When I purchased the car, they offered to repair a scratch, and then delivered the car to my home! One of the best car buying experiences Ive had.

The sales department isnt very good. Looked to purchase two different cars and the sales kid on the first try took 3 weeks to call back. At that point we had already driven to LA to purchase a car. The second time they just didnt have what we were looking for. HOWEVER bmw santa maria has hands down the BEST SERVICE you can ask for. We have both our bmws serviced here and josh and Abraham the guys at the desk are so knowledgeable and professional as well as the other people in the service department. They are always very nice and do great work. I cant say enough about how awesome their service is.
