"My First Chevy"
I enjoyed my first initial meeting with Steve, however the vehicle I was looking for was not on the lot so I had to wait a few days for them to locate one, The problem started when I went to pick up my vehicle. The first thing that threw me was I no longer was dealing with my original sales representative I had been passed off to an underling (Jose) ( I didnt like that) second the new representative was not well informed on my vehicles status and tried to tell me the bed was not supposed to be lined when I specifically had them look for one that was lined and the front drivers side fender was not properly aligned, I caught these two major issues not the salesmen, not a technician, I felt like they were trying to get me off the lot as fast as possible, I had to wait three days ( over the weekend) to pick up my vehicle. So when I arrived on Monday I was whisked to my vehicle and not really shown a thing, when I asked why I had a key with no buttons to unlock the door I was told its a work truck ( no mention of the app).I also had to adjust the hood stops because the hood rattles a bit. I do like my truck but I will never purchase another from MacMulkin everything felt odd. To think this was my first Chevy. Not like a Rock more like a pebble
"Oil Change Fiasco"
service performed-oil changed. Result-the next morning there was 5-10 quarts of oil on my garage floor. Called MacMulkin to remedy the problem. The service representative that answered the phone could not talk understandable English. I told him I had a problem and wanted to speak with the manager. He finally came back on the phone and said they would send a flatbed truck to pick up the corvette. I told the service rep I had a doctors appointment and would not be back until 10 AM. When I returned I had 3 voice mails(2 from the service director and one from the driver). I called the service director and explained the problem. He had zero customer relations skills and was reactive versus being proactive. The driver picked up the car and did not have any Hazmat training. He did not bring the right or adequate supplies to clean up the oil spill. The problem was that service technician who performed the oil change did not tighten the oil filter. You could turn the filter either way with your hand. It is amazing that it did not fall off. I now have an oil stained concrete floor and my driveway has spots of oil on it for the length of the driveway. To add insult to injury, the flatbed truck left a plate size oil stain. This is the abbreviated version. Do you think I am mad and disgusted about the situation? Do you think anyone will call to remedy the situation? The service director left me a voice mail-telling me to call him if I wanted to discuss this further. That shows me how much they really care.

"Great Service Experience."
My experience working with Josh in the MacMulkin Cadillac Service Department was exceptional. I have had an undiagnosed squeak in my 2014 Cadillac ATS since it was purchased new. It wasnt until Josh took on the mission of finding and correcting that noise did the problem get solved. And it was a mission for Josh. Josh worked with us not around us. Josh was thoughtful, determined, understanding, knowledgeable, and an all around good guy. Kudos also to the folks we didnt meet, the technicians. They found a noise that Cadillac had relegated to the category of all the 2014 ATS models do that pile. They found and fixed a problem that Cadillac either couldnt fix or didnt consider important enough to remedy. Thank you to Josh and the crew at MacMulkin Cadillac Service.
"Bad Service Experience"
BAD Service experience: 1) They charged me for my first oil change on my certified pre-owned. I had to contact them for a refund. They used Hybrid oil, instead of true synthetic. (not recommended in the owners manual) 2) I had my certified Pre-owned less than 2000 miles and took it into the shop since I could not close & latch the convertible top. They charged me $105 labor and documented it as fixed; however even the Service Mgr could not get it to work at pick-up time. They estimated $800 to repair. I went to another dealer and it was fixed N/C in an hour.

My salesman Julio was top notch, very professional and knowledgable. The finance manager Todd was excellent as always. This is the 4th car Ive bought at Macmulkin and I wouldnt buy anywhere else.
"Keys Locked In Trunk"
I had locked my keys in my trunk. Chris from sales came to my work and worked 2 hours on trying to get the trunk opened. The next day I had to have my car towed to macmulkin . Anthony in the service department along with the other tech had my trunk opened in a half hour. I really appreciate that Chris, and the rest of the team went above and beyond for me. They exemplify true customer service.

Purchased a 2017 chevrolet 2500hd Ltz Duramax. Best dealership experience I have had. Larry P is now my salesman for all future vehicle purchases very professional and at the same time able to make the experience fun and entertaining. He was extremely knowable and straight forward. Both the sales manager Steve M and business manager Todd S where great at getting me a great deal on my trade and getting financed at a great rate. Overall I give MacMulkin chevrolet a 10 our of 10.

"Cannot Get Salesman To Sell Me A Car!"
Went in to look for a truck. Test drove it, sat with the salesman and after getting his "best offer" I went home to research that particular truck. Turns out they were overpriced, so I called the salesman back to try to negotiate. Salesman will not return my calls or suggest alternatives! I am trying to buy a car from this dealership and they wont let me! Crazy! I have never had worse service than this when I am trying to give someone my money! Forget it!

Had to have the air bag recall done on my 2016 corvette. Drove an hour to have them do it. Have never received better service as I did with them. They not only took care of the recall they did maintenance I was not aware was in need of being performed. My expectations were exceeded 100%. Loyal customer for LIFE! I drive 2 hours to get my car serviced here. I love it. Friendly, courteous staff, comfortable waiting area, wifi, cafeteria, nice cars, and very clean. Job has been done right every time, on time. I usually never do surveys, but Macmulkin Chevrolet deserves a few minutes of my time. (No CTSV to take pictures of, but I got some great pictures of some awesome Corvettes.)

Had an appointment scheduled for a specific truck they said it would be ready so I show up and theres no truck or any salesmen available so after waiting for quite a while someone finally helps me.Now its time to haggle price all Im going to say is do your homework.So going on three weeks of getting my truck I still dont have the spare key or owners manual,I feel like there just giving me the run around because they cant find them and dont want to order them.

I had some body work done along with my first service on my new Impala and I could not have asked for better results. The body work was exquisite and the service was complete and thorough. The dealership took care of everything from the body work to a rent-a-car and the service. All I had to do was pick up the car when they called. GREAT JOB!

Very difficult to have a good shopping experience when a dealership never responds to your Cars.com inquiry. I had poor results with this dealership before not responding to my emails and phone calls. I liked the car so I tried using Cars.com to no avail.

No one from the sales guy to the manger or Steve Miller himself did what they said they were going to do. Terrible business tactics. So glad we did not broker a deal through them. Stil waiting for my deposit check a week later and it took me calling to ask where it was for it to get any response. Shady business practice!

Still driving around with a front end ticking, slow power. Mechanics could not hear sound ( was pouring out). Did not check on secondary concern of a putrid/cat urine smell coming from AC. Front service was great though. First time was brought to another dealership while under warranty, second time 11 days over warranty and still no resolution. Should have learned my lesson after the whole two full days of buying process there. And waiting a month to get my vehicle after purchasing.

I came to MacMulkin having already identified the car I wanted to buy and driving more than an hour from my house for it. Although I had made an appointment, I had to wait almost an hour for a sales person to be free in order to take it for a test drive. This was surprising - usually they are crawling all over you. Once I had a sales person it went pretty smoothly. Price was fair and no surprise charges. Their technology is out of date - they dont have the ability to do any of the paperwork via email - all fax and phone. I had to make 3 trips - once to look at the car, once to deliver the check and sign the paperwork, and another to pick it up after they registered it for me. I am not sure any of the trips were avoidable, though.

I have my car serviced at MacMulkin (Nashua, NH) dealership for the CUE system upgrade and the shifter recall fix. (This took me exact 1 week to finish this.)They gave me a free rental vehicle, when I got this rental car, the fuel tank is almost empty, one of the service manager told me I dont need to refill the gas before return. But after several days, they charged my about $15 dollars on the gas. I dont mind to pay for the gas, but they way they charge me make my so angry, 1. the service manager said I dont need to do this. 2. I return the car on Thursday afternoon around 3:00pm, why they dont charge me when I was there. 3. when I got the rental car, the fuel tank is almost empty, how can they charge me more than they had? I left message to the leasing and rental department, they never call you back. I called in the business day, the women said she will call back after she get my paperwork, but I am still waiting. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone according to their bad service and attitude to customer. And I will not have my car serviced at this dealership anymore even I live in the same town with this dealership.

I am extremely happy will all aspects of my recent purchase of a 2010 Chevy Tahoe LTZ. The truck was spotless inside and out. It had a full service history from the previous owner, a complete checklist from their service department, and a clean Carfax report. John Levin was very helpful and patient as we test drove many vehicles. The price was fairly negotiated and they were helpful in the financing process.

I searched the internet for a 2006 Honda Crv. MacMulkin had one that interested me with only 57668 miles on it and I live 2 hours away. I rode up on a Saturday and knew I would be buying it. The windshield had some chips in it but they didnt give me a new windshield. They filled them. The detailing left the white wax everywhere. They couldnt even bother to shine the tires. I had to make a total of 4 trips to buy this car. They wouldnt take a check for the downpayment. It needed to be a cashiers check. I wasnt transferring plates so I had to get the paperwork to take to the dealership and they screwed up the mileage on the title and the RMV1 which resulted in another trip and then I had to make the last trip to get the car for good. They didnt care one iota once they knew the car was sold. To get anyone on the phone over the registry paperwork mistake was a hassle. The car had a remote starter that doesnt work...I discovered that when I brought it to my dealer for inspection. I called to ask the salesman if he had any info on it...didnt call me back. They put their markings and license plate advertising their dealership on my car. I scratched off the lettering and threw their plate frame in the trash. They cant be nice why should I be nice....I wont be going back.
