I want to start off with the compassion this place has for the customers. I never once felt pressured for anything when being here and talking with the sales reps. I had the pleasure of doing business with Rami. He took things at my pace, was very understanding and I felt tried his hardest to get me into the car I so desperately wanted. He kept me updated on the car and walked me through each step making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions to reassure me of what was going on. Then came the gorgeous Vanessa who emailed me during the week to make sure my dream car was still available. When I went into the dealership she introduced herself and sat to talk to me even though I was working with Rami. She was very nice and also made my experience that much better. She honestly cared and I could tell by how passionately she spoke to me and could see it in her eyes. Last came Argenis who tried his hardest to get me the best deal I could handle. He was very professional and walked me through everything. He made the experience very comfortable and I am very pleased with my whole experience here. I would recommend 10/10. My best experience by far with any auto group.

Once again West Coast Auto gave us impeccable service. This is our 4th purchase with them. We have all 4 times had great service in the sales, financing and service department. Gio the sales person who helped me had such great guidance without EVER being pushy like a car sales man usually is. I went in for a luxury car, but had no idea what kind I wanted. I thought maybe an Audi or Mercedes. After hearing my needs and likes in a vehicle Gio suggested BMW. I initially said no, but with his careful suggestions I tried a BMW. It only took sitting in a BMW to know it was the right fit for me. I never felt Gio was trying to rush me or push me. EASY! Argenus in finances was a straight shooter with NO hidden agenda or pricing. He put the detailed price sheet out for me to see, with a fair price, we made a few adjustments and I was on to signing papers. EASY! Then....Mario in the service department took my new BMW and myself and helped me customize it more for liking and taste. We dipped the wheels with a black chrome, added a couple of other small customizations and tinted the Windows how I prefer them. EASY!

Well he gave me the run down on the jaguar xk told me everything i needed to know so of course as anyone would do i needed a second opinion so i got a pre-purchase inspection, got back a good report just minor things needed like new wipers and a little cigarette burn on carpet i told albert what was found he assured me it would get fixed or replaced well after all was said and done i felt completely confident to purchase the car so i got it shiped to CT from CA with never test driving or seeing the car in person only what the pre-purchase mechanic told me about the car which matched everything albert told me, thats how comfortable albert made me. no hassle at all and i never felt or heard any shadiness in his dealings with me the guy was a total professional yet down to earth with me.. when i received my vehicle i got another mechanic shop out here in my state to perform a full inspection again he told me the car was in outstanding shape car needed nothing everything checked out exactly as albert told me it would. albert told me that buying a car from west cost auto is as good as buying it from jaguar itself and turns out that my shop told me its as good as certified! I thank albert and west cost auto for an unbelievable experience in purchasing an automobile from them from cross the country...i drove the car and i am completely satisfied i give the car from 1-10 a 10 i give albert at west cost auto a 10+ thank you, from a very happy and satisfied customer.
