I brought a use BMW X5 35d in March of 2017. I was in jam after finding out that my BMW 535D was out of commission after only having it for 2 weeks. I was working with Rolando. Who was a wonderful sale person. He was not just great sale person, but he wanted make sure Im comfortable with buying the vehicle, it was big investment. The reason for the five stars is after receiving the vehicle, I noticed few things that need to be addressed. After getting me a rental, for few days later they address all of my concerns. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend anyone to stop in an check them out. Buy the way getting me in the car take few days I stop in Thursday to test drive, then think about it Friday, and signed the paperwork Saturday and pickup the car Tuesday.

Wonderful experience. Found a 2011 Porsche Cayenne I was interested in online. Was able to call ahead and get some information on the car, and set up an appointment to go look at the car. Once visiting the dealership, the visit went smoothly and professional. Test drove the car, loved it, spent a day thinking about it, and called back to purchase and put a deposit! Highly recommend coming to this dealership for your pre-owned, and new car buying needs!

Davit Petrosyan, the assistant service manager, is fantastic. I called him today and asked him if he could replace the burned out headlight on my Mercedes. Even though they generally only service Porsches ( David does all the service on my Porsche) he told me to come right over. He got the headlight replaced in a short time and even had my car washed! The service on my Porsche has always been done well and quickly. I enjoy working with David. I also enjoy talking with Rick Scourtas whenever I go to the dealership, whether I am going there for a Porsche event or to have my cars serviced. Rick helped me with the purchase of my current Porsche 911: and he treated me fairly. He is very professional.

I recently attended a Porsche driving event through Herb Chambers Porsche Boston. Its always great to network with other local Porsche fans, and we were lucky enough to be at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway when all the leaves were changing - just spectacular. The drivers from Porsche were all very professional. The cars were amazing as always - I didnt want to leave the 911s but it was great to throw the two Boxsters around back-to-back. And of course NHMS has a great autocross course - always fun to try and hit the apex in a chicane coming over the top of a hill. I also got to spend some time with Racetrack Rick Scourtas, the master of ceremonies - definitely worth looking this guy up! Very hands-on with everybody there, really knows the business, and has a ton of racing stories - it sounds like hes driven every Porsche they ever made. Great cars, great people, great event.

I am the second owner of a 6 speed manual, 2010 GT3 via Rick Scourtas at Herb Chambers Porsche of Boston. I looked for a manual GT3 for much of last Fall and could now not be happier with the carbon interior and ceramic brakes, etc. I ended up with. Rick’s knowledge of these cars given his factory racing career is incredibly deep and I do not think he could be more helpful. Porsche of Boston is just great.

Thank you to RaceTrack Rick Scourtas and Herb Chambers Porsche of Boston for the invitation to the Atlanta Porsche Experience Center. I was given the VIP treatment. The sunny morning began with a short overview of the speed yellow GT3 I would drive then brief sessions on the kick plate, skid pad and low friction coarse. Most of the 90 minutes was spent on the road course or “outer ring†as it is referred to. The composure and speed of the GT3 has often been written about but to experience it first hand was serious adrenaline. The only limit was my ability. If asked the Porsche Experience Center driving coach will take the wheel for the final couple of lapses which he did and boy did we move… Given Rick’s long history as a Porsche factory driver the only thing better would have been a few lapse with Rick at the wheel. All in all, a great time.

I inquired about a Macan online and Rolando Wallace followed up with me within minutes via email. I actually purchased a car at a different dealership closer to home as I didnt want to drive into the city. The experience at the other dealership was less than stellar and I cancelled the sale. As a result of Rolandos diligent follow up, I purchased a car over the phone including assessing my trade and picked the car up a couple days later. Simple, seamless and quick as my time (just like everyone elses) is very limited. Rolando was easy to work with and listened to what I was looking for, did a thorough delivery of the vehicle and has since followed up to see how Im doing with the car. If you are looking for a Porsche, shop around but buy from Herb Chambers. Fair price and easy to do business-the experience was actually a pleasant one which is usually not the case when buying a car. Ask for Rolando!

My husband and I went in yesterday to buy a used Cayenne, and had a great experience from start to finish. Before we had even gotten there my husband had corresponded with Bernard and Ian and they were very responsive over email. I purchased my Cayenne from HC Porsche of Boston and was due to the first service. Scheduling of the appointment was very easy and didnt have to wait long for availability. Was met by very friendly valet staff on arrival and Davit (service advisor) was waiting for me and was pleasantly surprised when he remembered me from the time I purchased the vehicle (months ago). I waited for my car and Davit stopped by a couple of times to update me on the progress. The waiting area is pretty comfortable and clean. I also was able to check out the new Porsche Turbo S that recently arrived and was in the show room. While looking around, Ian Miller, the new GM, stopped by to say hello. Ian and Melissa next door at HC BMW are the only two dealers that I have ever experienced having the GM take a personal interest in their customers. My vehicle was finished and returned to me, the check out process was very convenient and within a few minutes I was back on my way. Really appreciate the personalized attention they give you when you arrive for something as simple a routine service appointment. Grats, Michael Stephenson

We had amazing experience at Herb Chambers Porsche of Boston. Specifically we were really happy with general manager Ian Miller. Out of all negative experiences we had previously on dealerships this one was the easiest smooth and most pleasant. As business owners and regular consumers we would recommend him and this dealership to everyone we know. The way business is handled at this dealership should be done everywhere else. We had specific requests, for once we felt like someone prioritized us and our wishes and listened to what we wanted rather then sell something we didnt want or need. Did not have buyers remorse! Very happy customers, hope to come back to Ian again!

I purchased a 2013 Porsche 911 Turbo Cab used and Porsche Certified with 4500 miles on it. The negotiating process was okay but with slow response times from sales people. As I was buying this 100K plus vehicle sight unseen I inquired telephonically and via email as to its condition and was assured it was "showroom ready and only needed detailing". When it was delivered (at 9:30 at night) the car was covered with deep rain spotting and bird droppings. I had paid for a covered carrier so this was unexpected and unacceptable. I also found several deep scratches on the bumper which were not disclosed to me by the dealership. I was also only given one key for the vehicle when the purchase agreement clearly stated two keys as part of the purchase. I contacted Ian Miller the General Manager for Herb Chambers Porsche of Boston and brought all the above to his attention. He agreed to have a key sent to me (on several occasions) and to have the vehicle detailed and scratches painted at my local Porsche dealership and the he would pay for and coordinate with my local dealership. To date several months after the fact I am still waiting for my key and my local Porsche dealership has been unable to receive payment from Herb Chambers Porsche after many attempts to do so. In addition, I overpaid for my registration and I am due a refund from Herb Chambers Porsche but even though Ian Miller has told me several times he would do so I am still awaiting the check. If you choose to do business with Ian Miller and Herb Chambers of Boston please do so with eyes wide open. Do not give them ANY money until all has been delivered to your satisfaction. I attempted to resolve this through Porsche Customer Commitment and it appears to have fallen on deaf ears. BEWARE!

I havent owned a Porsche in many years and walked into Herb Chambers Porsche on Commonwealth Avenue in Boston.I bumped into a guy named "racetrack rick" who got me so excited about driving a new Porsche 911 that I had to go on a test drive. He introduced me to Mark who took me for a drive and I forgot how great these cars are.I later met Marissa who took care of my paperwork and helped me with the details of purchase.
