I bought a 2013 VW CC Sport from them. I am from Binghamton, NY & this car was located at their showroom in Hartford, CT. I saw this car’s listing online and immediately liked it but wanted to test drive the vehicle before putting down my money. I had arranged for my own finance so needed the purchase order for this vehicle. They agreed to give me the purchase order if I put a refundable deposit of $500 on my credit card. I agreed to that. So I put my paper work in order and drove down with a friend on Saturday to their showroom. The condition of the vehicle was good just like I had imagined from the pictures. I took a test drive. The gentleman who was with us on the deal was knowledgeable & helpful. I noticed that above the front passenger headliner there was some black smear. I pointed out this to the salesman & he took care of it immediately. Also the engine bay & the underside of the vehicle looked dirty as if it was not washed so they gave the car a complete rewash before I left. I was unclear on how I would be able to register a CT dealer plate vehicle in NY State. I was told that I would be getting NY plates which I did. Only place where the dealer needs to improve is communication. I had no clue what was going on with my registration & upon calling/emailing I just got the answer that “A third party company is taking care of it”. This is my first car in this country and it should not be assumed by dealer that everyone knows the process of buying a car over here. It is nice to maintain some transparency during paper work as I am paying for that service as well. Now I got the plates from DMW NY however I never got the title for my car. Upon asking the dealer, they say they mailed the title directly to my finance company and it’s normal. Here’s the thing, my friend got his car a week later mine, went through the same finance company as mine and he got his title from the dealer (different car dealer). He just made sure he added the finance company name as a lien holder on his car’s title & mailed a copy for their record.

"Great Dealership My Sales Guy Eh Not What I Expect"

We just leased or second Cadillac and its beautiful. The dealership was great to us on the last lease with repairs and service. This time our sales guy Bill Donato made two gaffs. First he said buy the car today and the sales manager will eat our overage on miles. After we signed he suddenly had not recollection of saying that and joked to me I lie a lot. The sales manager did make good on it and took care of 3000 of the miles we were over. Second we loved the XT5 we test drove but my wife wanted a different color. Bill said he would find one again after we signed we realized he gave us one that didnt have cooled seats. When I asked him about it he said oh did the one you drove gave them. He should pay attention to details. I mean come on this is Cadillac. I will continue to trust Valenti but please if you use this dealership use a trustworthy sales rep who is paying attention to what you want.

My first visit was for an oil change, I knew there would be a couple of issues, my 2nd visit I was their for 5 hours, due to emission, next thing I know I needed a new radiator @the cost of 845.00, not sure what they were thinking, I have a limited budget and was not doable at that time. A few days later I received an email, apparently I have an oil leak that they said nothing about when I was there, 2 previous times, they never mentioned the 2181 code which I found out about, nor was it addressed in my 1000.00 bill. They dismissed me when I asked to see the codes for my car, at which time I was on the phone with DMV emissions (THEY ARE NOT A CERTIFIED REPAIR FACILITY FOR DMV, which could cost you 800.00 more if you fail again) thats how I found out about 2181 not from the dealer. They are high priced so do your research, a new radiator should be about 100.00 less than what they told me, I may be a woman but I am not stupid, and researched prices. I trust them not for I may end up needing a new car by time they are done. Do price research before going here, be aware you may end up with problems you never knew about.

I had been shopping around at multiple dealerships and noticed that the more places I visited, the more pushy dealerships became. In fact, I had visited this location once before when I was initially researching cars and the saleswoman who had approached me had almost deterred me from returning again... (Overly pushy on me leasing a car which only made me more confused and more concerned with making a sale rather than helping find me my ideal car). Nonetheless, I saw a used car on the website that had been added and for the price/mileage, I figured Id go once more to the store but request to work with someone else. I visited this location and the salesman Brett who I worked with was nothing short of wonderful. He spent over 5 hours with me (and gave me complete undivided attention) and let me test drive multiple cars. I came in thinking I wanted a used car, but after being provided with the complete and honest facts of the inventory, I left with a brand new car and I couldnt be happier. I wanted a fuel efficient car and the new Jettas fit that bill. No one at any other dealership had treated me with such professionalism and a genuine desire to see my drive off with something that would fit my needs. We had an excellent experience at Jaguar Hartford. Everyone was very friendly and we were introduced to pretty much everyone in the showroom. The was no pressure and they let us test drive the variations of the car we wanted. We were looking at the Jaguar F-Type which is a two seater so my wife and I had to test drive each model separately which was not problem. They even made a mistake during the purchase and did everything possible to resolve it in anyway that was acceptable to us. You really can tell the quality of a dealership in how they handle things when something goes wrong and they did everything we could expect to make things right. Oh and the car is absolutely amazing. I just purchased my third Cadillac in seven years from Valenti Cadillac in Hartford. I had choices as there are a number of dealers in closer proximity to my home and office. With one dealer, closer to my office, I made an inquiry on a Cadillac CTX, spoke with a salesperson, and was told I would hear back. I received no response. I returned to Valenti a few weeks later as my SRX needed routine maintenance. While at the dealership, I spoke with a sales person, Bill, and inquired about a CTX. I received immediate information with regard to the trade-in value, pricing for a new vehicle, interest rates and other key information which resulted in my making a purchase of a CTX. My experience, once again, places Valenti Cadillac on the top of the list in terms of best Cadillac dealership, not only for sales, but service as well.

I have been looking for a Used BMW convertible for 6 months. I did a lot of research on the car and the price I wanted to pay for it. I saw the car online so I scrutinized the pictures and what was written and decided to make the hour and fifteen minute drive up to take a look. I pulled into the dealership walked around the car where Bob N. greeted me. We spoke for a few minutes I could see the car was exactly as advertised. I knew my time wasnt wasted but I had a firm number I would pay in my head which I started mentally preparing for the usual haggle. Bob and I went inside sat down at his office and basically I gave Bob the number I was willing to pay. He gratiously said ok went and spoke to the sales manager and came back to me in a few minutes and said they could sell me the car for that price a fair price. I was instantly surprised that the car looked as it was advertised and that when they heard my number it was all positive. I was expecting the usual back and forth where I walk out. Instead we talked and the team got to know me and I got to know them what a great group to work with. Everything was about, what would I like to pay, when would I like the car, would I like this or that. I felt so relaxed and comfortable I did not even drive the car until after we agreed on the price and started signing the paperwork. Who ever thought a car purchase could be fun and stress free, I do now.

We were not looking to purchase a car, but had noticed the new F Type Jaguars coming off the highway. As we were walking around the lot, Keith came out to say hello. Even though were we just "kicking tires" he took the time to describe all the various features of the Jaguar line. We have always liked coupes and the XK models are just gorgeous automobiles! We left saying thank you and there was absolutely no pressure from the salesman. We then ventured to the Porsche dealership and after waiting a while to be waited on were only told how long one has to wait for a certain model, and one quick answer on a used car and we were gone. We have owned 4 Porches but that is another story. The one thing we agreed on was the excellent experience at the Jaguar dealership! Then there was a follow up phone call from the Sales Manager and we mentioned how we felt about the interest Keith has shown us during our visit. Well a few days later Keith called and said they were getting in a used XK coupe and would we like to look at it? So we did and after one test drive we were "hooked"! So we went from not looking for a car, like a Jaguar, to new Jaguar owners!

Keith Bodian was the sales rep that my wife and I dealt with. He is knowledgable about the 2011 XK Coupe he sold to my wife and the 2013 XF AWD he sold to me as well as being knowledgable about the comparable competitors products. My wife had asked him to be on the look out for a used XK with low mileage and he gave her a call when he came across this 12,000 mile 2011 XK - it was several months but he kept her in mind the whole time. He has been very responsive to subsequent questions I have regarding the cars. Chris Tracy, service manager, was immediately helpful regarding a minor seatbelt issue my wife experienced with her car. Subsequently, I have had the opportunity to deal with Eduan Bautista, service manager, when purchasing all season floor mats for my XF but found that Jaguar does not make all season mats for the XK. Mr Bautista made suggestions as to where I might get some. I was also looking for trim pieces that I had seen on another XF but after taking time to research the pieces he concluded that they were after market pieces and attempted to find out where I might get them going the extra mile for me. Another sales rep. Bob Nedorostek, was extremely helpful, when Mr. Bodian was not available when my wife and I were looking at cars. (We were in several times before purchasing.) Additionally, Ken Cooper, sales manager, added to the positive buying experience my wife and I had at Jaguar Hartford. The one thing my wife and I enjoyed was the relaxed, non-pushy sales experience that we encountered. Time was taken to satisfy our questions/concerns and we were made to feel comfortable. A very positive car buying experience.

I purchased a 2011 Jaguar XF Supercharged last week and I am completely delighted and satisfied. First, the guidance I received while considering many possible preowned Jaguars, was very relaxed, informative and professional. After I had mostly decided on a 2011 XF Supercharged, I was kept informed by Keith Bodian about any newly acquired vehicles, and I was the first to view an off-lease vehicle that met my specifications. The car was serviced, equipped with a new set of tires and it looked like a new car. The price was also very much "on target". Now, after about 10 days in this car, I continue to feel fortunate to have found Jaguar Hartford and Keith Bodian. It would have been easy to find a similar car from a dealer in an adjacent State, and with a factory warranty, but I liked the idea of buying locally. I am happy to know that I have Keith to look out for me, right here in the area.
