Anthony in service was condescending and disrespectful, I understand people make mistakes not only did BMW Ontario MESS UP.. They wasted my time I had to line things up to accommodate their appt.. My loaner wasnt available till a week from when I stepped foot in the dealership... Mind you I worked years in the car business... I know the self exalted attitude very well... The "it is what it is" mind set. Mind you next door at Mini excellent service I was looking forward to building a relationship with this place and since my entire family and friends for the most part drive BMWs I love networking and passing my book of businesses, word of mouth is key to business success..I no longer work in the car business... But I must say he ruined everything everybody else did which BTW were polite and courteous ... One thing that I dont tolerate is making people feel helpless inferior and like they mean nothing...mind you i checked my email and no email was ever sent to me for proof.

we just purchased our second car {320i}, from ontario BMW the process was quick and easy the salesman all was awesome low pressure and like family to deal with,,, the device dept at this dealer is also awesome always quick with loaner car and good with work car always gets washed and delivered perfect. i will always get a BMW from this dealer and recommend this dealer to anyone wanting a BMW.

My BMW was purchased at another dealership and that’s where I usually take it for maintenance. However, I’m always frustrated with their service and end up having more issues with the car. This time I decided to take my car to BMW of Ontario for maintenance. I was extremely pleased with their service in comparison and the quick wait time to get into a loaner car was awesome. I will no longer be going to BMW of Monrovia for service. Thank you BMW of Ontario for the great work.

I have to start out by saying Edwin was one of the most helpful people Ive had the pleasure to deal with. Hes not your typical out to get you car salesman. The whole purchase process was quick and easy with no haggling back and forth required. I would definitely come back here in the future when Im looking for another car.

I am so thankful for the outstanding service I received from Adel Meleika. He went out of his way to answer all of my many questions and set up a great deal for the purchase of my new car. I found the car on the internet and fingers crossed flew 400 miles to purchase the car. We set up all the details over the phone and when I arrived their were no surprises just the perfect certified 328i. Adel word was gold. His dedication to this deal made my purchase well worth the travel. He worked on both of his days off answering my calls and checking in with the dealership to make sure the car was available for me. He even picked me up at the airport. The car was everything he had said it was. He is highly knowledgable about all of the features and took the time to show me how to work them. We just took delivery of our 12 Countryman and couldnt be happier with the process. Stormy is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The fact that hes a great guy and the most trustworthy person Ive ever met at a dealership is icing on the cake. From our first contact via their web site regarding features on in-stock models through the custom build process and, finally, delivery, Stormy was honest, communicative (even on his days off), and treated us like we were best neighbors for years. If youre looking for a MINI, go see Stormy. Hes hands-down the Mini specialst I would recommend to any and everyone.

It is absolutely the best service in this area, comparing to other BMW and MBZ dealership. I have both BMW and MBZ, send BMA to Savage and MBZ to Penske, the experience was like 10 and 1 for the Penske. I stop sending my MBZ to Penske anymore because it was scary, last time they not only fail to fix the problem, they also sabotaged my MBZ. Savage BMW is a total different experience, they entire team, from the lady taking the vehicle, to the service adviser, the follow up, the appointment process, the courtesy car arrangement, even the cashier were very very professional. I do not believe they all born like that, its the dealership altitude. They want to do a good job, because they are proud of the BMW they sell, they are looking for positive feedback. Penske is different, they are just too BIG, the MBZ has no control on them no matter how bad the feedback or reviews are.

SAVAGE BMW always let me feel comfortable and impeccable. The TRUTH is they are not only make you feel valuable; you will be deeply touched by their Spirit and Personality. This review is based on a true story. Few days ago, I took my 328i in for scheduled oil change. After 8 hours long driving from North California, a rate had been cut in thousands of pieces, stuck in the fan, the odor of decay comes out when start engine. I was helped by Paul Brewer and Kipp Hutcheson. It took Kipp approx. 2-3 hours to clean rodent from the fan ( the temperature is over 95 degrees) and check the system thoroughly to ensure nothing had be gnawed and need to be fixed to factory recommended standard any more. I husband told me his friend went though the same manner, paid $500-600 for labor fee in an auto body shop just for clean; Savage BMW could leave it to me, they are not responsible for cleaned rodent; however they take it. Further more, my car have been washed in detail professionally,those bugs stuck in the front were so viscosity that could hardly been get rid of even though a "golden car wash"are missing. Crystal Clear. Everything seems like normal; yet their one in a thousand management is absolutely remarkable.
