I have purchased six vehicles from DePaula and wouldnt consider going anywhere else for my cars. My recent car was due for service so I made an appointment for this past Saturday. I was welcomed immediately when I entered the service center. My specialist was very friendly, confirmed what services were needed and invited me to wait in the lounge. My car was complete in approximately an hour and waiting after a complimentary car wash. I will not deal with any other dealership. I went to DePaula Chevrolet on Friday 4/21/17. I just went in to take a Chevy traverse for a test drive. I met with Joe Tomaselli first who asked me some questions about what I was looking for and if I had a trade in. I told him I had a 2014 Chrysler 300 to trade and was just looking to do a test drive for now. He had me meet with the salesman Dimitri Kolomietes. Dimitri took me for a test drive in the Traverse and then we went for one in the Chevy Equinox. I knew right away the Traverse was the one I wanted. The only problem was, we couldnt come up with an agreed upon price for the trade in. Dimitri asked me to come back the following day. I went back the next day and met with Dimitri and Joe again to see if we could work something out. After a very long day and a lot of discussions back and forth, I walked out of there leasing a brand new Chevy Traverse and being very pleased with the service and the attention that I received from the staff.
