Saw the Subaru forester on Primes web site, sent and email requesting info, Brian Backer called me, and asked if I could come take it for a test ride the next day. My wife and went up to Nh. and found the dealership, Brian was there and the vehicle was in front. He took some info and we went for a nice long test ride. We like it so we decided to buy it. Brian was great took his time told us all about the Subaru Forester and the type of engine they used, then showed us all the features, even programmed our phones in b/t and explained all the dials and gauges, and safety features. It was used and only had one key, I called my local Subaru dealer and another key was going to cost around 450. with programming. Brian called on a Sat. and said he found the spare key and he would mail it to, got on Monday. I feel he went the extra mile. It was a pleasure buying from Prime.

We went there to purchase a new Outback because we were happy with their service on our old Outback. We dealt with two salesmen, Alex and Art. Both were low pressure, nice guys. After doing some comparison shopping, I emailed them with the price we wanted to pay for the exact car we wanted; they emailed back that they could meet my price. We went in and they didnt have the correct interior color on the lot so they found us one delivered the next day. Transaction went smoothly, no surprises or hidden fees. Art made us feel like we were his only customers and he was there to serve us!

Buying my 2016 Suburu at Prime was a easy transaction. Danny Carlo, our salesman, did an outstanding job explaining the details of the purchase and was very pleasant to deal with. We had already test driven a 2016 Forester and were ready to buy. Jason Ludwig was with us from our first email. While we lived some distance away, indeed across the state line, shopping by email and phone was fairly new experience (we usually buy a new car about every 10 years.) Were quick learners however. The price that Jason quoted us was very aggressive, especially compared with the Boston area. He is very competent and didnt need to go running back to ask questions. He understood the car, the options, financing, service. He even understood the quirks of the Mass. Registry of Motor Vehicles. He was truthful, sincere, helpful and always available. I dont think I ever waited more than a couple hours from him. Financing always takes some time, but the finance manager was also very competent and knowledgeable. I was impressed to hear that they can even accommodate drive in service request. They worked hard to ensure our expectations were always met along the way. We went from buy to pickup in four days. Four days as they needed to acquire a exact match car to what we wanted from another dealer. That was entirely transparent to us. I would recommend this dealer to my grandma!

"Jumped Through Hoops For Us"

We started off with a great price quote for a used 2008 Mazda CX-7. Mario Pimentel, our sales guy, was able to work with us for an even better deal. There were a few things we requested be done first as it is a used car and he came through for us. I have never experienced anyone bend over backward to please someone who only purchased a used car. Also, we were able to get a loaner car to drive while the car was being worked on. I fell in love with the Subaru we drove and will probably buy one of those from them next. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would request to speak with Mario. He has been a salesman for many years, he has a great personality, and is honest.

"They Never Called Back."

I was very interested in a minivan for my wife that I saw on their website. I called to see about coming in for a test drive and they said it was actually at their Prime Infinity store down in MA over an hour away. I said I was not wanting to dive all the way down there on a chance we were not able to come to an agreement on a deal. They said no problem they can jus have it driven up for me to look at. This sounded good to me so I scheduled a test drive for that Friday. They said they would call when it got there. On Thursday I call and no one at Prime Subaru had any idea what I was talking about. I was told that they would call me back when they figured out what was going on. They never called back. Mean while my wife gets a call from Prime Infinity asking if I want to come down for a test dive.she said she said she thought it was being sent to NH. He said they dont do that unless I was buying it out right without any deals. When I called back to Prime Subaru they said that wasnt true and they would call me back when they figured it out..... I never heard back.

I brought my car in for a recall and the service was superb. The service man Mr. McDermitt was so pleasant and he had them check for other issues at no cost to me. It was my first time at this dealership. Nobody knew me but I or we were treated like they really cared. He offered me a ride so we did not have to wait . I asked a lot of questions and he answered everyone without hesitation. Always kept a smile. They were all pleasant and polite. Never did he or anyone else try to sell me on any products I did not need. Very good suggestions. I would go back to this dealership for future repairs and if I were going to buy a Subaru Your dealership should be very proud of this young man and your service. Thank you

Never had a great car buying experience until I came here. Brian was my salesman and he was awesome. He helped me find the perfect Forester for me, helped me get the best price (even better than I had expected), was very fair, understanding and had his customer (me) in mind throughout the whole experience. Ive since been to other dealerships with my husband, as he was searching for a new vehicle, and the whole time I was comparing the other salesman and service to that of Brian and the rest of the Prime crew. I have been a customer for a few years and religiously get my car serviced here. Its been a great experience up until this point. I called this week to get my car in to get the brakes done and I couldnt get an appointment for over a week. While I am glad for them business is good, but I needed the work done sooner than that and will go elsewhere from now on.

My wife and I didnt have the best experience leasing from a prior dealership a few years ago but what we found at Prime Subaru was a great staff and a great experience. From start to finish, Marc was a great salesman. We took a long test drive and were sold on the features of the Forester but it was the low pressure atmosphere that sold the experience. We got a GREAT price online via Elaine and an even better price from Marc when we were at the dealership. Word to the wise. Do your homework before, and you wont be disappointed. I would recommend Prime to anyone.

My experience was very pleasant. I had already visited a competitors dealership and walked out after test driving cars because they tried to up-sell. Chris Farrah, my sales rep, really listened to what I was saying and showed me only cars that fit my criteria. He did not try to sell me something that I could not afford. Everyone was friendly, pleasant and went out of their way for me. I will definitely purchase my next car from this dealership. Their website is also very useful and user friendly. they get a AAA+ from me.

Purchased a used vehicle last week. Had to pass muster with our son before finalizing. Kevin met with us twice and accommodated all of our requests. We are just awaiting a second key which the dealership is having made for us as promised. We received a fair price for our trade-in, which brought the purchase price closer to our budgeted amount.
