All the TLC is wonderful! I called in a panic on my way home from the jersey shore when a light appeared on the dash! Your staffer (Jim, I believe) listened carefully and explained what it meant and reassured me that the car would not blow up on the WW Bridge! The next day, you all squeezed me in and I got the full check and what ever else the car needed---and a super shuttle drive home by another nice guy! Great service, great price, great people! I love you and my lovely 2005 Scion XA!
"Communication Is Key"
The patience and communication. Even though it took them a long time to tell me what is wrong with the car and I did call a few times during the day to follow up every time I called they were just as patient and courteous as the last time. I was getting impatient because I had turned my car in at my scheduled appointment time of 4pm , didnt have a diagnosis until 5pm the next day and I had a rental- I started calling frequently in the afternoon because they would say "give me an hour, give me an hour or so" so I called back a few times to see if I still need the rental. Everytime Brian stayed calm and patient with me even though you could hear how busy they were. Also during the original repair my windshield was accidentally broken Brian was upfront with me and worked with me in terms of dropping off my car and getting it fixed.

Thing happen, but I was a little upset because i had a appointment on Friday June 26, and the car was there until 3:00. I had to bring it back on Tuesday. I think i should have been call early to let me know my car would not be done that day. I had to call around 1:30 to see where things were. This will not stop me from come to have my car service,

I was given a free loaner when the time to service my car whats going longer than expected. also when I returned to pick up my car I asked a question about fog lights and now the service manager will replace them at no cost because it should have been captured as an inspection item. now thats excellent customer service.

I got there on a Saturday morning @ 7:29 AM and there were 11cars in front of me.I just knew I would be there for day.Just needed 5 mos maintenance check.Archie was very nice and told me I should be out by 9:30 am. My first experience was pain free.All the service people were great and couteous.

I appreciated that without an appointment, I was able to drive into the service center, be greeted in a friendly manner by the Service Center staff. After explaining why I was in the center, I was advised how long it would take and how much it would cost for my repair. Both were exact!
