I went to their dealership looking for an SUV for my Wife and right off the bat she ask if I wanted to test drive the car I was looking at in their lot which was the Lexus RX350. She handed me the keys and then I went to test drive it, came back test drove the other models of the Lexus Rx350 and same result for me their cars were excellent condition. By far Nash Auto, specifically Mo made our car buying experience the most memorable, uneventful, and without the deceptive tactics that most dealerships thrive or perpetrate. First of all MO gave us his full attention from start to finish. This was a big deal for us since we demanded three things from him before we introduced ourselves. 1) We did not want to spend all day at the dealership, 2) bottom dollar up front & to look at the car we already did research on, and 3) for him to live up to his reviews online. We made an appointment and he did not harass us like most companies by the constant phone calls and email reminders up to the hour of our appointment. We called him because we were running late and he adjusted his time to accommodate. Mo met us outside and took us directly to the vehicle that we had inquired about. He knew everything about the vehicle and answered our questions without hesitation (We validated everything he said online and through the print out that he later produced for us in his office). Keys were in his hand! Everything was exactly what we wanted in the car but he knew something was hindering us to shake his hand to seal the deal. My wife told Mo that this was the car we wanted but wasnt sold on the color. As we were contemplating to walk away we noticed a vehicle that was being washed for another customer and asked the story on that vehicle. My wife said that if the car was that color (of the car being washed) we would buy it! Mo told us that multiple people had inquired about this vehicle and Nash Auto had a buyer come in that morning but did not qualify for a loan, so they were putting it back on the lot. We asked to look at it and immediately went on a test drive! We did not just do a loop like at most places but he let us get on the main road so we could get the feel and handling of the vehicle! I really appreciate that. We were sold the moment Mo stated that the buyer did not qualify for the loan. Although the price was a few dollars more than the car that we inquired about - it did not matter because we were getting a great deal according to the Kelly Blue Book value (which I checked while he retrieved the keys)! Mo lived up to everything that we asked for up front and even accepted our calls days later when we had a few more questions! Mo is a true professional and made our car buying experience first rate!! I would recommend him to my friends and family. When we finally shook hands to seal the deal it was genuine and felt like we made a friend for life! If the opportunity creates itself in the future to purchase another vehicle we will seek out Mo and Nash Auto!!
