I am very happy with my experience at Elegant. I found my Honda in cars.com, called them, made an appointment, I tested drive, liked it, made a GOOD deal and was out of there in less then 2 hours. Quick and easy... car is running great and my monthly payments are were I need them to be. great dealer to do business with.

I love my new car. I decided to wait a couple of weeks to write my review just to make sure everything works. I am very happy with my new Cadillac ATS. It runs great and I am very satisfied with the help and service I received from Danny at Elegant Auto. I am actually driving my son there today to see a BMW 645 that he likes. "Seriously, Go Elsewhere"

If I could post 0 stars, I would. Talked to Mike and Danny today. Was very interested in a 2011 Buick LaCrosse they had for sale. The price tag was a bit inflated but I was hoping I could talk them down. Called in advance asking them to pull the car around for me to have a look at when I got there. Drove an hour and a half to the dealership to find it buried behind 7 other vehicles. When I asked if they could move it so I could take it for a drive, Danny says they cant because theyre short staffed. Last I checked it only takes one person to drive a car. Danny wanted to take me inside and talk price and asked me to come back tomorrow to test drive the car. When I asked Mike, the manager, what he was doing that was so important he couldnt help Danny move some cars I was told it was "none of my business". I assured him he would be getting none of my business and walked out. If you plan to test drive the 2011 Buick I came to see today, listen close to the engine. I heard a distinct and consistent knock when it was idling in the lot. And watch out for the spit on the steering wheel.
