Unexpectedly I went to go look at the new Civics at a different dealership and was given what I thought was a good deal, but something inside said to wait and do some research. The next day I decided to go to Norm Reeves to see what they can offer me, I met with Martin Ortiz and he got down to the point. Even though I was indecisive about buying the car, Martin still was so patient and kind. He and his manager Ziggy gave me a GREAT deal on my new Civic. Ty Trieu assisted me with my purchase of a Certified Pre-owned Honda Accord. Though, he could not provide me a price drop I had asked for, he did do some little extra things such as giving the vehicle a car wash and a full tank of gas. I would recommend Ty Trieu, if the Internet price is something you are okay with paying or within a couple hundred of that. He does not push the sale so there is not really an incentive or "pressure" to buy. My advice besides researching the vehicle online is to prepare financing papers beforehand (both your own and Hondas), including filling out Hondas paperwork online and printing a physical copy, which will probably reduce the wait times. Overall, I was satisfied with my purchase as of 10/15/17.

I was referred to him by a friend and I couldnt be happier with the car that I leased. I came to the store looking to leave with a car immediately as I had to drive up to northern California for a new job. I told Sonny what I was looking for, after I had done a ton of research, and he gave me an even better deal than I had hoped for. But what made the experience even better was how helpful and willing he was. He explained every line of my contract, broke down each and every expense, was super funny and reassuring, and didnt rush the process at all. I had scoured the internet looking for the common pitfalls of leasing a car and how some car salesmen try to rip you off, but Sonny didnt try any of them. I brought my friend who has a lot of experience leasing cars to be my extra set of eyes, and he and I agreed that Sonny was being transparent and extremely fair. He gave me his exact calculations and I was able to match them line for line. I walked out of there with a brand new 2017 Honda Civic Ex thanks to Sonny. Ill definitely be coming back down from northern California to lease another car from him once my current lease is up.
