I was looking for a new Jeep Wrangler and looked online and in person at four dealers This was the only one that didnt call or email me daily I met with John Riordan and he was outstanding John never tried to sell me something that I didnt want , while explaining what was and wasnt available in this model I also found that he was quite knowledgeable in other subjects beside automobiles We were able to have friendly conversations while shopping, not feeling pressured I purchased the Wrangler yesterday and couldnt be happier

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The staff there was so nice and didnt have that "in your face atmosphere". Awesome buying experience. On the day I was supposed to pick up the car my salesman told me the windshield had a dime sized Crack at the top of the windshield and that they would put in a new windshield for me and they did. I had the car a day and the front passenger tire lost some air causing the tire pressure light to come on. I called poulins and let them know about my problem. They scheduled me for an appointment and found that the wheel was cracked. They ordered me a new wheel and Im going in today so they can put the new wheel on. So far customer service has been great!

Felt at ease immediately upon entering your showroom; thereby insuring a pleasant purchase. We were shown the cars in our particular price range without pressure to upscale to a more expensive model. Which was the correct approach with me at least; I am unimpressed by high-pressure salespeople. We were met by Steve at the door and from there it was a simple, pleasant buying experience. The car was shown--the test drive was taken and finances were discussed without any Fan Fare.-- WELL DONE... Three days later we picked up the vehicle...it was nicely cleaned up--options were explained and a full tank of gas. Thank You for a Stress-Free transaction during these somewhat stressful Holiday Months. OH-having just said that have a Happy Holiday Season to one and all at the Poulin Car Dealership.

In 2005 we bought a Jeep Wrangler from Poulin. I walked in 9 years later and the salesman remembered me. Crazy right..... I bought a 2011 Jeep Wrangler and love it! The whole process from start to finish was great. In 2005 the salesman took a family photo with the new Jeep, we still have that photo and I plan on taking another family photo with the 2011 and bringing it to the folks at Poulin! By the way...we still have the 2005.

I bought a used Dodge Challenger from Poulin. Aristedes was the salesperson that I worked with. From the beginning to driving the car away, my experience at Poulin was great! We have been to many high pressure dealerships in the past, that turn me off and I refuse to go back, even years later. I would definitely do business at Poulin again. Aristedes was extremely helpful in answering my questions and closing the sale. I dont believe we ever were in and out of a dealership so fast on the day I picked up the vehicle. Aristedes had everything ready to go and was very efficient in going through the paperwork. The car looked like a showroom vehicle when he drove it out. They did a great job of cleaning it and making sure it was in top shape, using the certified pre-owned inspection checklist to show what had been done to it. Aristedes was outstanding and the dealership was a pleasure to do business with. I will recommend it to my friends and family.

We needed a car in a hurry and after roaming around the area looking for "our" vehicle ended up at Poulins. I wish we had started there, it would have saved so much time! After explaining our circumstances and our price range, vehicle requirements etc, Jason went off to find a Jeep that seemed to fit our needs. Loved it from the moment we started it up and took it for a drive. Mike worked the numbers for us and came up with a great deal that helped us out. We both loved the fact that Poulins offered a 3000 mile/ 3 month warranty. All in all it has been a very positive experience so far buying from Poulins. I will be recommending to anyone that asks they at least go visit Poulins if they are looking for a vehicle. Both Jason and Mike made us feel very welcome and at ease and took pains to talk us through the process. One minor issue has meant that I have already met Scott and his guys in the service Dept. Nice guy, also made me feel at ease. No offense Scott, but apart from the routine maintenance stuff, I REALLY hope we do not have a professional need to be on anything other than nodding terms! Aside from wanting a Jeep Wrangler all my life, I had specifically been looking for "my" Jeep since spring. I stopped at many dealerships and either it wasnt the right one, or was already sold when I got there. I had pasted Poulin"s from the highway several times. But never saw the Jeep I wanted (yes, from the highway doing 55, I could tell). Then on a Sunday afternoon, I randomly went for a drive, yep an old fashion Sunday drive. I happened past Poulins and pulled in when I saw two Jeeps I thought I would like. Sean Duffy came out to say hello. Right away Sean struck me as a "not annoying" Salesperson (hehe, sorry Sean). So we talked about the two Jeeps. The one I really liked, had just shown up, so wasnt "ready" to be sold. I was supposed to come back, but two days later Sean had to give me the sad news that someone else came in on Seans day off and put a deposit down. Sean was great and tried to ease my pain by offering other Jeeps. But I passed up on those. Then the following Friday I got a call from a very excited Sean, telling me that the Jeep I wanted was now available. I hit the brakes, turned around and headed right over to Poulins. Sean was very patient with me as he tried to make sure he explained everything about the Jeep and the process needed to get me the Jeep that day. I had a very "I dont care, just give me the Jeep" goofy attitude. Just when I thought we were on target, my Credit Union of 6 past auto loans, turned on me and wouldnt give me a loan. But the Poulin team went to work and got me a loan within, what seemed like minutes. Being self employed, I know the most important part of my business is making sure people know they can count on me. That I know what I am doing and know how to help them. Having a team at Poulins that makes it possible to find the Jeep of your dreams, loose it, get it back again, then have "your" bank fail you, but still drive away with the Jeep the same day, is simply how any top quality business should be operating. Ive only had the Jeep a few days, but have every confidence that when I need service, I will be equally impressed. So while you may meet a salesperson at Poulins, you absolutely get a team of people truly devoted to getting it right. Bravo!!

On my first visit – Poulin’s did not have the truck I wanted, but made no attempt to talk me into something already on their lot. Instead; the Poulin team took the time to educate me on all the different truck packages available for Ram Quad Cabs, and used their online database to find for me several trucks that met my “wantsâ€, color tastes, and budget. Using these trucks – I was given real “out-the-door†prices (trade/no-trade) and they did not try insulting my intelligence by playing numbers games. This was most appreciated. There was never any pressure to buy, and the focus was more about finding something I would be happy with. It took me several days to make up my mind, but once I selected a truck(from another dealer’s lot in Maine), Poulin’s had it delivered to their lot and ready to pick up the next evening! Financing/paperwork was a breeze!! And excellent job was done detailing my new truck( it looked newer than new if that’s possible). As for pricing – I am more than happy with my over-all deal on the truck. I had done some comparative pricing (online/news flyers) with other dealerships, and had a good idea about what a cash sale price for my new truck would be. Poulin’s was in line with other dealerships, and I was given good trade-in value on my old truck. It was nice to be able to business locally, and would recommend this dealership to a friend.

We originally went to look for a car for our son so John spent a lot of time with us on that....then after a week, we changed our mind and decided instead to get a Jeep Wrangler for ourselves and the kiddo got the "old" vehicle - what were we originally thinking! Mid March we bought a great used car here. It was everything my daughter wanted. She test drove many of the cars, for as long as she wanted.Aristides was the best sales rep. ever! Once Hannah decided her car,the rest was the EASY part! Aristides walked us through the buying process. this was quick and painless. Mike got us the best deal and loan,all under two hours! Hannah loved this car. It was totaled two weeks ago. Hannah was fine, and the other driver was cited for Causing the accident. We went right back to Poulins. We told Aristides of our situation and again, looked for a great car . We found a gem of a car, got the greatest deal, and with the help of the whole sales team,secured financing in ONE day!!! this was the greatest experience we could ever have had. They didnt wait for the insurance and other paperwork factors that would pospone getting another vehicle. They did it for us,and we are deeply grateful for their ability to have Hannah in a great vehicle within a day!! thats right. That is all it took to prep and recieve. After nine years, it was time for our family to get a new van. We wanted to stay local and so we looked at the Chrysler Town and Countrys at Poulins. I had done research on line and when we went to look at the van we were nicely greeted and were able to see the van within minutes. We went through the options in the vehicle and decided to talk numbers. The whole process was very easy and everyone was very friendly!!! Ive recommended Poulins to everyone Ive talked to. When I found they had a truck that fit at Poulin, I contacted them early on a Monday morning to set up a time to view the truck. When I arrived, the truck was ready with plate and keys. I explained my situation and needs, they presented a deal that worked for both of us, I filled out some paperwork but had a prior commitment I had to leave for. They said they would have everything ready for 1:30, and when I came back at 1:30 it was. Finished up and was on the road. After the three months I had been looking and the inappropriate games, ego bashing, failed promises, and insulting offers I had been through elsewhere; it was refreshing to have such an easy and pleasant experience.
