"Dont Ever Bring Your Car To Be Serviced Here!"
Brought in my van was told my car would be serviced early morning so brought it in night before. Left key with service man. Next day cant find my car or the keys. Had to call Chrysler company just to get them to diagnose car. Had no car for mom of twin boys during summer. Three days later after many, many phone calls I finally got my car back. I will not go back ever!

I had an excellent experience at autoland especially with the sales person Melvin Mathew. Me and my wife were disappointed a week earlier with some of the other dealers that I am not going to name and I had zero motivation to go to any dealership after that . I found a voicemail couple days later from AutoLand on offers for 4th & 5th of July for lease or purchase. I really was not sure whether I should talk to them. My wife thought of talking to Melvin to see if we get a good deal on 5th afternoon. Within an hour Melvin was able to provide us a very good deal on the Toyota Camry that we leased and there were no gimmicks involved. Melvin really helped us with all the documentation fairly quickly in the evening when I arrived. His Boss Frank also handled the final paperwork smoothly. Brought my car in because srs warning light illuminated. Had it previously checked elsewhere and was told it was short in passenger air bag circuit but after their "tech" checked it out he assured me it was the spiral cable in my steering column and I even saw the procedure and the equipment used to draw that conclusion and hoped he was right other wise I would not pass inspection and as it turned out he was right and the warning light did disappear and I did get through inspection. Was very pleased.

I wish my situation did not end up the way it did. I left my car with them for 5 days. Nobody once called me to inform me that I needed a new transmission. I had to Call them myself. I have to be honest there customer service is pretty good but due to me getting upset that no one was informing me of what was going on with the vehicle they refused to service my car after 5 days. Im stuck with a 2 year old car that needs new transmission and they refused to help me. So just be sure you let them prolong the wait because if you question them they will tow your car back to your house .

To get a spare key for my Tacoma it cost me almost US$337.00. It is absurd for a company to charge almost US$200.00 for a key and then US$131.00 for reprogram the key, which I found out afterwords that it could be done by anyone as the video showing the whole process is on "you tube". It discourage the client to search for help regarding "small things" at the dealership...
