Potamkin has been my go to dealer for service for the last 10 years. Whenever my local mechanic couldnt find a problem Potamkin always comes through. I recently had some A/C problems that my local guy couldnt get. Trip to Potamkin and a drivers side actuator later I was on my way with no more dip on AC temperature. Add a Mobil1 oil change and new interior handles for my truck, and the price was still very well within range, especially for Manhattan

Great service, friendly staff. On my visit I got my ECM reprogramed (as per a recall) and a NYS inspection on my 2013 Chevy Cruze LTZ .I was in at about 9am and out at about 12noon, enough time to go to a local diner for brunch.When I returned they were about done. I used to go to the dealership in Brooklyn but after the great service I received here I will never again.

I have to say I have not felt this comfortable buying a vehicle in my life. Vance explained everything and set me up with David Nusbaum and his Pre Owned Manager Lou, who helped me when I got to the dealership. I bought the vehicle that next day and could not be happier. Im a retired police officer and suffer from diabetes, when I felt my blood sugar getting low while at the dealership Vance took it upon himself to walk across the street to get me a cup of coffee!!!! Very poor taste I call up this dealership and spoke to a women that sets up the appointments with one of the dealers I told her that I had a true car certificate she said ok make sure you bring it in when you come down and someone will take care of you I said great I ask her would they honer this certificate she said yes so a made the appointment for that week end the sales person contact twice to see what time am I coming , at the same time I ask him do you honer true car certificate he said yes just bring it with you , but anyway I didnt go that week end but I went the following week when I arrived at the dealer ship I met the women I spoke to on the phone and she look up my name and said you have a appointment with the dealer that was in contact during the week so I met him we shook hands and he told me that he brought me to another dealer in the show room and said that this person will be helping me so I sat down and gave the dealer my certificate he said that we didnt have this van and its going to be hard to fine one and that he thinks no one has it in other words they didnt want to honer it I was mislead from day one poor business taste I came all the way from queens to Manhattan so I will tell people dont waste your money on flakey sales people but I am happy because I found a friendly dealership in Paramus NJ and I got the price I was looking to spend beautiful showroom down to earth people so beware
