buy from another dealer. Oh and they were very cryptic about the final price and the best rate they can offer. I got a bad feeling from dealing with the manager directly. There was nothing specific to tell but an uneasy feeling that I was getting screwed. Anyways, much luck on your search for a good car, just keep my thoughts in mind.
"Fair Pricing"
We diligently searched online for the lowest priced vehicles and found that Auto Gallery consistently had the best prices around. On Cars.com they had the best price for the two models we were shopping for within "All Miles" (there was one car that had a lower price, but when we checked the Carfax we found that it was "Salvage" - Yikes!). We called them before heading down there to make sure we werent being duped into a "bait-and-switch" scam. Now, my negotiating skills arent as good as some, so we were pleasantly surprised to find that they dont negotiate. They "put their best price forward" we were told. Finally! A dealership where everyone gets the same price! The last car we bought, we kind of felt cheated, knowing that someone with better negotiating skills would have gotten a better deal. But not at Auto Gallery. We test drove both cars and the salesperson answered all of our questions. Then we told him we wanted to talk about it. He told us where we could find him when we were ready. After about 15 minutes we had agreed on a car and in about hour we were on our way home - happy owners of a 2013 Kia Optima. Everyone - Ella, Larry, Hamid, and all of the sales staff - at Auto Gallery was very pleasant and seemed genuinely friendly. Thank you, Auto Gallery, for making our car-buying a pleasant experience!

I read hundreds of online reviews before I began shopping. Overall Auto Gallery had mostly good reviews. I am in sales myself and understand that some people just cant be pleased. I can imagine that in the used car business some people would still be displeased if you GAVE them a car. And just because you had a bad experience with one of the staff doesnt make them all bad. All of the people I had contact with were friendly, helpful, and very attentive. I spent several hours - both on the lot and indoors - at Auto Gallery. I had a small down payment and not great credit but was treated fairly the entire time. I ended up leaving with the car I had originally planned on buying. The entire staff worked hard to please me and they succeeded. I would recommend Auto Gallery to anyone. Great experience!

Called them since I live 2 hours away, and filled out the online financing application. Got called within a few days to tell me I did not qualify, but was told to add a co-buyer, and i did so.......its been weeks and have not heard from them again...............Well thanks for nothing, other dealers have worked with me and are able to offer me financing, so im not sure what their problem is.

So I went to this dealership thinking I was gonna drive home with a car. The price was good and I live in the area. Unfortunately when they found out I was gonna pay with my credit union check, they decided to come up with reasons why I couldnt buy the car. All this happened after they tried to force me to pay for a warranty and gap insurance that my credit union was selling for almost a third of the price. In speaking with the manager, I got a very uneasy feeling and ended up buying the exact car someplace else for the same exact price. The people there are very rude and I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy from there. They can be a front runner candidate for Foxs new show DEALER NIGHTMARES (spinoff of kitchen nightmares)..
"Friendly Faces"
I brought my family here after a grueling grind session at another dealership. The kids were tired, but my wife and I decided to try one last place for the day. On first look, the facility was clean, and the location was great.. Right next to a couple places to eat, and directly off the freeway. Easy access for us, and once we took a quick walk and settled on a car, our salesperson started up a test drive right away... they were pretty easy going, and the test drive route was pretty direct. I really got to test the car without feeling hassled, or pressured. Once back, I dreaded the amount of paperwork, and the possible hours of waiting.. But, Larry (sales manager) listened to us about our needs, and drew up some terms for us pretty quickly. We were able to sign with him, and drive off in the car we wanted all before the kids tore the place down. We were thankful for the quick service, and the willingness of the sales staff to listen to us, and fulfill our needs -even down to basics such as manners. I didnt know that trading in a car, and driving off in a newer one could be so easy. Thank you Auto Gallery!!! See you this summer for our next vehicle.

My car buying experience was great. It took a few hours but went smoothly. Everybody was able to answer my questions and were very helpful. I was surprised that they dont haggle on the price. For most people they will find it to be nice not to have to go back and forth on price. The price for my car was the best price within 100 miles of LA. That is why I was willing to drive so far for the car. So if you want a good car buying experience where they arent rude, overly pushy or trying to sell you are car you dont want, then go to the auto gallery. I would recommend the auto gallery to everyone.
"My Jetta"
I recently totaled my all-time favorite car -- my 2003 VW Jetta (I really loved that car!). Needless to say, for the next several days I was somewhat stressed out. I decided to take a few days off to shop for another Jetta. In the next 2 days, I must have visited at least 20 different car dealerships in Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, and San Diego Counties. In each and every visit, I got the same old run-around; either fast-talking, pressure salespersons with nothing significant to offer, or beat-up jalopies with too many miles for too much money. All the salespersons I had encountered did nothing to soothe my stressful situation, but rather enhanced it. Then, on the third day, I stayed home and did my shopping via the internet. Alas! I found a 2012 Jetta with about 34,000 miles for just under $13,000.00 at the Auto Gallery in Corona. I checked out Kelly Blue Book and found the vehicle was worth more than $15,000.00. Two days earlier, across the street from the Auto Gallery, I had checked out a similar Jetta with twice as miles for $16,000.00. I remember briefly glancing across the street when I was there and wondering if I should visit the lot. Now I could kick myself for not trusting my intuition; would have saved myself hours of stress and frustration. Anyway, I called the Auto Gallery to see if the Jetta was still available. The friendly lady who answered said it was, but still... after all I had been through the past 2 days, I was somewhat doubtful. Nonetheless, I scheduled an appointment and an hour later pulled into the lot. The Jetta was parked in the parking area reserved for customers. Still, I remained dubious. As I approached the Jetta, I myself was approached by a salesperson who greeted me with a smile and a handshake. I test drove the Jetta and asked many questions which the knowledgeable salesperson answered. However, I decided to not make a hasty purchase, so I told the salesperson I needed to sleep on it. I was pleasantly surprised when the salesperson agreed with a smile. The next morning, I found myself waiting for the Auto Gallery to open. A little before 8:00 AM they opened and I was greeted by yet another knowledgeable and friendly salesperson. An hour later, I was on my way home with my new Jetta. My only regret is that I didnt find the Auto Gallery sooner. I love my new Jetta (even more than my last Jetta!).

The Customer service in this facility was a big disappointment, I went on a test drive (dont remember he name) she was a tiny skinny girl, The whole time on the test drive she was on her phone, I would ask questions and I would have to ask her twice for her to respond, What kind of training is this? I was very interested in this vehicle but instead I left and bought my vehicle in Riverside where they answered all my questions and not once did I have to repeat myself and see a cell phone, Maybe they should do more training on their employees at Auto Gallery, if you want great customer service do not go to Auto Gallery

I purchased a vehicle couple days ago a 2012 Honda Civic and I am very satisfied with my choice! The Finance was easy process and the Manager was very helpful answered all my questions that I had, I have done a lot of car shopping and this is the only dealer I was not pressured into purchasing a vehicle if your looking for a great deal i recommend AUTO GALLERY great customer service

so this is my third time trying to review this dealership for some reason my review keeps getting deleted and i think auto gallery associates write there own reviews. i recently had worst experince ever at auto gallery. i recently went in to purchase a car after talking to REUBEN on phone for couple a days to get my finance settled he tells me finance approved and i set an appt to come in and test drive car. after arriving i test drove car liked what i saw so i sighned the bill of sale, they handed me keys and said congrats. i was called by REUBEN 6 days later saying i had to take car back cause my finance was actually not approved after contacting bank myself to see what happened they said that auto gallery should have never gaven me keys and they pulled what known as "SPOT DELIVERY" to keep me from shopping around. when i went back to take car REUBEN and staff were rude abour whole situation and never once appoloagized. be aware of this dealership with there lies.

I got a used Dodge Caravan from Auto Gallery a couple months ago, and after I realized it wasnt for me they let me trade it in for something smaller for no hassle. They moved my payments around and got me approved with one of their banks and the next dayI was driving home in a chevy uplander instead!

They take trades. Even though my car was old with a lot of miles they took it and put it towards my down payment on a used Hyundai. I liked having a stress free way to make a down payment while get rid of my old car. I just signed the papers and left the dealership within an hour.

The cars are priced lowest around, lower than I have ever seen. And they have tons to choose from. They are website based withthe full inventory online. So I knew what I wanted to test drive before I drove out to Corona. the prices are accurate too. None of that add on type of fishy stuff iv seen plenty of times before. The price online is the price of the car ....THAT...EASY

They gave me a wholesale price that the Kia dealership wasnt even close to giving me. Its in really good condition with no scratches or anything.
