I spent the last 3 or 4 months looking for a 2014 Mercedes E350 4Matic. Living in southern NH, there wasnt a large selection to choose from. I spent a lot of time looking on-line (ask my wife, a lot of time is a magnificent understatement!), talking to the large dealerships out in NY/NJ, where there were a lot more options. In the time I spent shopping, I got really tired of the bait and switch, the really fine print, and a number of other annoying things. Every time I called out there, the car I was looking for was gone...3 or 4 weeks later, it was still on the website! I have to tell you that I was getting really tired of what should be a fun process. While I hate to generalize, I found the people out there to be quite rude, always in a hurry, and quite pushy as well. And the, I came across European Motor Car...the 3 people I dealt with, Jen, Tommy, and Paul couldnt have been more professional. While they were firm on their price, the car I bought from them was a very fair deal. There were even extras on the car that were not even mentioned on-line. When I found a little bit better rate on financing elsewhere, they had absolutely no issue with me using my own credit union. (If you are not aware, this is a BIG deal when it comes to the big dealerships--their price is dependent on financing with them) After arranging financing, I took the what should have been 2 hour ride to Middletown, CT, from my home in NH, and arrived about 3 hours later. Tons of traffic, rain, you name it! I arrived right before the dealership closed, but Paul handed me the keys, and gave me a couple of different routes to take--one a 3 mile route, and the other a 7 mile route. Youd think the dealership was going to be open another 3 hours, as he seemed in no rush. When I came back to the dealership in about 10 minutes, both he and Tom had the paperwork ready to go...easiest car transaction ever! Throughout the day, Jen had been working with my credit union to make everything go super smoothly. The car is in excellent condition, and Im glad to be done car-shopping. But, when Im looking for another car, Ill be back! Thanks European Motorcar!!

You have an absolute gem in your service manager Mike. He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and so courteous. He goes above and beyond each time I am there. Called with an issue he told me to come right in. Close to lunch time and waiting for a repair, he offered to take me somewhere so I could grab something to eat. Even offered to drive me back home when the repair we spoke about would take a while. Whatever the circumstances, each time I go in, great service from Mike and his team! Been going to European Motor Cars with two cars for eight years and will continue to go there.

Recently had body work done on my car. Not only was the service here excellent so was the body work. The dent was in a hard place to repair. When I went to pick up my car, you cannot see where the dent was and my car was totally clean inside and out. My car looked like the day I bought it. I purchased a 2005 lexus ES330 from European Motorcars, the salesman Tom was very professional and a pleasure to work with. The car looked and drove great. I got a great deal on the car and they found an amazing 2.49% interest rate on this used car. The day I picked the car up there was an issue with the front right brake caliper. I called Tom he handled the entire situation perfect. They had the car towed back provided me with a rental at no cost and put on two new brake calipers turned the rotors and gave the car an alignment as well. This was all done in one day. This is exactly what you want in a car dealership, they actually want you to have a great experience. Not like the many dealerships I have been to before.

We were happy with the car and went inside and talked to him about buying an extended warranty along with the car and he was on the ball with all of the questions we had for him. My wife and I talked it over and we agreed that the Audi was the car she wanted. I took my Volvo S60 in as my check engine light was still on after having it repaired at another dealership. The Service Tech quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the next day! The facility is much larger than it looks from the street and they have up to date diagnostic tools. They were very professional and the repair was done at a fair price.
