I bought a used car from here the maintenance light was on indicating the car needed basic maintenance. Salesman (Fabio) went above and beyond to make sure the car was perfect before handing over the keys. They did more than a basic service, they did a major service interval including bleeding brake fluid. They really did more than expected. Also, the guy in the back that does the paperwork was very straightforward and didnt try to sell me on a bunch of unnecessary extras that most dealerships try to pressure you into.

After waiting for AAA 3 hours to see if it was my battery and finding they could not tow with the steering locked; a couple in the parking lot recommended I call Mercedes toll free number. I Googled and found the number immediately and was helped and taken care of within 30 minutes. They stored my car on Sunday until Monday morning when the service department was open. I received a text from Ryan that he had possession of the vehicle and it was being taken analyzed. Ryan called and gave me an estimate which was right on the money. In 2 days my car steering was repaired, cleaned, and ready for pick-up. Thank you!

This is the only time my service advisor I felt was caring about her job, taking care of my car in a timely manner and communicating. In the past, Ive been lied to twice blantly by a service advisor. I have had a service advisor go out of his way to not be responsive or communicative to either myself (the client) and or another dealership which tried to work with the service advisor on securing information your service advisor seemed to lack. I only came into the dealership as I didnt want to drive my car 7 hours to another dealership where Ive always been treated with respect and the way in which a customer should be. Jazmin taking care of me, changed my outlook on this dealership. You can thank her for the fact you are getting a 4.

Every aspect of my appointment was excellent. My service advisor was very nice and efficient and showed me where I could wait and help myself to refreshments and he updated me as to when my car was going to be ready, that it was being washed and it would be only another 10 minutes.

Ive been a satisfied customer since I leased my first MB from your dealership. This is my firstl purchase. I consider Mein Apuya my personal sales rep. He always takes time to give me the BEST deal. The paperwork is done in an expeditious and professional manner. I drive all the way from San Bernardino because for me it is worth it if Im saving money. I brought the car in for a squeak and a rattle in the top. They only fixed the rattle. They said that it would be another service charge to fix the squeak. This is the reason that I have not been back. I have decided to bring the car back in because it is still squeaking. Also the wind shield wipers have stoped working. I dont mind paying for parts for the squeak but I dont think that I should have to pay for another service charge. Hopefully you can do better this time.
