This was my first car buying. I was on my way to buy a more expensive vehicle somewhere else, but decided to stop here and check one more out. The sales man was very nice and the car was so clean and came at an amazing price. They told me that only one owner had it and also offered me the carfax. I told Andy that I had a credit union and he said thats completely fine printed me the full price so I can take it to them and get the check. When I came back they printed out he paperwork and then done. Yes it was easier than I thought and thanks to the people at autocars ltd for making my first car experience a good one. One thing I liked is that they never pressured me.

"Not Worth The Trip"
Spoke to Andy last night. Discussed 2006 Honda CRV on Autotrader and told him what I could pay to buy a car outright. He said come down we will see what we can do. I got cashiers check made for that amount and drove from Los Angeles. Andy wasnt even there and no one could tell me when he would arrive including him! Word of advice: If you are a business person be good to your word. Not one person was trying to meet me even halfway. $100 off is not a deal! Instead of negotiating reasonably Manuel kept coming back with higher prices, the last one higher than the sticker on the window and above bluebook! They didnt even want to give me a test drive without me agreeing to an offer. This is why its better to deal with private owners. I was planning to tell a lot of people about them based on the online reviews and customer service that others people seemed to get. The cars were in great condition, but because of the way I was treated they dont have to worry about any other business from me or anyone I know. Used car salespeople get a bad name. Places like this are why.

My son and I flew in from Pennsylvania to buy a car for his summer internship in LA. I wanted something inexpensive and reliable, he wanted something sporty. After two days of visiting many dealers all over LA county we arrived at Autocars lot. We saw, test drove and bought a nice 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I was concerned about the paperwork because I had to register the car in PA. The lead sales person, Andy, assured me that this would be no problem. In fact he had sold a car to another PA resident recently who had driven that car back to PA. The paperwork for the Eclipse arrived in PA reasonably promptly and I was able to register the car without problems. Autocars compared very favorably with the other dealers we encountered in those first two days of searching. They had a good selection of clean-looking vehicles on the lot. Helpful, patient, willing to make a deal, and proven to be reliable when it came to the paperwork. I let my son do the negotiating and this was a good first-time experience for him.

Initially I was a bit hesitant to visit this dealership but once I started looking at their reputation more deeper it led me to their website, I found their cars well represented with lots of photos in different angles inside and out. So I decided to go for a test drive and found out that every vehicle came with a free Carfax report and a buy-back guarantee. They have lots of nice cars on the lot and had a little hard time deciding which one really fits my need but I was very pleased with the transaction.

"Not Very Happy"
Customer service was excellent. At first I was told I could pay in any way I want cash credit card and or finance. When I got there I asked if there was any problem with the truck that I should know about, the sales person or owner responded that he doesnt no and his cars are sold as is. Then I told him if I could get it finance just as his ad indicates his response was no. I thought he was crazy. Customer person had gave me a response that yes was an obsolete yes. Drove there got lost for about an hour an a half just to get disappointed on his answers. Would have bought it even in cash I wouldnt recommend any person unless they keep there word just like there ad is in print.

I initially called the dealership after finding one of their cars online. since I was working on a budget, I asked the salesperson on the phone if there was any flexibility on the price, and he was honest enough to tell me that he cannot give me the discount that I offered on the phone but was sincere enough to let me know that he will work with me if I come over and see the car for myself. when I got there I was impressed with the way they welcomed me since I have never been to an independent car lot that caters to a wide range of car brands. after the short test drive, we went in their cozy sales office and they worked out the deal. I bought the car and they gave me a 3-year warranty for the price of the 1-year. the finance manager, andy, got me a very good interest rate too inspite of my credit. I will definitely be back when I need a new car.
