In the course of 1 month- I have purchased TWO cars from Silver Star Cadillac in Thousand Oaks...because our first experience was SO GREAT- start to finish- the greeting, to the test drive, to the financial process, to the pricing, to the delivery of our new vehicle...I didnt hesitate to come straight back there to look for our 2nd vehicle! And the experience was EVEN better! I was truly impressed and continue to be...Rick Mueller (our salesman) and the sales manager Shawn Moretti once again treated us as though we were purchasing a $90,000 vehicle (not even close) and negotiated the price down to BETTER than what we had hoped for!!

My F-Type had a trim piece on the inside warp. I took the car in, they looked at it, and ordered a new piece. no argument, or discussion about the warping being a normal wear and tear issue, as most dealers would have done. The trim piece came in a few days later, they called me, took the car back and it was installed. Jaguar 1000 Oaks has terrific people in their service and parts department.

Let me preface this by confessing that I am an extremely "hard sell" and have high expectations. I purchased my Jaguar with absolutely no pressure and at a great price. This was only the beginning of creating a lifelong customer I went to the service department once for a minor repair but I visited them regularly for my annual routine service. I was treated like family with every visit. Victor, Efrain and Raul (as well as many others) always made me feel welcome and special. They were attentive and .went out of their way to make me happy. Having my car serviced was more like visiting a good friend! Thank you Jaguar Silver Star Thousand Oaks. .
