"Decent Inventory, Expected Service."

Not to bash inglewood but was what I expected from a dealership in my old town. Facility was alright vehicle selection was broad but I could tell every dollar mattered when it came to prices. Had a vehicle i was interested in which was priced a bit high but the dealer wouldnt budge on price. Said they worked with 250+ banks but only applied to 2 and refused to try others to work out lower apr. Ended up walking away due to high monthly even/w considerable down payment on initial loan option.

"Does Not Respond To Requests For Appropriate Info"

This dealer has a car that interests me, and they have contacted me asking me to schedule a test drive. I live 500 miles away. I would have to fly there. They do not provide a CarFax report online, so I explained that I wanted to see the CarFax before I invested the time and expense of traveling to L.A. I asked that they provide it. They have never responded, nor provided a copy of the "45 point inspection", although I regularly get their listing for the same car. Read the other low-star reviews about dealing with them.

"Be Careful At This Dealership."

The dealership is a 45 minute drive from home, so when I arrived there only to find the truck interior color was a dirty tan/beige instead of the gray color stated in the listing, I was pretty disappointed. The online pictures appear gray and since gray was the stated interior color, I didnt question it. The dealer said "oh we dont handle that", meaning the online pictures. Well they should run some kind of quality control; whoever took the pictures is obviously not the person who created the listing otherwise that could never have happened. If this dealership isnt close to home, be very cautious - get a sales rep on the phone and have him go out to the vehicle and confirm important points in the listing.

"Really Sketchy And Strange Dealership."

I went to this dealership to see a 2005 VW Touareg V6 they had advertised on here and was serious about purchasing it. I drove up to a decent, if not crowded dealership (which was fine, it didnt really bother me). I walked around the dealer searching for the Touareg, along with a few other cars they said they had for sale. I saw no sign of any of the cars, except one. I asked an employee if they still had the black Touareg, he said that they had sold it, along with the 2006 BMW 325xi, 2005 Saab 9-3, and a few other cars. He said, we do have another Touareg though. So he said hed drive us to their other lot, which was an awkward twenty minute ride away from the dealer. As soon as we get there, it seems really sketchy. It has a few dozen beaten up luxury cars in sorry states. I look over and see a Touareg, it looked fine, but the employee couldnt get it to start, the tires were almost bare and it was near empty on gas. He then figured out after 30 minutes that he was using the key to a Passat. He started it and asked me to drive it back to the lot, not asking for my license or anything. We started driving and I noticed the car had transmission issues and the lack of tread on the tires and gas didnt make me feel anymore comfortable. After finally returning to A-Lux, I snuck away from the sales people into my car and drove off. It was a really shady experience, I really believed the reviews, but the length of most of the reviews on here makes me suspicious.
