Had a great experience with my Sales Person, Dave Gough. This is my 3rd vehicle purchased through Lafontaine. Dave tracked my vehicle and kept me up to date on progress. My only big negative is once we cut our deal and the deal went to financing, the deal changed!! This is not a good sales process. You cut your deal and that should be final. Do not upsell when it goes to finance. This put a damper on what otherwise was a great experience. They did finally honor our original deal. Thanks Dave!
