Bought a used car here (non auction). No hassle at all. Prices seemed reasonable. They do have some high mileage cars, but they were all reconditioned as best as possible. Free carfax available. They are not pushy at all. They give you the total out the door costs when requested. The test-driving experience was great. No salesman hounding you around the car lot. Test drive as many cars as you like. Leave there knowing they wont resent you for not buying from them. They seem like they are busy with other potential customers waiting to buy either on the phone or online.
