Went to the Chevrolet dealership on ,Saturday 8/12 with my son looking at a used truck we saw on line. We met with Edgar and after we decided the the online truck was not for him Edgar started showing us other trucks that might be right for him. We went back and forth on several trucks and all along Edgar just kept smiling and made us very comfortable basically saying take your time and choose what we want. Ive have only experienced thus type of service once before in Florida and I told everyone down there if they were looking for a car then this dealership is the place to go. Now the same will be true with Valenti. After the choice was made we met with Nancy and again the same friendly and courteous service. The explanation of the loan and services was very thorough and we left the dealership feeling that we got the best deal at the best price. "Great Experience"
I went to look at a truck I had found online and as we started looking around Tom Smith asked if he could be of any assistance. I mentioned I had saw a truck online and he went to look as it was not familiar to him on his lot. He found the truck was based in a Valenti MA dealership, but had recently been moved to another lot close to the Mystic location. We followed Tom there and he proceed to give us a tour of the vehicle - VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. We took a drive and ended up buying the truck. Tom was very professional and was very easy to work with. He was available for questions, kept us in the loop as to what was going on as we waited for the truck to be cleaned, paperwork completed etc. I would definitely recommend Tom to anyone I knew that was looking to purchase a car.

"Lack Of Communication"
I was looking into purchasing a 2011 ford ranger. I had spoken to the sales manager about this vehicle and told him id like to come see it. Unfortunately i had a family medical emergency and could not make it. I explained to the manager my situation and that i would be in touch when things settled down. Well apparently over the course of a week and a half the vehicle was sold unbeknownst to me. I did not receive a call or email from anyone at the dealership. So needless to say that Im a little disappointed with Ford management for not having some courtesy.

Tom stayed late with us on a Saturday afternoon after closing to test drive a Chevy Camaro and help us find one that was the right fit! Tom then met with us the following Tuesday to test drive a couple more camaros and then worked with us to find one that fit our needs, desires and budget! My visit to Valentis started out as bitter sweet. I was just getting ready to celebrate not having a car payment (just one payment left!!) and my car was hit and totaled while I was parked at work. I wasnt happy. Then my husband & I walked into Valentis Chevy division (I loved my 2011 Chevy Traverse so thats the car I wanted again) and we met Tom Smith. Tom is such an uplifting and helpful person. At the time we werent even sure what we would have for a down payment because we were waiting on the insurance company. Tom knew we were stressed out from dealing with all this and was NEVER pushy. He took us for a test drive and told all about the newest features on the 2017 Traverse. After having to deal with a previous dealership in 2011, our trust was lost but now has been gained. We car shopped. We looked around, and something told us to take a drive into this dealership. It was Saturday at 4:40pm and they were closing soon. We were met by Bruce *V* Velletri. He took time with us, and we met again on Monday morning. Test drove, paperwork filled out, everything explained to the T! I also need to mention that the Sales Manager Sam was beyond helpful. Im not sure what we would of done without them. We purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Sport. Our previous car was a 2010 Santa Fe from another dealership which started to give us the biggest headache and was breaking our bank having to fix it within the last year and a half. This dealership brightened our days. Putting us in a vehicle that is not only safe for our children, but affordable. I again can not thank the help from all three. From the test driving, to the financing, and for the hugs of comfort.

When it came down to a few cars (at other dealers), Joe got us a good trade value and a good price on our 2016 Chevy Equinox. However, be rest assured, with Kris, he demonstrates all six with stellar ratings...respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, trustworthiness, and citizenship. He goes above and beyond the actual purchase/delivery by ensuring his customers are taken care of...personally. My car buying experience at Valenti was absolutely outstanding in every way. This dealership knows how to treat its customers. I worked with Vernon Mitchell and Sam Suminski on my purchase. Vern was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He took us for a short test drive to explain the basic features and then gave us over an hour on our own to take the car out and explore. When we were ready to make the purchase we were able to negotiate a fair deal with none of the theatrics one often experiences between the sales and finance folks. On top of this, they helped me hugely with the buyout process on my VW diesel. John Devine and Geoff Gillies at Valentis VW store helped me get this set up. I have my new Jeep while the buyout process completes. No hassle whatsoever, just helpful and friendly service from everyone I dealt with. And a fair deal, and a new vehicle that I really like a lot. If you are in the market for a new or decent used car you must check out this dealership. I live an hour away and it was well worth the trip. Ill be back for service too!
