My Cadillac DeVille was in for service on Wednesday. Received my load. Went over what was to be done. All service was very good. The only exception was the Complete Detail I had done. The trunk was not touched. When brought to the attention of Megan in Service they took the car back. Pulled out the covering in the trunk, quick vacuum and then THREW the coverings, etc., back in the trunk. You would think they would have put the coverings back the way they were. Other times Ive had detailing done everything was perfect. All was good except the trunk. Next time will be better. Thank you Bakers for all your good service.

I recently bought a used Chevy Volt here at Baker. I visited previously and asked the salesman to call next time they got one in. He did actually call me back! I loved the car. It was in great shape and very clean. Paul, the salesman, was very thorough and professional but not snooty. He and the manager, Mark, gave me a great deal and I have shopped around to know. After I bought the car, I had it serviced because of a slow leak in one of the tires. They removed the nail and fixed the tire and then re-balanced it at no cost to me! I would definitely recommend this Baker Dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Great place to shop! They were the best!

Had been looking for a specific used Cadillac SRX for a couple of months. When I go to this dealership, I was pleasantly surprised on how quickly we were approached by a nice kid named Paul. He quickly got us a plate to do a test drive and answered most of my questions, if he didnt know the answer he was truthful in letting me know he was not sure, and then he would go and find out. There was some quick negotiations on the price and we found and came to an agreement quickly. The purchase was quick and painless and when we had to wait there was refreshments in a clean and modern show room. A few days after I received the car I received a call from Paul to make sure I was comfortable and wanted to see if I have any questions about the car. I brought my XTS in for a normal oil change servicing etc. and also asked them to do a full inside and outside detailing. Everyone from the time you arrive takes very good care of you and got me out the door and dropped me at work. When my car was done they dropped it off at work and went on their way. The outside and inside looked like it just came from the showroom. Kudos to bakers for doing such a great job and for their excellent service.
