I have a 2008 Santa Fe with 120,000+ miles that runs and looks like new. I take good care of the vehicle and really appreciate a dealership that treats it as good or better than I do. Consistently GREAT service, both in getting an appointment, sometimes at the last minute, and getting the vehicle in and out on time and without any need for returning for additional issues. On top of everything the vehicle is always cleaner than when it went into the shop which is always a bonus. Clean waiting area with hot drinks and water, as well as adequate seating, TV and plenty of plugs for powering devices, if needed.

I went shopping for a BMW 2006 330i at the Herb Connolly Hyundai, 05/25/2015. The salesman Roy, did well by giving me information that I requested. I explained to Roy that I am not desperate about buying a car. I can wait or shop around for better deals.I was already pre-approved by Capital-One, and I insisted on staying with the pre-approval. The loan guy Mo, told me all the crap that a typical loan office will say and I repeated that I can wait if Herb Connolly Hyundai cannot sell me the BMW. I later realized that he did sent my information to over 6 different auto loan companies without getting my approval to do so. This process adversely affect my credit score which I was working on. Mo later came to me that the loan companies did not approve my loan because of the type of car that I wanted, he suggested a 2006 Lexus, which was too small and it was not what I wanted to buy. I have been getting series of mails from many of these loan financing companies now about not accepting my loan offer. I really do not appreciate the pressure imposed on me, and the thought that I may not afford to buy this type of vehicle. This is just not right! I would expect a better customer service from a well established dealer, that has been around for a long time. I have decided to take my business somewhere else. I have to deal with how to get all these unapproved requests off my credit now. Credit scored took a big nose dive....

You know when you have a car accident and you have to go through insurance and its very difficult and time-consuming, not here I pretty much called my insurance and drop my car off at the service center and from there on Vivien took care of everything, she kept me posted on everything that was going on, you can tell she really cared. Herb Connolly Hyundai is a great dealership. The buying process is easy w/very little haggling assuming you did your homework and know what you want to pay before you make the deal. There is very little pressure and the service manager I had was great to deal with. The service department is very good to work with and I have found that they are honest and do not advise unnecessary service if it is not needed. The staff are very friendly and very helpful and today it is hard to find this. In my opinion there are very few dealerships that treat their customers this well.

I bought my Hyundai Accent at Herb Connolly Hyundai last January. I was pleased with the price and they found me the exact car I wanted. I dont usually use dealerships for service, instead I take my cars to a local garage to get them fixed. But when I saw the oil change prices (which were as competitive as anywhere else) and heard that I got a free car wash every time I brought my car in for service, I decided to give it a try. So for my first service visit I scheduled an oil change and then wanted my car waxed and inside the seats washed since they had some stains. Herb-Connolly had an online coupon for detailing for the lowest price around, so I chose them over taking the car to Scrub a Dub to have it detailed. The coupon had expired by the time I arrived, but they honored it anyway. When I picked up the car I found out that the first oil change is free when you buy a new car there. So I was thrilled. The second time I took my car in for an oil change, I needed to have the seats washed because once again there were stains. (If you buy a new Hyundai with cloth seats, I suggest you purchase the interior fabric guard package they offer, I didnt do it and wished I had. These seats seem to stain very easily.) This time I had trouble getting someone to drive me back to pick up my car at the end of the day. (because of the detailing, they need to keep the car all day.) I called and they send someone over to Natick to pick me up. This made me very happy. When I got into the car, sadly one of the stains was still there. I pointed it out and the service manager promises that when I have time to bring the car back they will try again. I havent done that yet, so dont know if they will be successful, but I was impressed that he offered without hesitation to re-do it since it wasnt perfect. So far I have been very happy with all of my interactions with Herb Connolly Hyundai. At this point, I am planning to keep taking my car in for service there. I feel like the price, quality, and attention to detail is excellent and well worth going to them.

I have purchased my share of vehicles from dealers within Massachusetts and Herb Connollys is by FAR the most impressive all around experience I have ever dealt with. The sales team was very informative with no pressure, willing to listen and work with me answering all my questions. The finance team was also very professional and straight forward throughout the entire paperwork process. Not to mention when I brought my 2014 Hyundai Sonata in for its very first service appointment, let me tell you this was just flawless! There was no waiting, I pulled my vehicle up to the service bay door and was greeted by the service technician and he proceeded to pull up my appointment record and log me in. I was then led to the customer waiting room which had comfortable chairs and complimentary coffee available. Within a very short amount of time, the service technician personally came to me and indicated that my vehicle service was complete. I was then shown the statement of work done on my vehicle and was fully informed of what had been done. This was the first time I have ever experienced such a flawless process when it comes to dealerships. HATS OFF to Herb Connolly for putting the customer first! I have and will recommend Herb Connolly to all friends and family that are looking for a vehicle. Thanks again Herb Connolly for making me a believer!!!

I went in on September 20 ,2014 for an oil change, they told me I also needed brakes, ball joints. I had FOUR COUPONS $50.00 EACH, that Doug and Adam emailed me for writing a nice Review on cars.com Horrible mistake on my part ! The new service people told me flat out, we can not use all four coupons, because you can not combine them. No where did it say that on them ! Then I was accused of copying them to get to four ! I was shocked ! ! I asked THE OWNER to look at each one, it had a different heading , which means they were sent to me separately ! The owner asked me why one was a Chevrolet coupon, I explained Adam sent it by mistake, I emailed him and Was told it would be honored. I BEGAN TO CRY, WHY WOULD HE ACCUSE ME OF LYING ? The owner STATED HE COULD ONLY GIVE $100.00 OFF PROBABLY BECAUSE HE DID NOT WANT PEOPLE TO SEE ME CRYING... I GUESS HE NEEDED THE EXTRA $100.00 COUPONS., MORE THAN ME. I AM NOT A LIAR ! NOR DID I COPY THE COUPONS TO GET FOUR ! I WAS EMBARRASED, FELT BELITTLED. I ASKED HIM TO CHECK HIS EMAILS AND ADAMS TO PROVE I AM NOT LYING ! I received first 2 for writing a great review. The next 2 came from Adam for telling THE truth about already being on cars. com. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER SINCE I PURCHASED MY CAR THERE.

Herb Connolly service team was initially recommended to me by Enterprise Car Sales back in 2007 when my husband and I bought our first 2006 Sonata and we have continued utilizing them for our 2011 Sonata. After a recent rough time in diagnosing an alternator problem which included issues with the parts provided by an outside source, the symptoms we had experienced returned. Brian Z and his team not only took our concerns seriously they agreed to take on the challenge as quickly as possible and provided a loaner car which minimized not only our cost but also our stress level. They kept at it until they figured out the problem. Brian, Ashley, and Marco are true professionals. They know what great customer service is all about. When our car needs warranty or recall work we know they will do the best possible job.... all recommendations they have for any additional work are brought to our attention and ONLY done if we approve the work. We never feel pressured and appreciate the free car wash and vacuum as well as the pleasant waiting area amenities.

From when I first bought my Genesis Coupe to when I return every three months for routine maintenance, I always have good experiences at Herb Connolly Hyundai. The sales process was easy for me as a first time new car buyer, and the service department has always taken care of all of my car maintenance quickly and economically. After other dealerships (Honda, Chevy) wouldnt take me seriously, I eventually visited Herb Connolly Hyundai. My salesman Wens Prophete took me for a test drive and explained everything about the car to me. It was such a positive experience (and such a pretty car) that I came back with money 2 days later and bought the car. I now service my Gen Coupe at Herb Connolly Hyundai. My service advisor Ashley is always very friendly and informative. Shell always explain what they did to the car and why, and what needs to be done in the future. And, at my most recent visit, service manager Brian Zompetti was able to price match a set of tires I wanted, which made buying such an expensive item not so bad.

We have purchased a new Sonata and used Elantra from this dealership previously - so we had a history. The Elantra needed to be replaced. We spent quite a long time with our salesperson- Peter- who gave us a lot of information and did test drives with us. We left without making a decision right then. We received one follow up call - which is all we wanted, more than that would have irritated us. We decided to purchase the Hyundai and went back to Peter. He was able to work with us over the phone to come to a final price. We were able to come in and within two hours pick up our new car. This process is usually very painful for us but this salesperson and dealership are not high pressure and worked with us in a very pleasant way.

Bravo to Wens Prophete and the entire team behind him that put me in the VERY car I wanted. I went in Saturday (April 26) on a mission for one car and one color. It was sitting on the show room floor! I met Wens and told him I wanted that car, I didnt need to see any other. I drove it off the show room floor a few hours later!! Wens , Moe and the rest of the finance team worked with me to get me in the Genesis Coupe and keeping my payments are a reasonable price. This is my 2nd Hyundai , my first was a brand new 2006 Sonata, that what is still in mint cond condition when I traded it (FOR A GREAT PRICE). I love that I am in a nice little sport car, it has a lot of lick and absolutely the best color, all the bells and whistles !! Wens spent a great deal of time showing me all of todays new technology in the car, I was not rushed at all. You simply cannot beat the warranty and service !!!! I purchased my car form herb Connolly Hyundai about three years ago, certified pre owned. From the time I walked in to time I left, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Yes the owners are there. The service department is EXCELLENT also ! Everyone from all the people at the check in desks, to the Service mgr. Always very helpful. I always have same day service in emergency situations, All though not a lot at all with a Hyundai . I will ALWAYS CONTINUE TO BRING MY CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. C.B A very satisfied customer. For the last few oil changes visits I have been complaining about a noise in the front end. Shame on me for assuming they did their job and documented my complaints. Well, now there is an issue an since there is no documented issue they dont believe me. Make sure you MAKE THEM document everything. I thought I did but they didnt and I am out.

One bad experience after another. Long story short. They are not covering repairs that should be covered by the warranty. Engine is leaking oil with 65K miles on it....and no coverage. Car is a 2006 so what the heck is going on. Ill tell you. They forgot to put oil in the car after an oil change at 33K on it.....I drove away in a huge rainstorm. Needless to say the engine died. After WEEKS of fighting the only reason they did a think was because some mechanic with integrity told them they had to. Shameful. Now the engine if leaking oil. The engine has 65K on it, the car get this 105K.....so they wont cover it. Imagine what a coincidence finding this issue now!

Just wanted to take this opportunity to pass on to anyone looking for a vehicle (new or pre-owned) to consider the Hyundai dealership right here in Framingham. My husband and I after doing much online research on which vehicles would properly fit our family and lifestyle, started up Route 9 dealerships in search of a new(er) car. Our initial impressions to some of the OTHER dealerships was AWFUL!! (and if I could curse would add some adjective to really express how awful it was). We were ignored, pressured, lied to, and (my personal favorite).had one salesperson only talk to my husband. It was becoming so depressing, I feared we would be doing this for way longer than we needed to. THEN we went into Connolly Hyundai. The entire staff was friendly, KNOWLEDGABLE, and acted like they really wanted us there and as if we were their only customers (we were not). Ray our salesperson asked a lot of questions to help us decide the right vehicle, test drove a few, asked some more questions and were matched with what is now our new car. We met Doug and then Travis. They handled our trade-in, financing and within 24 hours we owned the vehicle. Everything was explained to us clearly with everything spelled out and all our questions were answered at a level we could understand. There were no "hidden"..anything. We were able to observe the way other customers coming in and out were also treated and I can tell you, it was refreshing to see such professionalism. Their actions were genuine and not forced or fake. I would highly recommend them and hope their business(s) stay around here for a long time.

I visited the store two weeks ago, me and my fiance spent a lot of time looking at different models and asked all sorts of questions. Our sales man Roy was top notch, he answered everything we asked. He also introduced us to the owner, Doug Connolly and he was very friendly too, hes told us he was there everyday. I thought it was cool to see the owner working on the floor and getting involved. Called in to check whether vehicle was available; I was told that it was. Drove for about an hour, got to the dealership, and found out that the vehicle was no longer there; apparently it was sold hours before I got there. Tried another model, was told it had 32k miles on it - the car turned out to have 36k. This is all while the salesman was professing great customer service. Very disappointed.

I go out of my way to have my vehicle serviced at your location. I purchased the car when I lived in the midwest, but then I relocated to Boston and was working in Framingham - so your dealership was very convenient. Now, I still live in Boston and dont work anywhere near your dealership, but still make the effort to commute to your location for service because youre great. You get things done when you promise, you dont recommend unnecessary work, youre honest about what needs to be done, you do high quality work, you provide loaner cars when enough work is being done to warrant it, etc.

They were definitely trying to stay on top of things, but they didnt even have the vehicles that were posted as available in their inventory [ Their own website (they couldnt find them and had no clue where they were).] Salesman Roy was very nice, and even though a sales person he was trying to make the experience the best I have probably had. He admits that he is not a "car" guy so when bringing up some issues with the vehicles I test drove he tried to make them no big deal and that they would take care of them. The problem with that is that I work on my own cars usually, and know the types of issues and they were not just minor ones. The General manager was also very personable, but no matter how much you tell them you are not making a decision right away, and/or that you have NO money for a deposit, they keep pushing for at least a deposit (refundable,) but still. I definitely would shop with them again, but like most other dealerships they dont seem to have what I am looking for either.

I visited this dealership on a Saturday afternoon and even made an offer on a vehicle. I followed up with an email and a phone call to review the offer and no one returned my call. In addition when I spoke with the dealership I am sure there was an attempt to by pass the original salesperson who I thought was good. All in all I got a poor feeling after trying this outfit.
