I was unhappy with my current Service department and, on a recommendation from a friend, I brought my cars to Peters Nissan for Service. I was very pleased with how the annual inspections went on my Armada and Rogue. Any repairs that were needed were reasonably priced and done quickly and well. The service department, from the very first day I got there, was friendly and professional. My service person, Tara, treated me excellent right from when she first time she met me. I felt like I had been a customer there for years. Everyone was warm and welcoming and treated me like "part of the family, even though I had never been there before. Then, shortly after inspections, something major broke on my Armada. I have to say Tara was the best! I have never been treated so well at a dealership or a service center before. She knew I was upset about my car, and she treated me with compassion and caring. The mechanic did a great job on my car, and Tara made sure I didnt have a nervous breakdown in the process! I cant say enough good things about all of the people at Nissan Service. We were already planning on being loyal customers after our inspections were done, but the way the service department, and Tara specifically, treated me during this last major repair sealed the deal. I would never take my cars anywhere else! Im so glad my friend recommended this dealership!

We purchased our pre owned Murano from Peters and have been having it serviced there. All staff in the Service Department are knowledgable and helpful. I have been there 3 times and have been very satisfied. The staff does everything they can make sure you are satisfied.

The customer service was and continues to be terrific. The purchase experience was easy, no hassles and fair. The car we purchased is wonderful and a real pleasure to drive. The sales representative was patient and obliging - and we did test his patience, test driving a number of vehicles until we found the one right for us. The financing couldnt be better at 0% with 2k down (our choice).

Approximately 14 years ago I purchased my first brand new car at Peters Honda. The experience was no stressful at all. No pressure no hassle. Recently, I traded in my Honda and purchased a brand new Nissan Altima at Peters Nissan. Mike Jandrew was a fantastic sales associate. I told him what car I was interested in and the pricing that fit my budget and he was able to get that deal without a hassle. I didnt feel pressured or convinced to purchase the vehicle. I didnt need to "shop around" because I knew I was going to get the best price along with customer service at Peters.

I bought a Nissan juke 2014 sat. chinda Mao was very pleasant and friendly. She made sure my experience was comfortable and easy. Even though I had to end up waiting for 5 hours due to circumstances out of her control and even though I had already paid for the car. She made a point to stand by me and make sure I was very comfortable with either coffee or water or just conversation.. She also called Monday to make sure I called her if I had any questions or concerns, which is pleasant since she had already gotten the sale Thank you

I had 5 payments left on my current lease. And Ive all-ways bought American vehicles, however I liked the looks of the new 2015 Rouge. And the thought of a SUV with Style that gets, 28 MPG over all in gas mileage I figured Id at least take a look. I will admit I had seen there ads, about Best Price First. And there Complimentary Lifetime, Motor and Transmission Warranty and all that. But they were not my first stop, yet they should have been! The first thing I liked there was not a group of sales people outside, staring you down like a piece of meat! I was able to get out of my vehicle and at least, acquaint myself to there lot and the surroundings which was a true pleasure. I was greeted by Bob Jones who welcomed me the Peters and asked me, if there was someone I was working with that he could get for me. I explained it was the first time Id ever been here and why I had stopped, that my lease was ending and wanted to see the Rouge. Bob said he actually works out of the Kia and Pre Owned building, and was going for coffee at the Nissan building. However claimed he knew a lot about the new Rouge, but if there was a question he did not know he would get the correct answer. It was amazing Bob truly listened to my wants and needs in my next vehicle. And showed me the features and benefits, and did not push or pressure me into buying today! All he cared about was that Id be happy with whatever I bought. That was no where close to the way, I was treated at the other dealerships I stopped at prior! After the test drive, honestly I loved it. Bob introduced me to Eric one of the sales managers, and to Mr. Coco the general sales manager, who looked at my lease I was driving. I was shocked when I was told, they would take my current lease in as a trade in and pay it all off! Relieving me of all obligations, and with no money out of my pocket. I could not believe how low my new payment was! So there ads claiming no hassle and best price first is REAL.

We visited Peters Honda looking for a new Honda. I am a Honda lover and have driven my Honda Accord for 10 years. My husband and I felt it was time for a new car even though my old car could possibly go another 10 years! We met a very friendly Richard Roy who was to be our salesman. We let him know immediately that we were only observing today. He was not pushy, very thorough and, overall, perfectly representative of Honda! Unexpectedly - - found THE car for me - a silver Honda Accord Sport, brand new 2014!! I love it and Im very happy with the entire experience. I can honestly say we made a friend in Richard Roy. He was terrific!!

From the moment I walked in to the Peters Nissan of Nashua show room my sales consultant, Erick Reyes was very welcoming and friendly. He listened to my wants and needs intently. He was very thorough in showing me all the features of the vehicle before I took the car for a test drive. I had a very bad experience at another (non Nissan) dealer a couple of weeks before so it was very comforting to be dealing with a friendly and knowledgeable consultant. Buying a car can be very stressful but Erick made the experience very enjoyable. I haven’t bought a new car in about 13 years and from what I remembered once the deal was signed I wouldn’t be dealing or seeing the sales consultant, but Erick assured me to contact him with any questions or concerns. When I picked up my car, he was very patient and thorough when showing me the Bluetooth, XM and all the other gadgets that my car has. I actually contacted him about something the day after I picked up my car and he responded within minutes. Erick is a very conscientious, knowledgeable, friendly consultant. Thank you for making the car buying experience more enjoyable Erick!
"Best Salesmen Are Mechanics"
I had the please to meet Dan at Peters Kia in Nashua. It was only his third day as a salesmen but he eas one of the best I have ever met. I talked to a salesmen a day previous and asked him questions in which I knew the answers too. He failed miserably and I walked away. The next day I met Dan. He not only knew a ton about vevicals in general but he knew a good deal about the car he was selling. If he didnt know he found out right away for me. Without going into to much detail he went above and beyond and shocked me as an excellent salesmen. Im a self taught lifetime mechanic and he entertained my questions for hours. The other individuals who helped with the sales at Peters were very helpful and nice as well. I was overall very impressed and very happy.
