I just wanted to give the good folks at Alexander Family in Bloomsburg a great review. They definitely earned it. Anthony Romero is an outstanding salesman. He is very personable and worked very hard to get me the deal I wanted. He returned every single phone call or email that I sent him without fail. Even after the sale there was one small issue and he stepped up and got it corrected without any inconvenience to me at all. I also want to acknowledge Ryan Thomas and Rich Miller who are the two best service advisors Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Rich and Ryan know their business and are always very friendly and take the time to explain any problems or issues. I have complete confidence in them! I plan on visiting Alexander Family in Bloomsburg for my next vehicle purchase as well as any maintenance required for my current vehicles.

"Rich In The Service Dept Rude To Customer"
Rich the MANAGER of the service dept has been horrible to deal with lies, and terribly rude to me. My vehicle ( 2016 Cascada Buick Covertible)is under warranty bought brand new last year....he tells me he does not have to replace the part currently on my vehicle because it is damaged weather related . ( keep in mind my car is garage kept )However he states that the part that came new in the box to be put on my vehicle looks the same as the part currently on my vehicle. I explained to him , how is this possible that the part currently on my vehicle is damaged from water but the brand new part looks the same ?????? He told me they do not have to replace the part ( chrome trim), he is sending it back.He continued to be terribly rude , this is not the first time he has been rude to us ... He told me my car could not be glass coated if there is moisture in the air or raining , when I questioned him inquiring why they couldnt do it when there is moisture in the air he became rude as well and I had to speak with a general manager . Im not one to complain , I expect to be treated as a customer . As a valued customer . He should not be dealing with customers .......Terribly disgusted

Their customer service was spot on. We were greeted quickly when walking in the door. They took the information for our vehicle and confirmed the services to be performed. Brought the loaner car right to the door and we were on our way. They kept us updated on progress through the week (special part had to be approved by GM and ordered). The vehicle was ready when promised and they made arrangements for a late pick-up as we are 1 hour+ from the dealership. We have a dealer 10 minutes from home that has forgotten what customer service means and the value it brings to a dealership. I am glad this is not true of all of them. I went to this dealership and worked with Nate Feick. I wanted to surprise my wife with her dream car that she wanted since high school. I had been searching for awhile on my own for a Camaro, and just had no luck in what I was looking for. Nate was very knowledgeable and was not persistent in any way. He was easy to work with and put me at ease. The car itself has very low miles and was a real catch, not as much as my wife-LOL. I would highly recommend him and this dealership. He even got balloons for me to put in the car. My wife and I absolutely love this car and appreciate Nate. I would by far rate him and the dealership as a 5 star or above rating.

I purchased my new Sierra from Alexander Family Buick/GMC a month ago. I purchased it from Don Davis and he went way out of his way to answer questions for me,he was very knowledgeable about the truck and very pleasant to work with and i never once felt pressured or uncomfortable to be around. This is my second new truck purchase from this dealership and will probably buy another one from them.The showroom and waiting areas are very clean and comfortable with free coffee and TV. Shawn, the salesman, was good to work with and did not pressure me into the buy. He knew what I wanted, a Blue Verano, and it was brought to the dealership from Sunbury the next day. Although there were issues with Central Road being paved on the day I took possession, he and another employee helped me get out of the lot without any "tar" on the new car. Shawn gave me a good explanation of the features of the car. Although I am still learning, I know I can call him to get any answers. I love my car and enjoy driving it. Everyone was friendly and answered my questions at the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Shawn as the salesman.

Purchased a used (30,000 miles) vehicle from them at an unbeatable price ($3,000 below fair market pricing). The next day I took the vehicle on the highway and discovered that when breaking at high speeds, the steering wheel shook like crazy. Now I test drove this vehicle twice before purchasing, just didnt drive it on the highway or at high speeds. Anyway, I contacted my salesman and ended up with new rotors and brakes--problem solved. I was definitely nervous upon the discovery of the issue, as the papers were already signed. Upper management gave the approval to cover all costs, easing my mind and likely securing a future customer.
